"The ER Shred is a Nutritional Dietary Lifestyle Empowerment Protocol. By fully satiating the body’s needs we are able to take back control of the diet which is the common denominator of overall well-being. Food can either be your poison/pain, or it can serve as your fuel/fortitude. Come Alive and learn to “feel” your way to good health for the first time. Only YOU can do it! ER Shred provides the tracks to run on for ultimate self discovery." ~ Sean Escobar www.ERShred.com (Disclaimers posted)

One of my specialties is organizing. It’s something I’m naturally good at, but also something I often promote because of the incredible benefits it can have on the brain. Having things neat and orderly is extremely important to me. My kids don’t always love it though. I try to impress upon them the benefits of a clean room and a made up bed, but they just think I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I tried for years to get my oldest to make her bed each day and she’d always say, why, nobody is going to see it. I’d be so offended that she actually thought I wanted her to make her bed for OTHER people. I wanted her to make her bed for me, haha, but I was also hoping she’d experience the same sense of satisfaction I get when I walk by her room and see it all neat and tidy. It has everything to do with me, haha. I recognized early on in my life the positive affects a clean and organized space had on my brain so it’s something that has always been a priority for me. There’s nothing better than coming down to a clean kitchen first thing in the morning, or climbing into my neatly made up bed at night. I do it for my brain. I used to think it was just a personality thing. I know messes don’t bother everyone, but I’ve come to learn that clutter and disorganization can have plenty of negative affects on all people, it’s not just me. Some may not even realize the stress, overwhelm, and fatigue they often feel, could be directly related to chaos and clutter. It’s not just a personality type thing, it’s a human thing. Benefits of Being OrganizedLess stressImproved focusIncreased productivitySaves time and moneyLast month we talked about creativity, and a few months back we talked about simplifying, and before that we talked about the All or Nothing Mentality. This month we are tying it all together with organization. Creativity needs focus, and your brain needs to be free of distractions in order to focus. Organization allows your brain to focus on what’s necessary instead of being pulled in a million different directions. And working on your “all or nothing mentality” can allow you to make incremental progress over a long period of time.

HOW do you love yourself? This is a question I’ve been asking for years? I just can’t seem to find that button I’d tell Sean.  But I’m having this realization.   My struggle to find that “self love button” all stems from CODEPENDENCY.  A codependent person is someone lacking self worth and trust in themselves. They have fears of abandonment and an obsessive need for approval from others. Usually most magnified in their closest relationships.  For me, that happens to be my relationship with Sean. Let me tell you a little story about my patterns in our relationship...

It’s not every day you get a chance to interview a mentor of yours who’s helped shape the trajectory of your life. I’m beyond grateful I got to do just that when I got a chance to sit down with Legendary Nutrition and Applied Physiology Scientist, Consultant, and Amazon #1 Best-Selling Author, Dr. Paul Arceiro. I met Paul around 7 years ago at my second big Isagenix convention. That encounter changed my life. For the previous 13 years, I would say I took a vested interest in nutrition and performance. After watching Dr. Paul light up the stage and pour his life’s work into others, that vested interest became an obsession. Dr. Paul is not only one of the brightest scientists I’ve ever met, but he is also one of the most down-to-earth, humble humans too. After following him for 7 years now, my respect has only grown deeper, and when I boil it all down, I believe this quality of his is the one that really seals the deal for me most. Not only does Dr. Paul preach the good words, but Dr. Paul also walks the walk in his daily life. That my friend is a quality you don’t find all that often, especially in this industry. Join Dr. Paul and me live Tuesday, January 24th at 8 pm EST / 5 pm PCT for this very Special Edition of Living The Shredder Life {episode 105} Dr. Paul and I talk all things ERShred: What are his thoughts about it? Is it safe? Does Dr. Paul eat meat? What does he think about the elimination protocol aspect of the shred? What are his thoughts about longevity with shredding? What’s the deal with protein intake, and how much do we really need? Is it true that too much protein can hurt you? What’s the real skinny with Isagenix? Is it as good as we say it is? I’m telling you, my friend, in fact, I’m SCREAMING it as loud as I can! YOU DON’T DESERVE TO MISS THIS INTERVIEW!!! Next Steps: 1) Don’t forget to respond to this event that you’re going. 2) Please smash the share button and get this out to anyone who may need it 3) Don’t forget to tag your teammates so they don’t miss out For anyone interested, Dr. Paul’s bio is listed below: Dr. Paul J. Arciero (“Dr. Paul”), is a leading international nutrition and applied physiology scientist, keynote speaker, consultant, and Amazon #1 Best-Selling author. He has served as a performance physiology and nutrition expert for some of the nation’s most elite, including Olympic medalists, world-class professional athletes (National Hockey League, American Hockey League, boxing, cycling, and rowing), as well as thousands of collegiate, high school and masters athletes of all sports and fitness routines.

