Sometimes we forget who we are for just a tad bit! Then the Holy Ghost is there to remind us that we are not alone! Through adversity, we are reminded that God is working on something GreAt!!!
As life happens, we never realize how deep involved we are with our surroundings. Everything becomes either engraved or it’s undeveloped underneath layers.
While adulting, we tend to create certain habits that are hard to get rid of. As I’m typing this I’m thinking, my habits don’t determine my character. Of course society will have its own outlook of what that may look like. As you host I’m no where to be perfect but my imperfections make me whole. The tendency of changing give me the power to speak about it so I can eventually overcome my habits.
At times we feel like the blame. However; there some spirits that are meant to attack us. Why would they want to attack us in the first place? Because bad energies tend to come when we are at our best, they tend to crave our good energy.

What builds our character goes a lot ways! It goes further than we think! It takes sometime to build a character and to unlearn a specific character. Our character can build certain behaviors that we do not like and bise versa. Sometimes it takes someone else to help us adjust our character.
People come and people go, but the journey never stops! In life we eventually meet people that we think will stay in our life forever. Some people that we decide to keep in our circle can cause more stress than we thought. However everyone we meet can turn into a lesson. We must keep learning how negativity works in order to cut it out of our life.
Sometimes in life we don’t realize who we be exchanging energy with! All we need is a simple touch, a simple word, or a simple question to exchange energy with someone! Protect your energy!

It’s crazy to think that when your so involved with yourself! You forget about the world around you and your own world starts to shift without you even noticing!! That’s where the real change starts!!! I thought I had changed from the moment I arised from the water! But no m’am and no sir!! The change started when I stopped thriving for perfection and started a striving for success!!!🫡 perfection only exists in our heavenly kingdom! And that’s why we’re being modified to finally enter the gates of heaven!!!<3 SIN is nonexistent when you are fully involved in your spirit!!!
Once your at the highest peak of a mountain, the trials and tribulations become more harder to face! However, however! Please keep on climbing!!! You are stronger than you think and no Can take away your inclination towards becoming the best version of you! The decline is just the worst part of your growth but the best part! Because when your declining you are able to incline at a faster rate!!!🫡 love you guys!!!

There’s a challenge that my cousins, friends and I started. We would love if you could join this 30 day workout challenge Monday - Friday for 1 hour and 30 mins for 1 month! If you have no idea where to start your in your journey; start right here!! We are genuinely creating multiple ways to encourage each other to keep going on this so called “life journey” and this is where you can start your personal journey. It does not matter which area you put your focus on: spiritually, mentally, physically or emotionally. JUST DO IT! There will always be an opinion on what should be first however, many individuals lack spiritually and this will cause an unbalanced relationship with yourself but it does not mean that you are not on your way there! Because you can do everything and anything to better yourself and love yourself, but you will not have peace. Just a remember of how important the spiritual side of it is! The sooner you start the faster you will know for yourself!!
“Be careful for what you wish for” they say…however it is not so bad when you learn the purpose of the process. The flesh will always want satisfaction and pleasure which later turns into pain and resentment; the spirit will always want peace and happiness! We have to listen to our spirit and not our heart and mind when it’s unbalanced. The spirit will easily reach out to you when it needs help! How do we feed the spirit? By creating a new identity through Christ!
As you come closer to your purpose and calling for your life, you will be presented with several obstacles! The devil is waiting for you to be distracted so he can play with your mind and scheme his next move. We have to beat the devil before he gets any further with his plans! We must speak and rebuke the only one that is responsible for our troubled thoughts and troubled world! We have to stop blaming others and blame the real one that is controlling this earth. With the Jesus overcoming the world there is nothing to fear!
Welcome back my lovely’s!:) As we continue this journey we become more self aware of certain aspects and contributions that affect our daily life! Decisions determine our present situation. It’s very important to become self aware of the things that are beneficial for us vs the negative effects of certain factors. Sometimes it’s hard to see the positive side of things when depression is weighing us down. A decision to make may be too much for us to even handle in the moment. However we must be patient as they are patient with us. We all have inner work and can always find an area where we work. Also (random conversations with my neighbor as he was smoking) I didn’t cut it because this is my usual conversation with anyone I meet.😂
Even when it’s hard, there’s always something positive out of each situation. It is so hard to see it in the moment but only time can reveal everything. Time, time, time! Our time on this earth is temporary, and even if we feel lost there’s always someone or something guiding us and making sure we’re taking the right steps to accomplish what’s next. Sometimes God gives us what we pray for just so we can see that it is not what we wanted at all. Except he never lets anything happen for no reason. It’s all part of the plan, everything will line up either way! It will be amazing after seeing the result of what you sought thought to be a mistake.

Finding stability can be hard, It’s also not a priority for many of us. I say for many of us because many of us are still trying to figure out what we are good at and what we should be doing with our life. Just like any other day but more than ever because every single day we live in a prayer. Listen to your heart, listen to your instinct, and most of all listen to your soul. When we genuinely care for a person, we will want to be there for that person, and encourage them because we know they need it. We can tell by their body language how they truly feel on the inside. Anxiety gets the best of us at times and the best way to cope with that is too stabilize ourselves with taking deep breaths. We often feel alone in our personal journey. We often take people and situations for granted. What we must do to cope with this is pretty simple but hard to do…”let go and move on”. The simple things in life are hard to do because our ego and our pride gets in the way; Then life gives us a lesson through pain. The good news is that pain is only temporary. The only option we have is to brush it off and move on. Learning from each lesson gives us insight on what to do moving forward. It sounds crazy but we must be thankful for painful moments because out of those painful times we learn how to become stronger.

Traumas will haunt you for the rest of your life if you allow them to. The only way to look at them differently is to learn how to heal from them. We all have different ways to cope with our traumas. The best way for me to face them is to remember what happened and just accept that it happened and let it go. However since our subconscious mind love to remind us by playing a loop of the situation; it can be very difficult to cope with them and they become a terror when we sleep. Do not allow those traumas to affect you in your daily life. The less we worry about them the less they come back to haunt us. Only with time we will be able to heal from them, but we also must be strong minded and be patient with ourselves. Remember how far you’ve come and remember those positive thoughts that have brought you to where you are, along with Bible verses to rebuke those negative thoughts!

I have come to the conclusion that nightmares are a way for the devil to steal your peace, joy and happiness. Even though they are terrorizing, do not allow them to haunt you in your waking life! It is crazy to me that I have nightmares at this stage in life. I used to not really have them when I was young even though I feared the dark. Two completely different things but I’ve always struggled with falling asleep, when something bad is happening in my waking life. Dreams are hard to understand, but either way, I decide to not give them to much importance because fear only comes from the Devil.

In other words you all, I have been seeking questions and been receiving answers. I have been exploring and growing into the best version of me!
