His inspiration came from various philosophies, including Stoicism and Buddhism, and he planned to retire from his career in Human Resources to pursue his passion for the arts in a way that would help others by spreading mindful thoughts of peace and love.

Ilene is a passionate educator and a giving mom, sister, daughter, and friend who uses her late husband's drawings as a way to teach kids to express themselves. Realize Harmony began as a production house under Allan's creative vision, and Ilene has put together Allan's drawings and made them into a book called "Doodles." When Allan suddenly passed away less than a year after their marriage, Ilene became inspired to promote his legacy by sharing his music, art, and ideas in her classroom.

Ilene's dedication to promoting Allan's legacy has become a movement expanding to other school districts and beyond. As the first person in her family to come to America, Sutta's journey to success has not been easy. They embarked on this journey to turn modern and classical recipes into vegan/plant-based dishes. Three years ago starting in Bedstuy, Brooklyn, they wanted to bring their coffee shop operations to Long Beach!