Living The Shredder Life - episode #102 w/ New Zealand Grand Prize Champion, Henz Walker. How many of you could use some serious inspiration right about now in life❓ How many of you know someone who’s had a troubled childhood❓How many of those people unfortunately get stuck in that story and then allow their past to dictate the future❓ I can openly admit that I was one of them. Thinking about the years wasted is enough to make me feel like I want to 🤮 Tonight, I have a very special guest for you. If you feel stuck, and want to know how to make the shift needed to escape, you don’t want to miss this interview tonight with one half of the current 2022 New Zealand Isabody Grand Prize winners, Henz Walker. Henz’s childhood is one I truly wish on no child. Henz grew up surrounded by abuse and domestic violence. When Henz got married and started a family of his own, he wanted nothing more than the opposite of what he had. Unfortunately, unless you’ve learned differently, those childhood trauma’s are powerful, and they stick with you well into your adulthood. Some never find a way out. While the abuse part was left to the side, Henz & his amazing wife Trac, found themselves eyeing divorce. They simply didn’t want the pain they knew they were bringing to their children. They knew it wasn’t what they wanted, but didn’t really have any other solutions. Thankfully, they found the strength to say yes to a very unlikely cure. Their health❗️ While the work was intense, and the struggle was very real, these two epic humans bonded together, and figured out a way break free. Today, their family is thriving❗️ Not only that, Henz & Trac figured out a way to conquer the odds even more, and for the first time in 20Yrs (history of company), they were crowned the first ever couple, Grand Prize Isabody Winners out of thousands & thousands of other people 🤯 Henz and I go deep, and very raw tonight. We chat about things you typically don’t hear two Alpha males talking about, and I’m eternally grateful for his courage and strength. I also grateful to have connected with another male I’m proud to now call my mate.

This time of year, although magical, can also be an extremely difficult time for many. For various reasons it can trigger unresolved childhood trauma, loneliness, and of course financial stress and overwhelm. So my intention for tonights call is to hold space for the loneliness, trauma, and stress, as we gently direct our focus towards healing, growth, and freedom from the past. About a month ago I broke out in this horrible rash. I was so discouraged because I’d like to believe that I’m pretty healthy and that I do what it takes to maintain optimal health. Many of us have seen tremendous results with our health and wellbeing thanks to the ER Shred protocol. But our diets can only take us so far. It can’t cure our emotional wounds. It can be a stepping stone and create a HUGE breakthrough, but it’s only a 3rd of the equation when we’re talking about holistic health. As much as I teach that health is not just about what we eat, it’s also about how well we’re able to manage our minds and emotions, this piece to the puzzle just seemed to slip past my awareness when I broke out in a rash. My first response was to blame my diet, thinking, what am I doing wrong. What supplement do I need? What should I start eating or stop eating. I skipped right past the obvious, and my focus went directly to my diet instead of looking at my stress levels and emotional health. We must always be aware of the whole, body, mind, and soul. Sometimes we need a little nudge from the people who know us best. Thank you Sean for encouraging me to look deeper.

Questions with Coach Jesse  Tim Dykes Thanks Jesse James Jamnik for putting this idea out there. I am only new to ER Shred and have been using Isagenix for a year now. I lost 20plus kilo"s and have been in the gym constantly. My question is I am doing my first 11 day shred and only half way through it and have lost exactly 6KG'S(13 pounds) I am now at 80kg and 6"3. There has been a significant change in my body since doing weights regularly and now need to bulk up a bit. I am concerned if i start eating to much i will undo all the good work. I may be answering my own question here, i feel i need to increase my intake of protein, not sure about the carbs. The only carbs i am getting is from the shakes.. Thanks Tim.

5 Questions w/ Natascha Weedon

The amount of decisions we need to make each day has only continued to increase over the past couple centuries. Think of the amount of choices we are presented with each day. Instead of having to choose between 2 or 3 options, we now have hundreds of different options in every category imaginable. Food, entertainment, drinks, clothing, skincare, cars, phones, flavors, scents.   I just walked through bath and body works the other day and wow, can you believe all the different SMELLS they offer?   It’s no wonder I’m always completely exhausted any time I have to go to the mall. Consumer culture is bogging us down and we don’t even realize how much it is affecting our wellbeing.   Many of us struggle to remedy this decision over load. But guess what, I think I can help guide you in the right direction.

Living The Shredder Life - episode #95 with Dexter Jenson   October 1st, my guest tonight, Dexter Jenson celebrated his 1 year #ERShred anniversary.    So what’s happened ❓   The statistics 📉 are mind blowing.  70 lbs of unwanted weight released from his body.  He’s gone from a 3xl shirt to xl and has gone from size 42 pants to 36 {I believe these were the numbers}   While that’s impressive, it’s not the most impressive things about Dexter’s life that have radically changed 🤯   In tonight’s chat, Dexter and I get really real and raw about the impact being 300 lbs has on your life.  We talk about the impact it has as a husband and father.  The impact it creates on significant others. We chat about the limitations it creates on making memorable memories, and so much more.    These conversations are not ones you typically hear 👂 talked about in depth, never mind coming from two men 😮

Living The Shredder Life - episode #93 What happens if you grew up with a family that had the motto, you don't need to be hungry to eat? What happens if you become addicted to the number on a scale and use that to guide your health? What happens if you learn years of BS information without ever learning the truth? Addicted dieting happens. A bad relationship with food happens. Confidence shrinks over the years. You might suffer from multiple different health issues beacuse of the choices you've made. Can any of you relate? My guest tonight, Chris Albright, suffered for years with the above, and so much more. She's spents countless of hours and dollars on gimmicks over the years, like so many others, but never addressed the root causes. NOT ANYMORE! Over the last year and half, Chris has put in the work and has finally broken her addicted dieter, and addicted scale syndroms. Seriously, you'll never believe what she does on our call tonight. Watching Chris's journey over the last year and a half has been an absolute pleasure. In the beginning, she didn't like me to much, lol. I wouldn't just give her the answers she wanted. I made her dig, kick, and claw her way. I beleive everyone of us has our own answers. We just need some guidence and proper education to find them. Chris has made leaps and bounds to get to where she is today. She now understands the empowerment that comes when you get to create your own blueprint. Not just with nutrition and fitness, with everything! Tonight, Chris and I talk about her journey in depth. How she was able to get healthier, and more importantly, how shes been able to maintain it. We chat about how she broke free from the scale, and how shes been able to quite literally set herself free. If you, or anyone you know suffers with addicted dieting or being to attached to the number on scale, this is an absolute MUST watch. I believe it has the power to help set you free and get you going in the right direction.

Living The Shredder Life - episode #92 What happens when someone decides enough is enough and goes all in on themselves? Kathy Martinez is what happens! Kathy was given the nickname, The Sunshine of ERShred for good reason. Fourteen months ago, Kathy joined our community and her overall life transformation has been an absolute joy for us to watch and be a part of. What makes Kathy extra special, and what led to her nickname is her servant's heart. Kathy shows up in our community daily. She's as raw and real as they come. Her willingness to help others succeed is unmatched. Her vulnerability in showing up and sharing her real self has helped so many others accomplish their goals as well. Kathy has released a ridiculous 70 lbs of bodyfat and went from a size 22 to a size 12, and she needs a belt to hold those up :) She's reduced her 2XL t-shirts to mediums. She went from struggling to walk for 15 mins to running a 10k. She's accomplished athletic visions she's had for the last 8 years now. More impressively, Kathy has gone from someone who once thought they didn't deserve it to someone who now knows she's worth it! Tonight, Kathy and I are going deep. She's ready to show and share all in hopes it can serve someone who might be in the position she was in a short 14 months ago. This is an hour you don't want to miss if you find yourself struggling with your mental and physical health.

  2. Besides health and nutrition, what are you most passionate about? What kinds of fun projects are you working on or hope to work on?
  3. I believe visualizing the life you hope to create, balanced with immense gratitude for your current reality is the secret sauce to joy and fulfillment in life. Visualization is the gateway to manifesting your dreams. If you could do, be, or have anything you wanted, what would that be? Describe it in full detail, but describe it as if you already have it. I have… I am… I’m doing…Now tell me one thing you plan to do TODAY that is in alignment with your goals.
  4. What kinds of things have you done, accomplished, or overcome in your life that you are really proud of? Bringing these things to your attention regularly is a powerful way to gain momentum towards your goals. It’s a way to remind yourself how badass you are. It’s evidence that you can do hard things.
  5. We all come from different walks of life, different experiences, and different beliefs. As we all work towards empathy and compassion for the diversity of beliefs in our community, I think learning about one another in this way can provide a tremendous opportunity for us to think outside our own paradigm. What do you believe the purpose of life is? What gives YOU purpose? What gets you excited to get out of bed in the mornings?

The ALL or NOTHING mentality is a cognitive distortion that results in depressions, anxiety, procrastination, binging, and completely sabotaging your progress.

It's a black and white way of thinking, perfectionist syndrome, causing you to see reality in extremes.

It's good or it's bad... Right or wrong... Success or complete failure...

Where does this mentality stem from? I believe it's simply the natural evolution of the human experience. Just like new born babies are only able to see in black and white, but over time the begin to develop the ability to see shades of grey, and then even color.

Historically speaking, we come from generations of black and white thinking. Religion and politics are great examples of how this mentality has perpetuated over centuries. Democrats and Republicans, heaven or hell, good vs. evil, true or false, worthy or unworthy. More often than not we find that one group believes they are right and everyone else is wrong.

No disrespect intended towards religion or politics, I believe humanity has come a long way in this arena. The mentality has spilled over into a lot of parenting styles, then we wonder why we as adults struggle with this. Anyone come from a home where anything less than an A is unacceptable?

Believing that punishment and shame will keep us from doing "bad things", using fear as a motivator... it may have worked in the short-term, but look at the long-term repercussions. Fear as a motivator is just not sustainable. It will never produce lasting results, it only keeps you stuck in unhealthy patterns.

Shred Your Body - episode #77 Tonight on shred your body, I have the privilege of chatting with a pretty remarkable human, Sara O’Bannon. Sara O'Bannon has always been focused on health and nutrition as a singer/guitarist who loves sports. She struggled with her weight from a young age and always had a goal to be active. She calls herself a "yo-yo dieter", hitting goal, and then gaining it all back multiple times. In the 90's she started racewalking and became the Florida state racewalk champion at 1.5K, 3K, 5K and 10K for several years. Sara was the first female walker to finish the first Disney marathon carrying a ten-minute mile pace for the race. She was invited to major elite races such as Penn Relays and the DC invitational Racewalks and eventually to train with the US team in Maine and the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY. A surgery caused Sara to lose the ability to compete for a while, but she was then asked to coach the US Junior Women's Racewalking team in the USA-Canada Racewalks in Ottawa, Canada in 1996. After her racewalking, Sara tried to fight the weight loss battle again, but ballooned to a high of 310 pounds. Back surgery in 2015 put in constant pain with nerve damage to her right leg that left her hobbling with a cane.It wasn't until 2019 that she finally had success with our partner company losing 100 pounds and regained her ability to walk, but seemed to stall in the summer of 2020, hitting a plateau. When Sara got Covid in November 2020, she gained back 85 of the lost pounds in 3 months. Her body had changed, including having sugar cravings, no sense of taste and faitigue with shortness of breath. Sara found the ER Shred and jumped in on January 31st, 2021 and has not looked back, losing 40 pounds so far, on a journey of discovering her own food protocol to deal with her inidividual health issues. Join Sara and myself tonight at 8 PM est for our live chat 💬 We break into all sorts of tips and tricks that can hopefully help someone else that may be struggling like Sara once did.

