"If you don't have any storms in your relationship, find some. Because if we did not have the obstacles we had, we would not have this relationship." John and Annie Meng
What does it look like to build an identity as a couple — not just as two individuals sharing a life? In this rich, raw, and deeply personal conversation, Christine sits down with John and Annie Meng, founders of Love Jaam, to explore what it truly takes to create a shared identity in a relationship — and why the hardest seasons are often the ones that make you.
Annie — Wharton graduate, former Miss Arizona, Wall Street finance veteran, and expecting mama — opens up about what it meant to be disowned by her family for choosing love. Death threats. Wedding day absences. And ultimately, the slow, intentional work of reconciliation that changed her from the inside out.
John, a serial entrepreneur, business exit advisor, and relationship coach, shares how watching the woman he loved walk toward a potentially dangerous confrontation with her father — while he sat quietly in the car — became one of the most spiritually defining moments of his life.
Together, they unpack:
✦ Why opposites don't just attract — they complete
✦ How to use the DISC profile to understand your couple dynamic
✦ What Tony Robbins' four seasons of relationship reveal about where you are right now
✦ The moment John realized love — not ego — had to lead
✦ Why Annie's estrangement from her family became the catalyst for her greatest personal growth
✦ The "Three C's" of lasting love: Chemistry, Commitment, and Compassion
✦ How to create a couples vision — the one exercise Christine is writing down mid-conversation
This episode is for the woman who wants a great relationship but sometimes wonders if what she sees in other couples is even attainable. Spoiler: it is. And behind every great couple is usually a powerful, hard-won story.

"Going back would mean selling for an older version of myself. And I'm no longer in that identity." — Anita Karadalian-Girgis
What happens when the person whose love you craved the most doesn't have the capacity to give it — and you spend years accepting breadcrumbs? In this raw, deeply moving episode, I am privileged to sit down with women's empowerment coach and somatic healing guide Anita Karadalian-Girgis to talk about the healing work that actually changes you from the inside out.
Anita opens up about growing up with an absent father, the moment she drew a hard line in the sand, and why neutrality in the face of old triggers is one of the most underrated wins in personal development. She also breaks down her signature HER Method — Heal, Embody, Rise — and explains why vision boards and affirmations fall flat when your body doesn't feel safe enough to receive what you're asking for.
This episode is for the woman who's been outsourcing her worth to someone who was never going to give it back.

“Healing does not mean erasing what happened. Sometimes healing means becoming anchored enough in who you are that you can look back and finally see the whole story.”
Have you been proverbially driving around the hard places in your life instead of through them? Last week, I got to return to the farm where I grew up, a place full of both beauty and pain. And I was unprepared for what happened when I finally drove up the driveway.
What I found wasn't the weight of trauma I had expected. Instead, I discovered something I hadn't anticipated: sweet healing.
This episode is about so much more — selective memory, the necessity and the danger — of locking away painful chapters, and what it truly means to be a fully integrated, embodied woman. Through an unexpected encounter with the family now living on my childhood farm, I was beautifully reminded that the magic is often laced within the hard memories, not in spite of them.
In this episode, you'll explore:
Whether it's a childhood home, a past marriage, a failed business partnership, or a parenting moment you're not proud of — this episode is your invitation to tiptoe back in, take another look, and reclaim the parts of yourself you thought were better left locked away.
You are a fully integrated woman. It's time to light up every room.

"As a Latina, we're taught to persevere and be strong and keep going — but nobody tells you to get help." Leia Baez
Trigger Warning: This episode contains discussion of childhood sexual abuse — please listen with care.
In this raw, powerful, and deeply personal episode of the Girl Out of Order podcast, I sit down with my friend and fellow speaker sister Leia Baez — Omaha-based author, keynote speaker, communications director, and self-described overcomer.
Leia opens up about the childhood abuse she buried for over two decades, how she turned to alcohol as a coping mechanism starting in her teenage years, and how that addiction spiraled through college, marriage, career success, and eventually a devastating divorce and year-long custody battle over her daughter.
But this is not a story of loss — it's a story of relentless return. Leia's message is simple and profound: the path back to yourself is possible, no matter how many years you've spent running from your truth.

“If your identity is outdated, your future will be too.”
What if the life you’ve been calling realistic… isn’t actually what’s possible for you?
In this powerful Season 1 finale of Girl Out of Order, we challenge you to stop living inside invisible limits and start expanding what you believe is available—for your life, your relationships, your finances, and your future.
Because most women don’t stop dreaming overnight. They slowly stop believing.
1. You cannot create a life beyond what you believe is available to you. Your limits aren't your circumstances — they're the invisible ceilings you've accepted as reality. Bust through them.
2. Your identity sets your ceiling. Everything traces back to how you answer the question: Who am I? You don't get what you want — you get what aligns with who you believe you are.
3. Take aligned, messy action. Clarity doesn't come before the action — it comes from the action. Stop waiting to feel ready. Done is better than perfect.
If you’ve been playing small, settling for “comfortable,” or waiting until you feel ready—this episode is your wake-up call.
It’s time to rewrite what’s possible.

"We are women that don't look our age, act our age, or identify with our age. We are curious, we mentor others, and we are forever blooming." Alyson Hoag
What if the way you show up in the mirror is the deepest form of identity work? This week, we sit down with Alyson Hoag, makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur and newly promoted Tony Robbins trainer — for a wide-open conversation about what it truly means to author your own image. Alyson explores how visual identity, authentic self-expression, and midlife reinvention are inseparable — and why beauty for women over 50 is not about the makeup at all.
This isn't about lipstick. It's about excavating who you are and letting her show up fully.

