Which means actions or lack of them are the real indicators of what you've really decided to do.   What you say out of your mouth doesn't really matter. Actions speak louder than words.   The good news is that this simple formula gives us an opportunity to identify what we really want by monitoring the actions we take and diving deep within ourselves to figure out if we really want what we say we want.    Enjoy the episode and please don’t forget to like, comment, share and subscribe!

As we painfully walked down memory lane, we had at least three epiphanies each. LOL But, it wasn’t all pain. Because, at the end, we were able to arrive at a clear understanding of the ABSOLUTE fact that a clear understanding of your pain is the first step to crafting the proper pleasure response. So, we hope this episode will be as epiphanic (if that’s even a word) for you as it was for us. And please don’t forget to like, subscribe and let us know your “takeaways” in the comments below.  Enjoy!