Shred Your Body - episode #76 with Jamie Hass It’s been over 1.5 yrs since #ERShred was born, and launched into the public eye. Since then, our support community has had nonstop growth, to the point we now have over 25k members thriving and crushing life together. Shred Your Body was originally started so I could provide the space needed for peoples deeper stories to be shared. I believe by sharing your story, not only do you become more empowered, but you might very well help someone else become empowered too, and in ERShred land, that’s what we’re all about. Now every health journey typically has a great start, for the most part. Sadly, majority of people fall off course and never stick to what they started. Maybe they feel deprived. Maybe it’s to extreme. Maybe they realize it was BS from the beginning and they got tricked. Whatever it may be, statistically, longterm adherence to healthy lifestyle practices just doesn’t happen 🤷 Until now!!!!!!!!!!!!! In all my years of coaching, I’ve never seen something like this. Not only are more and more people joining our tribe, more importantly, they stay and thrive like they never have before. It’s truly something special ⚔️ Tonight, I’m excited to get the chance to elevate Shred Your Body a bit. While we will never stop sharing the incredible stories of beginners, I think it’s important to also hear from some veterans who have been around a while, and see what else changes in life when you choose to stay on the ERShred choo choo train 🚂 Join me, and my very special guest, Jamie Hass, tonight at 8pm est for the first of many interviews that will happen. Jamie has been on the train for sometime now, and she’s helped many others along the way. It’s sure to filled with all sorts of great tips for people to share and use if they so wish.

Innocently many of us believe that our life circumstances are what make us feel good or bad, happy or sad, angry or peaceful.

I used to believe that my happiness came from other people's love and appreciation for me, or when you make a lot of money, or when you reach your goal weight, are from being in a loving relationship.

We grow up learning that happiness must come from within, but I never understood HOW to do that.

Some things in life we perceive as GOOD and others we perceive as BAD. We live life, hoping, praying, and even begging for more "good" to come our way so that we can be happy.

We fail to realize that what we classify as good and bad is all subjective. It's in our own minds. Everything in life starts out as NEUTRAL, but then our minds are what judge, label, and categorize things. It's our thoughts, beliefs, preferences, and opinions that separate them into the good and bad categories.

When we clean up our minds, then is when we begin to take our power back. No longer are we at the affect of our circumstances, we are only at the effect of our beliefs about them.

Finally I'm understanding what it means to find peace from within. It means working on our beliefs, not attempting to change what I can't control, but control what I CAN change...

My BELIEFS.

If you plan to join me tonight then be sure to print out this worksheet I put together. I'll explain on the call how to use it.

Shred Your Body - episode #75 with Tony Trowbridge & ER Shred Ambassador, Jesse James Jamnik. It's been a long 2+ longs months Shredder Nation, and I couldn't be more excited to be back hosting our weekly Shred Your Body calls. This week, I get the privilege of interviewing a new rockstar to our community, Mr. Tony Trowbridge. Tony has been on a lifelong mission to get healthy. Like so many others, Tony has tried just about everything there is under the sun to lose weight and be his healthiest. Tony admitted to me that he has tried so many diets and ultimately failed, he's lost track of them all. Jan of 2022, Tony decided that enough was enough. He connected his bigger why and set out to get shit done. On his own, Tony lost 30 lbs. While the weight loss was exciting, Tony admits that he still felt like shit on the daily. Still dragging in energy, mental focus, and many other areas of his life. A little over 4 weeks ago, Tony got introduced to ER Shred, and the rest is history according to him. Inflammation is down! Mental focus and clarity are up. In fact, Tony described it as being 5 moves ahead in life all the time now. Tony is on vacation in Hawaii this week and still felt moved enough to jump on a call to share his story with others. Talk about giving back, which is clearly our bigger mission here in ER Shred land. We believe everyone deserves to feel their best each and every single day. It's our birth right after all! Join myself and Tony tonight for a firecracker type of interview. We'll break down Tony's story, pull some tips and tricks out of him as to how he made it happen, and talk sustainability, which is one of our "magic" secrets around here. Tony's energy is contagious, and I can't wait for y'all to feel some of it. Tonight at 8pm EST, right here live on my page or in our Shredder Nation Community, which you can join for FREE here: www.ershredders.com

Tonight in #ShredYourBody, guest host once again, Heather Sica-Lenard breaks down the incredible, multi year journey of Karolyn Ward Davis. Karolynn is a 60 year old Methodist Preacher’s Daughter from Virginia who now resides in San Diego, CA. She describes herself as a Truth Seeker, Lifelong Learner, Empath, Highly Sensitive Person, Personal Development Junkie, Wellness Enthusiast, and since coming alive again in late 2020, an ER SHREDDER! Also in 2020, she earned the official title of Certified Hypnotherapist/Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. She says she’s come a long way on her personal journey of shredding and transforming her own obsolete beliefs of never being enough, needing to please and receive acknowledgement from others, and be sick or perfect to get the love she wants. As have so many, Karolynn grew up relatively sickly and experienced years of childhood sexual abuse (from outside her family), which left her with body image, and self worth issues. Those beliefs followed her into adulthood, shaping many of her relationships, life choices, and experiences. Through her therapeutic training, Karolynn recongnized that in her subconscious mind, as a child, being sickly actually “served” her in a way that programmed her to cling to that as an unconscious part of her identity. She didn’t know that genuinely feeling healthy, and feeling good about herself were available options until she moved out west, grew up, took personal responsibility, and discovered the power of food, natural health alternatives, and more recently, the power to rewire her language, beliefs and subconscious mind. After 15 years of transforming and sustaining her physical wellbeing through our partner company’s products, she had simply gotten used to it. She felt good (way better than most people she knew), but as she approached 60, still faithfully consuming her shakes and vitamins, cleansing occasionally, and walking almost every day, she began to feel alone and disillusioned in her health journey. Her passion for sharing the tool that had initially been so profoundly exciting to her was waning. Lockdown came. Her husband’s work situation shifted and brought him home while their only daughter was away at college. As empty nesters at home together for the first time in 20 years during lockdown, food, nightly television and “Happy Hours” became the “new normal.” ER SHRED came to the rescue while the prayer was barely even on her lips! With shredding as a new tool in her toolbox, Karolynn is finding herself, reigniting her enthusiasm, restoring balance, and taking her wellbeing to a new level. Thanks to this magnetic, authentic, resonant community, she’s doing so in great, resonant company! Join Heather and Karolynn tonight at 8:00 pm est.

Shred Your Body - episode #72 Tonight on Shred Your Body, our Chief Shreducator, Heather Sica-Leonard, has the privilege of interviewing and sharing the incredible life story of Kathy Peters. Kathy was born in Lancaster Ohio. She was raised in a family that had weight issues – her mother was a 4 x diamond Weight Watcher official pin holder, which means she lost and gained back 100 pounds at least 3 times throughout Kathy's life. Kathy has always been interested in health and wellness, but because of what she experienced growing up, she always believed it was difficult, time consuming and not easily sustainable. Kathy shared with us that as a result of her upbringing, she has tried many different methods of weight management, with varied results. Kathy went to cosmetology school straight out of high school with the intention of helping others feel good about themselves. She learned very quickly that feeling good about yourself was an inside job – and no amount of skill can help people feel good about themselves unless they want to. Kathy worked as a Probate Specialist for 16 years at a law firm, worked at Harley Davidson for 4 years when we moved to Kauai in 2004, then about 14 years for an Assisted Living Community where she was Human Resources Director. Kathy became unemployed in August of 2021, and it was then that she was introduced to ER shred by two friends. Kathy went on to say, the true story was that a picture was taken of Melissa and her when she was vacationing on Kauai. Kathy asked her not to share it because she was embarrassed – and she knew it was her new before picture the moment she saw it. Melissa told Kathy she understood and then told her about ER Shred. Kathy jumped in and READ EVERY GUIDE, WATCHED EVERY VIDEO and educated herself before she jumped in. Kathy didn’t even have the right products because she had never heard of incubating a shake and had switched to totally non dairy– but she used what she had and improvised until her new order came in … Kathy shared, she had immediate success. Kathy's passion Is being present in the moment and being a kind person. Tune in tonight at 8:00 PM EST to learn more about this amazing Shredder Success Story.

Tonight, on #ShredYourBody, I get the honor of handing over the reins to a power couple like no other. I'm talking about the dynamic duo of Jason & Marcole Rutter Young. Jason and Marcole have been #shredheads now for about a year I believe, and let me just tell you, there personal journeys, and health transformations are unlike any I've seen in a long time. Each of them by themselves has gone through enough to make a sane person go insane, and together, forget about it. Remarkable to say the least. Jason recently shared this about their journey so far: It's hard to find before pictures of myself because I have hidden from the camera my entire life. Always posing behind someone in a group photo, only showing my face with my chin out as far as possible. This year has brought so much healing in so many ways for us. The physical transformation is a plus for sure, but the deeper mental, emotional, and spiritual healing is far greater. The empowerment that comes from making better lifestyle choices particularly around what we choose to fuel our bodies with is more powerful than we ever could have imagined. We owe this amazing new life and all that comes with it to an incredible group of superheroes we call friends. We are so excited to be sharing what we have learned, while helping to empower others along the way. W O W!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight on Shred Your Body, we dive deeper with Michelle Lesisko. As she puts it "I've been overweight my whole life (since age 3). I grew up in an Italian family where pasta and bread were staples of our meals. At 18 Michelle decided to become a vegetarian. She developed health issues in her 20s that lead to multiple hospitalizations, and high doses of medication. 2 years ago after an 8 month health crisis Michelle was finally diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder. It was then she was told that CT scans miss 40% of pulmonary embolisms, and most likely, all her severe respiratory incidents over the last 25 years were likely caused by clots. Since this diagnosis, Michelle has been able to not take prednisone. At her first appointment with the hematologist, weight loss surgery was recommended to her. Thankfully, she said no, and was more interest to see how life went now that she knew her underlying cause. Feeling motivated knowing what was going on and hopefully no longer needing prednisone, Michelle decided to look into better nutrition. After a few months Of trying, she lost 20lbs, and got stuck like most people do. Michelle said she was eating low fat, and actually eating very little. Most days she only ate dinner. Unfortunately, it was still pasta and bread filled. Michelle then decided to work with a nutritionist to figure out what she was doing wrong. At this point, she was also having severe intestinal distress on a daily basis. Michelle began food journaling and discovered she was eating 600-900 calories a day 😳 She started with small goals of eating more, and adding in lean protein. Eventually she says they addressed the simple carbs and traded them for more complex carbs. After 8 months she lost weight, and went from 347 to 320. Michelle says it was very slow, and she was still feeling pretty crappy. She recalls it was a real struggle. It was at this point in life that Heather Sica-Lenard showed up and invited Michele to check out #ErShred. Michelle is now weighing in at 246 pound, but more importantly, she says she feels great inside. Join Michelle and Heather tonight at 8pm EST to learn more about Michelle’s amazing story of never giving up. Please follow the directions below, click the “get reminded” button, and if you don’t mind, please tag 2-3 people you feel might benefit from hearing Michelle’s success story