“Avoiding money doesn’t make you safe—it keeps you small.”
What if the problem isn’t your finances… but the story you’ve been telling yourself about money?
In this deeply personal and powerful episode of The Girl Out of Order Podcast, Christine Gale opens up about her lifelong relationship with money—marked by shame, avoidance, and the belief that there would never be enough—and how that story quietly shaped her choices, her confidence, and her freedom.
If you’ve ever said:
…this episode is for you.
Because here’s the truth: You don’t have a money problem—you have a money identity problem.
This is not a financial strategy episode. This is an identity shift.
We walk through 3 simple, actionable steps to help you:
Through storytelling, real-life examples from her work as a family law attorney, and her own journey from avoidance to ownership, Christine invites you to stop playing small and start engaging with your financial life in a whole new way.
Because money isn’t just about numbers.
Money is freedom.
Money is access.
Money is choice.
Money is impact.
And avoiding it? That doesn’t make you safe. It keeps you small.

“Your body will whisper… until it forces you to stop.” Lauren Wu
In this episode, I sit down with Lauren Wu — attorney, former ballerina, and pulmonary embolism survivor — whose life changed in an instant during a work training when hidden blood clots were discovered in both lungs.
Her recovery was long and brutal: months in a wheelchair, relearning to walk, and rebuilding her mind and nervous system from the ground up.
Out of that season, Lauren created Heart Lead Leadership, a framework redefining how we lead, work, and live — rooted in humanity, alignment, and trust.
This conversation will challenge everything you think about stress, success, and resilience — and invite you to rewrite your story from the inside out.

"You don't have to know the whole story to refuse the one being written for you."
What if the story that was written for you isn't the story you have to live? In this powerful episode, Christine kicks off the Rewriting phase of Season One with a raw, honest, and deeply personal reminder: wherever you are, whatever you've been through — this is not the end.
Drawing from her own journey of childhood neglect and abuse, public professional humiliation, marital betrayal, and the challenges of raising children through mental health crises, Christine makes the case that your trauma is not your identity — and your past is not your final word.

"When you can balance your strength with your softness, it's game freaking on."
This episode is tender. Honest. And long overdue.
For years, many of us have lived in survival mode—learning to be strong, independent, and hyper-capable in order to succeed… and stay safe. And while that strength has served us, it has also come at a cost.
Exhaustion. Disconnection. A quiet longing for something more.
In this deeply personal and thought-provoking episode, Christine opens up about her own resistance to femininity and softness—and the moment everything began to shift. Through storytelling, reflection, and powerful reframes, she invites you to consider a new possibility:
What if your softness isn’t weakness… but your greatest source of power?
This is not about becoming less strong.
It’s about becoming whole.

"The good girl survived. The grounded woman leads."
For generations, women were praised for being agreeable, accommodating, responsible, and easy to be around. In other words… a “good girl.”
But what happens when the very strategy that helped you belong begins to silence your voice, suppress your truth, and leave you emotionally exhausted?
In this powerful episode, Christine explores the quiet but transformative moment many women experience in midlife—the realization that compliance may have kept you safe, but it also kept you small.
This conversation is not about judgment, rebellion, or blowing up your life. It’s about something far more powerful: evolution. Because reclaiming your voice isn’t about becoming louder. It’s about becoming truer.

“Reclaiming your health is not about aesthetics — it’s about agency.”
Midlife is not decay. It’s recalibration.
In this episode, Christine delivers a powerful love letter to the midlife woman — reminding her that reclaiming her health is not about dieting or shrinking.
It’s about agency.
Because when you neglect your body, you weaken your leadership.
Christine breaks down five essential pillars for midlife vitality:
Your body isn’t betraying you. She’s asking to be led differently.
Reclaiming your health is how you reclaim your identity.
The world needs you strong, rooted, and energized for what you are here to build.

“Disappointment is human. Self-betrayal is optional.”
What happens when the yes you felt so certain about becomes a no?
In this episode, Christine shares a recent, very real leadership setback — a job offer she believed was aligned that unexpectedly fell through — and how quickly doubt crept in.
But this isn’t just about disappointment.
It’s about what happens inside your brain, your nervous system, and your identity when expectation collapses.
You’ll learn:
Closed doors don’t mean you were wrong.
They mean life involves other humans with agency.
Reclaiming is not about avoiding the sting.
It’s about recalibrating without collapsing.

“If we do not release the stories that were projected onto us, our lives will be stunted and our impact blunted.”
Sister, today’s episode is the heartbeat of why Girl Out of Order exists. We’re closing out the releasing portion of Season One by going back to the very beginning — the moment I realized how much of my life had been shaped by expectations, stories, and projections that were never actually mine.
In this conversation, I walk you through how unexamined beliefs — especially those handed to us by people we love or authority figures we trust — quietly become cages. I share how projections live not just in our minds, but in our bodies… and why midlife often becomes the moment we simply refuse to contort ourselves any longer. This episode is an invitation into clarity, freedom, and the deep self-respect that comes from choosing a truer story for your life.

“You don’t have to muscle your way into a new life. You just have to change the question.”
What if the anxiety you feel, the pressure you carry, and the burnout you’re battling aren’t coming from your circumstances—but from the questions you’re asking yourself every day?
In this deeply personal and powerful episode, we unpack one of the most life-changing concepts I've ever applied: the Primary Question—the unconscious question shaping your mindset, emotional state, decisions, and ultimately, the quality of your life.
Through heartfelt stories from her own life, her work as a family law litigator, and a vulnerable conversation with her daughter, Christine reveals how poor-quality questions like “Am I doing enough?” or “What will they think?” quietly fuel anxiety, scarcity, self-judgment, and overwhelm.
This episode is part of the releasing season—letting go of patterns that no longer serve you—and it offers practical, grounded tools to help you wake up, get honest, and rewrite the question running your life.

