Business and property led by core values of Honesty, Trust and Compassion were instilled in Charlie from an early age. Leading to him buying his first property at the age 18 and becoming a self-made millionaire by 25.
His continued success is reflected in building four high-value property portfolios, owners of investment funds, mentoring of high-net worth individuals and his standing at the forefront of ‘the property investment industry’ as CEO of multi award-winning Red Squirrel Property Shop a highly successful sales, letting and property investment company.
Charlie enjoys sharing his personal experiences and insights on success with audiences at conferences, business events in addition to teams within a business. On returning to Europe, John established a consumer branded food consultancy and worked with a number of corporate and early-stage growth businesses across the FMCG sector in the UK, US and continental Europe.
In 2005, John co-founded Little Dish, which supplies healthy, natural and convenient meals and snacks to children over one year old. Little Dish created the chilled toddler food category, developing full UK retailer distribution and became the go-to brand in fresh toddler food and healthy snacks. Having grown to approx. £15m annual revenues, John exited Little Dish in 2017.

Buddy Up Australia supports ex-serving veterans and first responders in the community operating in the preventative and early intervention space of mental health and wellness.
Eleanor was a former Police Officer in both England and Western Australia. Eleanor also served in the Reserve Army in England and became a British kick boxing champion! After leaving her role in the Police Force she changed paths and built two companies from scratch.
After a successful 2021 (despite Covid), Eleanor started to miss her life in the forces and decided to join Buddy Up Australia which became the missing jigsaw piece when she transitioned from Police Officer to civilian.

With a regional upbringing in Western Australia, she strongly believes in empowering women from the world’s remotest regions. Kate has also contributed to the growth of Spacecubed as a Senior Leader, joining as employee number 4, and since 2014 has played a pivotal role in building community. In 2021 Kate was awarded a Business News 40under40 in recognition of her leadership, was awarded a 2019 West Australian Rising Star award and was a runner up for the 2019 and 2020 Seven News Young Achiever Awards. In this episode:Debra Conrad is the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile Product Director for the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Eckerd College in the United States. Debra joined the LDI team during the summer of 2018 and handles practitioner support, client relations, marketing and business development for the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP).
Prior to Eckerd, Debra was a member of the Orlando, Florida-based Japanese Operations department at Golf Channel (an NBC Sports Group/NBCUniversal company) for over 21 years in the roles of director, manager and interpreter/commentator assistant.
A graduate of Bucknell University, Debra earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese studies with an educational psychology minor. As a participant of the Associated Kyoto Program, Debra attended Doshisha University in Kyoto for one year while living with a Japanese host family. Later, she returned to Japan as a senior high school assistant language teacher for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Debra currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband, Chris.

Karen Underhill is an artist, performer and founder of Blue Meanies Arts and Events. Alongside building a business Karen has spent the past 20+ years teaching fine art and design inspiring many people to embrace their creativity and reach their full potential.
During this International Women’s Day special Karen shares information regarding her recent collaborative project Beyond The Waves, a creative and supportive arts bereavement project for people who have lost loved ones during the pandemic.
The Project is led by Karen in partnership with Marie Curie Bereavement Services. Ruth Raynor and Jessica Komes from Newcastle University are also involved from a research capacity.
Karen shares how Beyond the Waves project came from her own personal journey about resilience and recovery after tragic circumstances.

Jonathan shares how redundancy enabled him to create a successful freelance writing career and build a pipeline of clients along the way. During this time Jonathan has helped many charities successfully apply for grants and fundraise to achieve great outcomes within the community.
Outside of work Jonathan has also successfully ran over 20 marathons and shares tips about resilience and living a satisfying life. He states:
