1) One size does NOT fit all- how does balance look for each and every one of us? We all walk a different path and approaches vary depending on the season we are in inside our lives. This is different from the military way of thinking- it's not in a regulation- the necessary path to follow to wellness.
2) Small changes are the path to sustainable habits that actually work.
3) Being good at yoga and/or meditation is NOT a thing. Your practice is YOUR OWN. Starting small with guided meditation and short yoga sessions can be impactful. It doesn't have to be 90 minutes a day. It's not all about physical poses.