Tonight on Shred Your body, I get to celebrate the 1 year shred anniversary of my very good friend, and mentor, Coleman Clifford. This is going to be pure fireworks 🎇 This one’s very special for me. Not only are Coleman and I fellow New Englanders, this is someone I want to be exactly like when I grow up. Tonight will also be my last time hosting my Shred Your Body call for the next couple months while I chase after my goal of becoming a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Don’t worry, I have great co-hosts on deck and we have a crazy lineup of stories to share with you to keep things going. Coleman is a special member of our tribe. He eats, breaths, and sleeps ERShred lifestyle. He’s the example of what’s possible when you get out of your own way. Best part about Coleman is that he’s always there to help others in need. Coleman’s 61, almost 62 yrs old, and smokes 30-40,000 steps on average, daily! He runs a yacht club in Boston, MA, on top of building his Forex trading business. Let me just tell you, this man is an animal 🦁 Coleman was diagnosed in 2007 with an incurable cancer. He’s had 3 lung surgeries between 07 and 08, and yet he still thrives while working 65+ hr weeks. Coleman’s very first shred was February 15th of last year. He started at 208lbs and May 30th of last year weighed in at 166lbs. After that, he ditched the scale and only focused on continuing to feel amazing daily. Coleman reported that he’s got muscle tone he’s never seen before. His cholesterol is down, his blood pressure is down, and he hasn’t taken an ibuprofen since February 15th of last year. Say what? Needless to say, I can’t wait to see what’s happened since then. People ask me all the time if the ERShred is a sustainable lifestyle. Tune in tonight to hear from Coleman what his thoughts are about that, and then you can decide for yourself.

Our theme this year is Discover YOU in 2022 and I believe the best way to self discovery is through our EMOTIONS. As we get to know our feelings and where they are coming from, we get to know ourselves.

We are always saying things like… “I didn’t like the vibe I got from that person… or… what a great vibe this place has… or… we just weren’t vibing with one another. I never really knew there was some scientific validity to the whole VIBE term…

Physicists tell us that inside every atom is mostly empty space and what’s left is more like a vibrational frequency.

Albert Einstein said, “Everything in life is vibration.”

E+motion is Energy in motion.

When it comes to our goals, whether it be health goals, relationship goals, business, lifestyle… the best way for us to approach these goals is to start with understanding our emotional state, or frequency we are vibrating at. Because that will determine whether or not we are in the right frequency to attract the things we want. This is what the law of attraction is all about.

Many of you have mentioned that since doing ER Shred you feel super human, like you’re floating, and some of you even say you are vibrating at a higher frequency which I just love to hear!

Tonight I also have Susan Rothman, our Head of the Board member and Holistic Health practitioner. She’s going to chime in a little later after I share my quick little master class on raising your vibration.

You’re a 45-year-old father to 3 amazing children, and come this July, you’ll be celebrating your 15th wedding anniversary.  There was a time in life when you used to be an avid hunter and fisherman.  Everything in your life revolves around your kids’ activities, and their sports.  You try to keep up daily the best you can with everything, but life starts to catch up with you.  You desperately want to be more involved, but the reality is, knee, hip, and back pain was putting a damper on things.    Can anyone relate?    This is exactly the situation my guest tonight, Tim Scott, found himself in not to long ago.    Tim also shared with me he felt very lethargic, and had no energy.  Add to that mix a lack of mental focus and you can imagine what it must have felt like on the daily.   Tim got to a point where enough was enough. He knew he needed to take action, and that’s exactly what he’s done.    Tim’s results so far since his first #ERShred are insane. Tim’s lost an incredible 64 lbs and has released crap tons of inches. But, I can’t wait for y’all to hear all about all the other amazing things happening for him.

Shred Your Body – episode #62 When it comes to behavior change, ACTION and CONSISTENCY are typically the things that lag. Once someone possesses the internal will, “excuses” that once held that person back, no longer seem to stand a chance. My guest tonight has quite literally turned herself into a superhero over the last few months. Eliminating all excuses, and instead adopting the, I will, because I freaking deserve it mentality #ershredmindset Jessica Tessier is a hardworking, 43 yr. old mother of two kids, Michael and Jennifer. In her earlier career path, Jessica was a business owner, mechanic, and truck driver. Everything was great up until her daughter’s illness caused her to quit what she was doing and go back to school to learn nutrition, with hopes of being able to help Jennifer heal. While taking care of Jennifer, Jessica did what most caregivers do. Forgot about herself. Fast forward a bit, and today, both Jessica and Jennifer are thriving. Jennifer posted something the other day that really hit me hard. She said, and I’m paraphrasing here, My mom was dancing around and having fun. My mom hasn’t done that in years. I got my mom back! #thatswhatitsallabout When I asked Jessica how they were both doing, this is what she shared with me. I feel amazing now. "Alive" I am bursting with energy. I should say, both my daughter & I are. Getting up before the alarm clock and eager to get moving! I am down 72 lbs. and over 85 inches since July! Jennifer is toned up. Down 17 lbs. and 23 inches. The mental clarity is beyond what I can explain. No more brain fog. And joint pain is gone! Use to be very painful walking down the stairs in the morning. Feet and legs always hurt, but that is all gone! WOW! WOW! WOW! https://ers2.now.site/disclaimer

The definition of insanity: the state of being seriously mentally ill; madness. Or, it could also mean, extreme foolishness or irrationality. They say that if we do the same thing over and over again, and expect a different result, without changing the game plan, that could also be defined as insanity. How many of us have done this with our #healthandwellness goals before? All I know is that I'm super excited my guest tonight decided to break his insanity mold and try something very different. Dexter Jensen is a 36-year-old male, from Billings, MT. He is an outside sales rep for a heavy equipment dealership, and he's also the owner of a window tinting shop. Dexter has been married for 10 years, and he shares 3 kids, 25,20, and 3 with his amazing wife. Dexter started his first shred with us on 10/1/21, where he weighed in at 305lbs. Dexter shared with me that he is down 50lbs already, and the only thing he has done to make that happen was the #ERShred.