January is loud — full of goals, strategies, vision boards, and pressure to “start strong.”
But for many women, January doesn’t bring inspiration. It brings overwhelm.
In this episode, I offer a radical reframe for the new year: You don’t need a bigger vision — you need a clearer one.

✨ How midlife invites alignment over achievement
✨ How to reduce noise and listen for truth

“A snake can’t grow new skin while clinging to the old one — and neither can you.”
What if the new year didn’t require you to sprint?
What if clarity, motivation, and vision don’t arrive on command January 1st — but show up after you let old versions of yourself fall away?
In this powerful episode of the Girl Out of Order Podcast, Christine challenges the pressure women feel in early January to plan, manifest, vision-board, and “get it together.” Instead, she introduces a new frame:
It’s still the Year of the Snake — there’s still time to shed.
Drawing from spiritual symbolism, identity work, and her own year of expansion, Christine talks about how releasing old roles, relationships, expectations, patterns, and stories is required before you can design a new season with intention.

“Sometimes the most responsible thing a woman can do is stop talking long enough to hear herself again.”
After a two-month pause, I am back behind the mic—and this episode explains why the silence mattered.
This wasn’t burnout.
This wasn’t quitting.
This was a conscious, soul-led pause.
In this powerful relaunch episode, Christine shares what happens when a woman stops long enough to truly listen—to herself, to God, and to the deeper call on her life. She recasts the vision for Girl Out of Order, clarifies what this space is and is not, and unveils an intentional, seasonal structure for 2026 designed to support women through real life transitions, identity evolution, and embodied growth.

"You don’t have to know it all to get started. You just have to answer the question in front of you, and then move on to the next." Keisha Watkins
n this deeply inspiring episode of Girl Out of Order, I sit down with the extraordinary Keisha Watkins — a woman who turned a crystal-clear wedding-day vision into Wrenwood Ranch, a stunning 14-acre boutique retreat in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. But this story isn’t just about building cottages or starting a business — it’s about building a life, brick by brick, rooted in purpose, persistence, and personal growth.
Keisha opens up about the decade-long journey of chasing a dream she couldn’t shake — from the back-porch "what if" conversations to clearing trees with snake boots and a chainsaw. Along the way, she shares raw truths about failing forward, investing in herself (even when it didn’t pay off right away), and embracing the discomfort that always comes with expansion. She reminds us that you don’t need to know the whole path — you just need to keep taking the next right step. If you’ve ever felt like your dream was “too big,” or your timing “too late,” Keisha’s story will remind you that your why is the compass — and it’s never too late to follow it.

“You weren’t designed to carry everyone and everything. You were designed to connect, contribute, and co-create.” Christine Gale
Sister, if you’ve ever whispered to yourself, “I’m just so tired of being the strong one”, this episode is your soul's deep exhale. As we push through the final quarter of the year—juggling holidays, deadlines, and demands—I’m inviting you to take a sacred pause. In this episode, I share a deeply personal exploration of what it means to carry the weight of performative strength and why it's time we start redefining what it means to be "strong."
We talk about the generational patterns that teach us to power through, the costs of constantly holding it all together, and—most importantly—how we can begin to surrender with grace. I offer you tangible, gentle strategies to lay down your sword and make space for softness, support, and genuine strength. This conversation is an invitation to choose curiosity over control and connection over exhaustion.
Episode Summary:
[1:56] - The epidemic of strength: Why women everywhere are feeling emotionally and physically depleted
[4:17] - Generational strength: The toxic cycles passed down from mother to daughter
[6:45] - Survival mode: The root of always needing to be strong and how it shows up in our lives

"Your compelling life does not exist in the comfort zone—it lives on the other side of the nudge."
In this powerful and heartfelt episode, I’m speaking directly to that quiet little voice inside you—the one that’s been gently (or maybe not so gently) nudging you toward change. Whether it's in your health, your career, or your relationships, that nudge isn’t random. It’s divine guidance calling you to step out of your comfort zone and into alignment with your truest self.
I share my own journey of ignoring the nudge for far too long—staying stuck in a law firm that drained me—and the freedom and joy that came when I finally said yes to that persistent inner pull. I’m here to be the voice in your ear saying: it’s time. Your compelling life is waiting, but only if you’re willing to listen to the nudge and take bold, messy, beautiful action.
If this episode lit a fire in you or gave you that aha moment, I’d be so grateful if you’d take a moment to rate, follow, share, and leave a review. Let’s keep growing this beautiful community of bold, brave, out-of-order women together. 💖
Your compelling life awaits, sister. Let’s go get it.

“Dare to do that action. Dare to go for what you've been holding yourself back. Because passion never comes like a scream. It's always a whisper.” Besa Martini
I am thrilled to share this deeply meaningful episode of Girl Out of Order with you — one of the conversations I lean on the most when I think about growth, identity, grit, and what it means to get unstuck from old stories. I sit down with my coach, Master Coach Besa Martini (of Tony Robbins fame), who has transformed my life in ways I never saw coming. Together we explore how she moved across continents, wrestled with identity, leaned into possibility, and how we women can do the same — especially when our “shitty committee” (you know what I mean) is telling us to shrink.
In this episode, we dive into: the power of story (the ones we tell ourselves vs. the ones we can write), the triad — physiology, focus, language — as a tool for becoming the person you want to be before the evidence is there, and the courage to fail, to invest, to believe. If your heart has ever been saying, “there’s got to be more,” this episode is a love letter for you.
Timeline Highlights
TimeMoment & Why It Matters
[6:43] | Besa shares what it was like arriving in America 23 years ago, and how she navigated being an immigrant, having an accent, and holding onto her roots while daring to grow.
[12:30] | She describes the moment she decided “things have to change” — how witnessing suffering led her to re-evaluate what she was accepting in her own life.
[20:45] | A powerful reframing: certainty doesn’t precede action — it’s action that creates certainty. How she moved forward even without knowing the full roadmap.
[25:00] | The triad (physiology / focus / language): how we’re constantly choosing who we show up as, moment by moment; what changes when we shift those three things.
[36:00] | Besa speaks directly to the strong, fiery women (Enneagram 8s, Dynamo DISC, etc.) who have been told they are “too much” — and what it really takes to reclaim and embody your power.
[46:30] | Sowing seeds, patience, momentum: the metaphors that remind us growth is messy, slow, full of “no visible results,” yet unfolding behind what we see.
[50:40] | For the woman at the threshold — the one grieving an emptied nest, unsure who she is without her “roles” — Besa offers the first little actions to step toward possibility.

“Put a period at the end of the sentence. Evil is evil. Period.”
This week’s episode is deeply personal, raw, and filled with reflection. Originally, I had planned to bring you an inspiring conversation with my coach, Bessa Martini, but after the heartbreaking events in Utah, I felt compelled to speak directly to you from the depths of my soul. This episode is a call for unity, a reminder of our shared humanity, and a challenge to choose love, curiosity, and grace in a time where division is screaming louder than ever.
I invite you into a space of deep contemplation—about how we react to tragedy, how we treat one another in disagreement, and what it means to truly live as a Girl Out of Order. Whether you’ve felt confusion, anger, or heartbreak over recent events, I ask you to walk with me in this episode as we re-center ourselves around compassion, connection, and bold, bridge-building love. No politics. Just humanity. Period.

“Build a vision for your life that is bigger than your fear, and watch your courage rise to meet it.”
In part two of our deeply personal series, “Letting Go When the Heart Wants to Hold On,” I’m leaning into one of the most tender, complex, and courageous conversations yet: letting go of an intimate partnership when your heart still clings to love. As a divorce attorney, a wife of nearly 32 years, and a woman who’s been doing the messy, beautiful work of self-discovery, this topic isn’t theoretical for me—it’s lived.
In this episode, I’m not giving you advice or telling you what to do. I’m offering heartfelt invitations—to get honest with yourself, to stop gaslighting your intuition, and to build a courageous vision for the life you truly want. Whether you're questioning your relationship, supporting a friend, or simply evolving into a new version of yourself, this conversation is about choosing alignment over obligation, truth over fear, and growth over stagnation.
This episode is tender. It’s real. And it’s here to remind you that your life is yours to design. If it resonated with you, please rate, follow, review, and share the podcast—it helps us grow this beautiful community of women walking courageously through change. And don’t miss next week’s conversation: letting go of friendships when your heart wants to hold on. It's going to be another soul-deep session.
You are not alone. You are doing amazing. Keep being a Girl Out of Order. 💛
Timeline Summary:
[2:24] - Why I felt compelled to speak on letting go of intimate partnerships
[5:30] - The power of radical honesty: What are you really holding on to?
[9:36] - Stop gaslighting yourself: Listening to your inner knowing
[13:40] - Love vs. alignment: Can you still grow in your current relationship?
[17:46] - Building a vision for your life that’s bigger than your fear

“Letting go doesn’t mean losing them. It means trusting that the love you’ve poured into them will carry them farther than your arms ever could.”
The 1st episode in the new 4-part series, "Letting Go When Your Heart Wants to Hold On" is timely and touching. Letting your college kiddos go is gut wrenching AND a beautiful opportunity to reimagine your gorgeous life.
Over these next few episodes, we’ll explore what it really takes to release the people, relationships, and stories that no longer fit who we are becoming — even when every fiber of our heart wants to cling to the familiar. From relationships to stories, this series is an honest and tender look at how to let go without losing yourself in the process.
In this opening episode, we’re diving into one of the most universal and emotional rites of passage for a parent — sending your child off to college. I share my own journey of navigating the swirl of emotions: the deep pride in who they’re becoming, the ache of their absence, and the surprising ways this transition can awaken a new version of you. Together, we’ll talk about the difference between holding on and staying connected, how to honor your feelings without being consumed by them, and why letting go can be an act of profound love. Buckle up because this series is going to be a gorgeous wake-up call and invitation to own your true identity as you navigate letting go when your heart doesn’t want to. Your compelling life is waiting for you!

“Evil is not some grand, supernatural force. It’s the small moments of inhumanity, the quiet choices to look away, the subtle dismissals of suffering. That is where evil thrives.”
— Susan Neiman, moral philosopher
I am showing up today with a broken heart and a fierce, unwavering spirit. If you’ve been paying attention, you know that on October 7, 2023, Hamas terrorists invaded Israel, massacring over 1,200 innocent men, women, and children and taking hundreds hostage. Women were raped, tortured, and dragged through the streets. Babies were ripped from their mothers' arms. And yet, the world has largely remained silent.
Let me very clear: this is not a political statement—this is a human statement.
I refuse to stand by while Jewish women in my life are suffering, not just from the horrific attacks but from the deafening silence of their non-Jewish friends and from the world. These women—our sisters—are grieving, terrified, and questioning why so few are checking in, offering support, or even acknowledging their pain.
What is happening in Israel and in the tunnels of Gaza is pure evil. And if this doesn’t break your heart, if it doesn’t ignite righteous outrage, I urge you to check yourself.
This episode is a call to action for every woman who believes in the dignity of human life. I implore you to:
✅ Break the silence—reach out to Jewish friends, acknowledge their pain, and stand with them.
✅ Recognize evil when you see it—do not minimize or excuse acts of terror.
✅ Reject selective outrage—if we stand for women, we must stand for all women.
✅ Take action—use your platform, speak out, and refuse to be complicit in silence.
Never again...

What if the rejection is actually God's redirection?
In this powerful second installment of our Designing Your Destiny series, I’m diving deep into one of the toughest yet most transformative topics—rejection. What do we do when life says “no” to something we deeply desire? This week, I’m sharing my personal experience with rejection and how I learned to redefine its meaning in a way that fuels growth and joy. From applying for a TEDx talk to revisiting lessons from Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny, we explore how to reframe setbacks and embrace life’s abundance with a new primary question.
Get ready to uncover the power of better questions, the importance of authentic emotions, and the freedom that comes with trusting your path. Plus, hear about the life-changing magic of reframing your narrative and how to rewrite your primary question for a brighter, bolder future.
Episode Highlights:
[2:00] - Shifting the focus: From TEDx rejection to embracing life lessons.
[4:22] - How I handled rejection authentically and refused to stay in a “no.”
[6:50] - Drawing inspiration from The Lord of the Rings: Finding your Gandalf moment.
[9:00] - The power of rewiring your primary question and its impact on rejection.
[13:35] - My old disempowering question and the scarcity mindset it created.
[15:54] - Crafting a new, empowering primary question: A game-changer in life’s toughest moments.
[18:12] - Lessons learned from rejection and manifesting future successes.
[20:35] - Your challenge: Define and rewrite your own empowering primary question.

In this kickoff episode of our 3-part series, Designing Your Destiny, we dive right into the deep end of what drives you at your core—how you prioritize your 6 human needs. Drawing on my transformative experiences with Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny, we walk through the 6 primary needs that shape your decisions, emotions, and relationships. This isn’t just theory; it’s about practical strategies to help you break free from limiting patterns and design a life of growth, love, and purpose.
Understanding the impact of how I prioritize my human needs has literally transformed the way I show up in and for my 1 beautiful life. I want the same for you!
We explore how needs like certainty, significance, and love can either empower you or keep you stuck in a cycle of fear and frustration. My own journey of shifting from a life ruled by certainty to one fueled by growth and connection gives you insight into how these shifts in focus can open up a life you've always dreamed of. This week is all about reflection and awareness—laying the foundation for the next steps in your journey toward a life of passion and purpose.

Welcome to our 1st series since December! In this episode, you'll be introduced to the S.H.E. I.S. model for identity creation because it's time to take ourselves back down to the studs. It's been a juicy year, filled with so many massive highs and some challenging dips. After my recent hysterectomy and the resulting pause, I've battled some self-doubt and allowed my old stories to infiltrate my new beautiful identity. It truly stunk, but I'm BACK!
This series is based upon my talk to the My Nashville Women's Power Luncheon where I talked about how to become a woman on a mission - our mission begins in the mirror. In this series, we will explore the S.H.E. I.S. acronym so we can anchor in our identity as we navigate life's eventful twists and turns. "You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them." Maya Angelou
When is the last time you consulted your inner compass to make sure you are still on the right path? This week, I’m getting real and raw about my recent recalibration and how I worked through the darkness that followed. My goal is to share with you what I learned so you can decide if you need to recalibrate and then avoid slipping into dense fog when you change course midstream.
In today’s episode, we dive deep into what it truly means to recalibrate, why it’s so crucial, and how we can give ourselves the grace to make the necessary pivots. I get personal about my recent decision to delay launching the Own Your Identity Mastermind and the emotional journey of letting go to make space for what truly matters. If you’re feeling out of sync or battling internal resistance, this episode is for you. It’s time to honor where we are, what we truly desire and where we know we need to head. Let’s do this!

Changes are afoot....Now what?
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” — Anaïs NinIn this episode, we dive deep into a topic that resonates with SO many women: embracing changes we never wanted. Life is full of unexpected twists, some we see coming, others that blindside us. Regardless of how these changes appear, we face a pivotal choice in how we respond to them. As summer fades into autumn, it's a powerful reminder of the cycles of change that surround us. When we're faced with shifts in our realities, we are faced with a choice: welcome the gifts & grow or resist the changes and crumble. We talk about navigating life-altering events, from sending kids off to college to facing personal health challenges, and how these moments shape us. This episode is a call to action to engage with life's changes, to reckon with them, and to use them as catalysts for growth. Whether it's letting go of what was or stepping into a new season of life, we'll explore how to turn these transitions into powerful rebirths.
If you're ready to dive deeply into your identity as you navigate change, join me for the Own Your Identity 6-Week Mastermind starting on September 30th. Details found here: https://www.thechristinegale.com/mastermind.
Let's hug it out even as we light a fire under our booties to use these changes to take our gorgeous lives to the next level!
xoxo--Christine

Who do YOU say you ARE?
That's a question we should all be asking, doggone near every day and yet most women go through life, unaware, disengaged and disconnected from their most authentic selves. As we enter into the final chunk of 2024, I'm urging myself and you to WAKE THE HECK UP!
Summer's coming to a close, Autumn is dawning and it's the perfect time to take a deep breathe and set some ambitious goals. But what if the "goals" you set have less to do with achieving and more to do with becoming?
In this episode, I share a transformative experience I had recently while leading an identity workshop for my daughter's college soccer team. These young women taught ME so much! I did this workshop 12 months ago and what I realized is the woman I WAS a year ago is precious and I honor her. AND I have become such a stronger, brighter and more grounded woman because I chose to step out, step up and design the human I wanted to become.
It is time for you, sisters, to lean into uncertainty, take bold steps, and embrace the unknown to become a more authentic, powerful version of yourself. Whether you're feeling stuck, unsure of where you're headed, or ready to break free from the molds society has set for you, this episode is for you. Join me as I challenge you to set goals not just for what you want to achieve, but for who you want to be. Let's take this journey together to build the lives we're meant to live!