Tonight on Shred Your Body, I have a very special split call for you 🤩 For the first half hour or so, I’ll dive deeper in to one of the most intriguing ERShredder stories to date {see below}. The remaining time, we’re going to cover the topics of #calaries & #carbs. Yup! We’re going there 😜 Why don’t you need to count calories to be successful? How can carbs benefit me, if any at all? Imagine being in church one day and seeing someone drinking a shake. It makes you curious, and you ask more about it. From there, your life drastically takes a 180 degree turn for the better. This is a real story, and it’s the story of how my guest tonight on Shred Your Body, Mr. Robert Visser 🥳 Robert’s words: April 19th, I started my very first ERshred. I weighed in at 310 pounds. Wow what a journey it has been. I've been a type 2 diabetic since 2007 and I had to stop taking my mealtime insulin because my body was adapting to this new lifestyle so well. I even had to buy a whole new wardrobe because my clothes didn't fit me anymore. I went from a 46 inch waist down to a 34! After this month of December, my 9th ERshred, I lost another 11 pounds and a couple more inches. I now surpassed my weight loss goal of 230 lbs!!!!! I’m currently at 228. In 8 months times, after 9 ERshreds, I’ve lost 82 pounds and a whole lot of inches off my entire body. Another win of mine, as of a couple nights ago, I had to stop taking insulin all together, including my bedtime shots, because my sugars were crashing. I’m not saying the ERShred cured me in anyway, I’m simply sharing my story of what’s happened by learning to fuel myself with only the best nutrition. What a journey it has been so far. I am far from being done! I can't thank my shredder tribe enough, and want to give an honorable mention to Chanel Kasteel, Tammy Kasteel, and Charlene Feenstra. They have all helped me so much along the way.

Tonight on Shred Your Body, I get the privilege of interviewing a fellow Rhode Islander. Say what Seriously! I know it’s a tiny little state but sure enough, that’s where my new friend Jeff Forget is from. Jeff’s a 55 year old cybersecurity engineer, who like alot of us, found himself struggling with his health over the last few years. A desk/office job & world wide pandemic can have that affect on us. Jeff tells me that it really got to him because for as long as he could remember, he was always a very active guy. A hockey and baseball coach, lifted weights, and always walked around the campus he worked on. A couple years ago, Jeff and family moved back to 30 mins where they used to live and the effects of Jeffs fading health hit harder. Jeff tells me he really realized just how out of shape he was when he struggled to take the garbage out and do work around the house. It was then Jeff decided to start doing something about it. He headed back to the gym and started on the path only to have those plans detailed by gyms closing down. Jeff was determined and started building his home gym and doing workouts there instead. Enter Don Dury, a fellow shredder, and the rest is kinda history. Don shared ERShred with Jeff, and like most people, he was skeptical as all hell and didn’t believe it would work at all. On top of this belief, Jeff also got injured and couldn’t workout He decided to give it a go anyways. Jeff officially started July 11th. Here’s his starting stats: 264lbs 42” jeans 19.5” neck XXL Tall shirts CPAP machine to sleep at night Low self esteem and grumpy all the time Could not do strenuous work outside for long periods of time. Today: 208lbs 36” jeans 16.5” neck

Imagine. A 47 yr old wife, mother, and grandma. All she wants is to feel good daily. No matter what she tried, it never worked. Failure after failure starts to build up and before you know it, boom Frustration, aggravation, depression all sets in and it feels like you’re a hamster running around a wheel going nowhere. March of this past year left my special guest tonight, Kathy Martinez, desperately searching for answers. Sadly, all the typical routes left her more confused. Kathy told me she declared an affirmation she would get healthy even though she had no idea how. Then, the universe sent her friend Gina into the mix and the rest is history. Kathy started shredding and has since lost 41 lbs and 60.25 inches off her body Her non scale victories are really where it’s at though. Let me just tell you, they’re remarkable! You don’t want to miss this story.

Ho Ho Ho It’s that time of year once again friends. - The Holidays - Now for whatever reason, we’ve turned the holidays into a freaking foodie free for all I’m still not exactly sure how that all happened. I mean, I have my theories, but I’ll keep those wrapped up for the time being I’ve been coaching health long enough that I know without a doubt the holidays are a tough time for a lot of people. Especially those that are trying to live a healthy lifestyle. We’re bombarded by baked goods and tasty treats everywhere we look Ahhh How in the heck are we supposed to balance this all out? How can you still enjoy the holidays without sabotaging your health goals? How can we attend parties and gatherings and not be the “weirdo” munching lettuce and celery sticks in the corner? These are all very valid concerns. I hear you! And that’s exactly what this special is all about. In my 20+ yrs of living this lifestyle, I’ve learned some tips and tricks along the way, and I want to share them with you.