What are you holding onto that's keeping you stuck? What if you let it all go?
Imagine a life of freedom -- from your past, from trauma, from unforgiveness, from disappointment, from heartbreak. What are YOU refusing to let go of that binds your heart, cages your dreams and drains your energy?
Come along with me this week during my Power of the Pause period as I reflect on how much freedom there is to breathe deeply and release....just release. THIS. MUST. STOP! Words create worlds and the world we're living in cries out to be REcreated. Are you in? I know you are.
In this week's episode, I get serious because the it is required by the moment we're in. I recorded this the day after the assassination attempt on the life of the former United States president Donald J. Trump. One hero dad and 1st responder lost his life covering his wife and daughters and 2 others are fighting for their lives. We are so fractured in this country and so much of this division is fomented by the language we use to describe people with whom we disagree. The dehumanization of other humans destroys a society. THIS. MUST. STOP!
At Girl Out of Order, we are fiercely committed to building bridges among ALL women regardless of our differences. This requires a volitional choice to enter into uncomfortable conversations lead with love, compassion, understanding and listening. I envision a world that is as varied, colorful, challenging, interesting and full of love as possible. I choose love. I choose empathy. I choose humility. I choose compassion. I choose understanding. I choose to have friends and sisters i my life I don't necessarily agree with. I choose this beautiful community!
What will you choose?
We are in this together and together, can truly can change this world.

"Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen." – Shakti Gawain
Are you listening? No, REALLY listening? Our beautiful and powerful bodies speak volumes to us, sometimes in whispers, sometimes with great volume. Sisters, if we make it a practice, a lifestyle of being and staying tune with our bodies, we will receive sacred signals that guide, direct, and lead us to the best life possible. But so often we squelch, diminish and ignore what our bodies are telling us they need.
We are badasses. We are warriors. We are sacrificial. We can hold it all. But should we? I am in a season of finally listening and taking action on what my body is telling me she needs. My hope is that my journey through ignoring clear signals to surrender and acceptance that I need a full hysterectomy will provide a guiding light to you beautiful humans out there. After all, the world needs what only we can provide so let's care deeply for out temples. xoxo--Christine

There's power in the pause and strength in the resulting stillness.
"It hurts when I argue with reality." Byron KatieI've been ignoring reality in my body for too long, pushing ahead, gathering steam for the dream while the growing chorus of warning signs grew louder. Through wise & brave counsel from my tribe & deep, inner reflection, I am leaning into a necessary season of stillness. There is immense power in the pause, sister! Sometimes we need to create space for healing, for refocusing and to listen.
Join me for my 1st solo episode in a hot minute where we tackle this important topic in a quick, dirty and honest manner. Girl, we all need to improve our ability to recognize when a pause must be a priority. If we listen to our bodies, our minds and out spirits, we will come back stronger, more clear-eyed & focused than ever before. That is MY plan and once I find my strength in this season of stillness.... LOOK OUT! This phoenix shall rise, baby!

"The influence of a mother’s love is unparalleled, a force that shapes lives, molds futures, and leaves an indelible mark on the world." - Unknown
On this episode, we welcome the incomparable Amy Edwards of the Amy Edwards Podcast. She is a multi-passionate entrepreneur and shares her journey of reinvention and embracing life at ALL stages. Becoming a mother was a turning point in her life, as she lost her own mother shortly before giving birth. This experience made Amy reassess everything and consider what she was modeling for her daughters. Her diverse pursuits, including being a rock and roll singer, podcast host, and advocate for women, have all blossomed from her role as a mother.
In this conversation, Amy and I discuss the importance of trusting our intuition as mothers the importance of having, authentic, open communication with our children. This allows them to trust their own instincts.
Amy shares her work with Fight for Her, a nonprofit initiative that focuses on providing healthcare, education, and business opportunities for the Batwa Pygmy women in Uganda. Amy's inspiring story shows us that we all have the power to expand the power of mothering to impact the whole world.

It's okay to miss Mom AND feel relief.
Mother's Day can be a complicated holiday for many women. Mother wounds run deep and can affect every aspect of our lives. These wounds can be emotional, mental, or spiritual injuries inflicted by your mom, usually starting in childhood, but can persist throughout our adult lives. And you can love and admire you mama, like I did mine, AND have to work through the myriad ways she damaged your ability to live the fulfilling life you need, want and desire.
Whether you endured neglect, criticism, absence, enmeshment, abuse or some other way you were let down or hurt, in order to heal, you must become aware. Name it! In this episode, we explore the nature and impact of mother wounds and give you concrete tools to begin the healing process from wounds from your mama. Hear this: even if she never intended to harm you, if the wounds are there and you have the courage to name them and get the help you need to heal, you will gain the freedom you deserve.

Any people pleasers in the house? It's time to go to rehab and kick this habit for good!
"I was a people-pleaser, but the only person who wasn’t pleased was me." OprahPeople pleasing is one of the most destructive habits that hinders our self-worth. It can show up in obvious ways like over-apologizing and saying yes WAY too often to more subtle ways such as suppressing emotions and not asking for help. No matter how it rears its ugly head, people pleasing takes and keeps us down, hindering our ability to love, nurture and respect ourselves. So how do we break this often life-long habit?
Join us this week as we explore the many facets of people-pleasing and get practical tools to recognize it, rehab it and break free from its grip. This episode is FIRE and is already changing me! I can't wait for it to help you transform your self-worth as well.

It's time to BUST through the imposter syndrome that holds you back, keeps you down and robs the world of your greatness!
"The beauty of the impostor syndrome is you vacillate between extreme egomania and a complete feeling of: 'I'm a fraud! Oh God, they’re on to me! I’m a fraud!' So you just try to ride the egomania when it comes and enjoy it, and then slide through the idea of fraud." Tina Fey, actress, comedian, and writer
The feeling of being a fraud, a fake, an imposter is epidemic in female humans. From Tina Fey to Michelle Obama to Serena Williams, imposter syndrome is ever-present. But here's the great news! We can combat it and relegate it to the shadows as we take our place in the light!
While there are probably many more tactics and strategies to fight imposter syndrome, here are my top 5!
Freedom awaits, sister! You are made to have a gorgeous, fulfilling life and the world needs what ONLY you can provide.

It took prison for Chelsea to find her gateway to paradise.
"The phoenix must burn to emerge." – Janet Fitch
Chelsea Alba has been on a journey of worthiness for most of her life. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Chelsea lost her way as a teenager and found herself immersed in a world of drug-fueled partying. After experiencing a terrible trauma, Chelsea swiftly became and addict who found herself in and out of jail until she finally ended up serving a sentence in state prison. What could have broken her, ended up saving her and setting her on a completely different path and she eventually met me in Fiji.
Join us for this beautiful conversation as Chelsea provides a roadmap for her own worthy journey and gives us all hope that we too can develop empowering self-worth no matter our circumstances, our traumas or our challenges. Chelsea is truly a phoenix who rose from the ashes.

"Your past does not equal your future unless you choose to live there." Tony Robbins.
Welcome to a full month of Worthiness! As we step into March and the Spring season, “coming alive” is on my mind! This month, we are delving into the topic of worthiness. 80% of women don’t believe they’re enough. 75% of female executives deal with imposter syndrome. And 91% of girls and women don’t love their bodies. This. Must. END!
Before you can live a life of worthiness, you must deal with your past. The beautiful truth is your past does NOT equal your future. You get to choose what you past means and decide to use your story to grow, transform and contribute to the healing of others.
You are worthy, sisters, as you are. I see you. I feel you. I am you.
EXCITING NEWS ALERT!!! At the speaking intensive, I won a spot to speak at Loren Lahav's Own Your Worth Conference on March 9, 2024!!!! I am so incredibly excited for this opportunity. Women heal uniquely with other women. That is just the truth.

"The best friendships are often the ones you never saw coming." - Unknown
Today on Girl Out of Order, we explore the beauty and surprise of friendships that come from the most unexpected places. When you open your mind, your eyes and most importantly, your heart, you may find the truest of friends are right there, hiding in plain sight.
Come along with my bestie, Lydia Davis, and I as we tell the story of a friendship no one would've predicted. We make no sense on paper -- 52 vs. 32, 4 kids vs. no kids, vegan vs. SO NOT! Lydia went from my nanny to my person and our story serves as a powerful reminder to not limit yourselves when creating your own girl tribe. Sometimes the most life-giving relationships are those you would never have sought.
So grab a cup o' joe or a glass of wine and open your beautiful heart. Adventures, connection and the unexpected awaits you, sister.

What if you just took a moment to breathe?
There’s so much hustle & bustle, frenetic goal-setting, resolution making & resetting that happens at the beginning of a new year.
What if you aren’t quite feelin’ it? What if you’re slower to roll out those plans, finish the vision board or join the rush of workshops, webinars, masterminds or challenges?
What if you rolled into the New Year with such self-love that anxiety and comparison just melted away? Sisters, give yourself grace with how you start your new year and be gentle with your beautiful self. In this episode, we discuss what grace looks like amidst the pressure of ALL the things that launch at the start of each year.
Come along with me as I start this year unlike any other - with a sweet gentleness to my beautiful self. I am here at the right time with the right amount of focus. There's plenty of time for my year to be planned out, for dreams to be mapped. And I can do this while giving myself the kind of love, compassion and patience I extend to those whom I love. "Money is a reflection of your creativity, your capacity for focus and your ability to add value and give back." Tony Robbins
What the heck IS wealth exactly? Well, in FIJI, we shifted from 4 days of Life Mastery to 3 days of Wealth Mastery and before it began, I could NOT answer that question for myself. I went from flying high mastering "LIFE" to walking into the room with the same 130+ people, but telling myself "I don't belong here." My old story dogged me and I had to root it out, open my mind & choose to define what wealth means to ME.
Come along on our final journey to Fiji and open your mind to what wealth means to YOU! Wealth begins with an unshakeable mindset! We tackle the 3 critical questions to prepare your wealthy mindset. And then we get practical, tactical and I lay down the challenge for you...and...for me.
Come along with me as we redefine wealth because there's nothing SEXIER than a woman in control of her money!

Welcome back to Part 2 of my glorious trip to the enchanting Fiji! In this episode, we explore the life-changing truth that "I can do HARD things!" In the first few days of Life Mastery, we were challenged physically, emotionally & spiritually. Our beliefs about our capacity were stretched BIG TIME and so much growth & potential were unleashed!
Pole Jumping - Yup, I climbed a literal telephone pole, stood on top of it like a pelican, stood straight & face my gut-wrenching fear of falling. The most important lesson? "Just take the next right step!" Community was forged at the poles that day and this experience will live with me forever. (To see the video, please join our Girl Out of Order Community at the link below. )
The Cleanse - This was a challenge for me as I went as all in as I could with cleansing and detoxifying my body so I could revitalize it. I proved to myself that not only can I do HARD things, but it's in doing the hard things with conviction that deep-seated, unhealthy patterns are literally broken. I am so grateful that I leaned into this challenge with my new 130 besties from around the world because I brought home critical new health habits that are in fact saving me. "Your health IS your wealth."
Colonics/Colon Hydrotherapy - Just Google it. No seriously, Google it! I leaned into the super awkward, crazy-healthy process of cleansing my colon, an organ I gotta says I've never really thought about before. And, I know I can do HARD things because we had regular "poop" conversations in mixed company with people we didn't even know 48 hours early. Yup. Truth.
Be so encouraged by my journey to Fiji and through Life Mastery to take the next right step FOR YOU! Remember, it's the 2 mm shifts we make in our health that build to a vital, energized body. And THAT sets the stage for a compelling, gorgeous life!