Tonight, on Shred Your Body, I have the privilege of interviewing one of the most charismatic guys I’ve met in a long time, Mr. Rique Rivera. Rique is a food & beverage director who’s struggled with weight his entire life. Rique shared with me he even had the nickname of Shamu for a bit Although weight was there, Rique was still an active child and involved in sports. As he got older, a sports injury led to back concerns and the inactivity led to more weight gain. Combine that with creating new menus and dishes for restaurants, and it was a disaster for Rique. Desperate to make something happen yet frustrated beyond belief with lack of results, Rique almost threw his hands up and said screw it. However, something kept drawing him to the ER Shred. Rique says the signs we too great for him not to pay attention and the word “SHRED” kept appearing everywhere. He decided to go ALL IN and 5 shreds later he is a completely new person. Please join me tonight as we break down Riques story and find out the details of what happened, what his results are so far, and what he thinks of the ER Shred lifestyle overall.

At the age of 61, the majority of people these days are struggling with their health and wellness. It's sad and unfortunately true. NOT my Shred Your Body guest tonight though! Barbara Busch is a momma to her daughter Samantha and Grammy to her two beautiful granddaughters who are 10 & 19 months old. A licensed cosmetologist for 32 years, Barbara's passion is making women feel beautiful and confident. Barbara shared with me that it wasn't just about a hairstyle or outside appearance though that got her started back in 2008 at the age of 48. It was a personal touch, listening, and building relationships that mattered most. It was at this moment in time that Barbara decided it was time to take her health and wellness into her own hands. She admits that she came from a family of very unhealthy habits. That single decision changed her life forever and because of it, Barbara has now helped thousands of other women (and men) over the last 13 years. Barbara has built her health and wellness business into a 6+ figure empire and she's even more motivated today than ever before to continue helping other women believe they can be, do, and have anything they desire. Join me tonight at 8pm EST to hear more about Barbara's story. We'll dive into the good and bad and also chat about her ER Shred experience and results. I'm excited to hear all about what she has to say and I'm excited to hear about how the Shred has changed her life and the lives of those she coaches. It's going to be FIRE!

Courtney began her health journey at the age of 19. She had a friend of hers who owned a vegan supplement line and taught her that vegan was the only way to be healthy and lean. While chatting with Courtney, she told me that she literally believed that meat made you fat. Prior to Courtney’s first shred, she had not touched bacon in 12 years’ time! Courtney competed in two fitness shows back in 2013, winning novice class in the second show. During that time, Courtney shared with me that she only ate tons of fish and eggs. This diet ended up giving her mercury poisoning. Throughout this whole process she still believed that beef, chicken, or anything related made you fat and sick. Kind of crazy, right? Welcome to the world of fitness and extreme diets. Think that’s insane enough to deal with? It is only the beginning. While poking for a little more, I was able to get Courtney to tell me a little about competitions and the training. Courtney told me that the competitions and overtraining wreaked havoc on her body which eventually brought her to hypothyroidism. That mixture created an obsession with shoving her weight down, counting macros, and jumping from one thing to the next. This is unfortunately a situation a lot of athletes find themselves in after entering into this world. These days, I am thrilled to share that Courtney is doing much better. She connected with her good friend Lenny and finally decided to let go and trust the whole process. During her shred, she dropped 6.5 lbs and lost 10 inches. While that is exciting, Courtney is a million times more excited about everything she gained. Courtney says, “I haven’t had this much energy and endurance since I can remember!” She now looks forward to her meals and she can’t believe just how tasty beef is . She eats when she is hungry and says it is such a liberating feeling.

Connie says, “I feel like I am 50m NOT 78! Connie has released 30 lbs and 29 inches in 4 shreds and claims that she’s a shredder for life. Sleeping longer and sounder, better sense of well-being, more energy and mental clarity are just a few of the other benefits Connie has experienced. Bob has been overweight since his 30’s and concluded that life was just going to be that way for him. He told me, “I just didn’t know any different.” Bob admits that he tried to fool himself into thinking he was eating healthy, by eating lots of “healthy foods”. He quickly realized that eating TOO MANY healthy foods was not his answer either. Fast forward to July of 2020 and Bob discovered a healthy diet system that seemed to work. Skeptical, he dove in and after 30 days he lost 12 lbs and 3 inches off his waist. By October he had lost 25 lbs and 5 inches. This is when ERShred entered Bob’s life and today, Bob is now down 55 lbs and 67 inches! He went from size 42 to a 30 and has lost all cravings for JUNK FOOD! Bob says his grocery bill has been cut in half. He sleeps better, wakes up with energy in the mornings, and is now walking on average 6 to 7 miles per day. No brain fog and his Doctor even took him off his Cholesterol drug and one of his BP meds that he has been taking for the last 20 years of his life.

How different would your life be if in 3 months from now you were able to shed 20 pounds of unwanted body fat and release 27.5 inches off your body? Imagine going from a size 16 shorts to a size 10! How would daily activity change for you? Quality of life? Does this sound too good to be true? IT’S NOT, and my guest tonight has done just that after struggling for the last 4 years to regain control of her health after she was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto’s. Jaimie Manor is a 44-year-old licensed x-ray technologist who’s currently going back to college to be a registered nurse. Jaimie has been married for 23 years to her Army husband and together they have 3 amazing children. Besides the weight and inches, Jaimie shared with me that she has regained her daily energy and her desire to start running again after a year and a half of not being able to run at all. Her skin, hair, and nails are growing much faster, and she feels like the energizer bunny because she finally has good focus and mental energy. Jaimie also mentioned that she has regained her sex drive again and has finally been able to regulate her menstrual cycle. If that doesn’t scream better quality of daily life, I’m not sure what does. Join me tonight at 8 pm EST for a Shred Your Body interview like no other. Jaimie and I will dive into a lot of real-life and share how she was able to finally break free using the ER Shred protocol.