Fiji is absolutely otherworldly and experiencing Tony Robbins' Life & Wealth Mastery in this amazing place took that experience to a whole new level. It. Was. INCREDIBLE!
"Living healthy starts with taking the changes you want & moving that moving beyond desire to making them a must. Something that must happen now." Tony Robbins
In this 1st part of the 4-part Fiji review, you will be treated to an overview of the Life Mastery program & the initial insights I gleaned from this immersive experience. Our health IS our wealth & in Life Mastery, my body, mind & soul were pushed hard & then reinvigorated. It opened my eyes, expanded my perspective and gave me a deeper appreciation for this vessel in which I live & serve. I stepped out of my comfort zone & the rewards have been incredible! I know I must make some changes to how I care for my health.
Most importantly, the relationships created during my time in Fiji have propelled me forward in ways that blow my mind. Relationships = everything!
Join me on as we jet off together to Fiji and let me guide you on your own health & relationship journey!

I'M BAAAAACCCKKKK..... from my mountain-top experience in FIJI at Life and Wealth Mastery with Tony Robbins! My heart and mind are overflowing with so many things I want to get out to you!!! Today, I bring you something that has been on my heart before I begin attempting to encapsulate this experience.
In the last week, not only have I done a lot of really hard things I didn’t know I could do… this experience has taught me that everything that passes my lips - I have a choice. I have some of the best years ahead of me but I need to be careful of how I care for this temple so I can use my spirit and my mind to impact this beautiful world. My one gorgeous life is worth giving my body, mind, spirit, wealth and loved ones my absolute best!
YOU TOO ARE SO WORTHY. You are worthy of giving yourself the best care, health, energy, and dreams. You can choose to no longer not dream small and to get out of your own damn way!
Join me in being a Girl Out of Order by relentlessly pursuing self-acceptance and no longer contorting to fit in a mold. It’s time to live a life of confidence by knowing who you are and what you value.
PLEASE do me a HUGE favor: help me get the message out! Take a screenshot of the episode as you’re listening to it and tag me @Christine.D.Gale on IG and christine.salsberrygale on FB!

IT'S TIME FOR AFTERTHOUGHTS & APPLICATION! LET'S GOOO!
We drop a lot of really cool truths out into the universe here in GOOO. Do you ever feel like they may just sit and dissipate? With these new A&A episodes, we will be able to stir up the river bottom by revisiting those truth bombs and actually put ACTION into place!
Last week, we talked about the disempowering habit of shapeshifting in order to make others more comfortable. Are you taking up less space in the world than what you KNOW you should be taking up? It's time to stop trying to fit into someone else's mold! In order to do this, we have to actually tackle the truths and apply what we are learning... NOW.
Be viciously honest about how you shape shift in every single area of your life! And I truly mean EVERY area!) Be fully congruent with who you are and live that out on a daily basis. When everything is stripped away, are you shapeshifting in certain areas of your life? Are you listening to what you think you should do, be, think, feel, or experience? Or are you listening to your true authentic desires?
Evaluate what you're putting into your brain, heart and your ears. Have you taken the time to ask yourself if there are influences you are bringing into your body, mind, spirit, and soul that are not serving you? Things that are leading you to contort your precious self? What about news and social media? Do you consume those things for the true purpose of inspiration or do those things lead to negativity and comparison? Do things that support who you were designed to be, show up, and serve!
Ask yourself: What or who needs to go? Have you evaluated your friendships, colleagues at work, and people you spend time with? Be radically honest with yourself!
After a quick recap, you'll get some more tools and action steps to break this disempowering behavior... once & for all!
Let's unlock unlimited potential in ourselves together, sister!

"You are not required to shape-shift for belonging; this is not a real rule and you don't have to follow it." Jen Hatmaker
Can you relate to showing up in the world less than you truly are? Can you relate to showing up and taking up an amount of space that you know is not congruent with who you are? If so, you might be a shapeshifter and it simply must stop.At Girl Out of Order, we believe that NOT fitting in is the PERFECT fit! You should never EVER contort your beautiful self to fit into another's mold. And yet so many women shift their shape in the quest to fit in, to belong. And it is soul killing.
In this episode, we tackle the effects of shape shifting on women - their dreams, their relationships, their jobs. To break this disempowering habit, we must do 3 things:
1. Be viciously honest about how you shift your shape in every single area of your life.
2. Evaluate what you're putting in your brain, heart and ears.
3. Ask yourself what or WHO needs to go.
At Girl Out of Order, we do not shift our beautiful shape for anyone. We love ourselves well. At Girl Out Of Order, we cultivate the bravery to show up as we are. We inspire one another to be bold to show up and take up space as we are. And then we build bridges among all women, accepting other women as they are and not demanding that they shift their shape for us. Until next time, keep showing up as you are because remember the world needs what only you can give!

You get to design a life of deep connection. It ALL depends on YOU!
Women often struggle to feel connection - in their relationships and to their identity, purpose & mission. We spend so much of ourselves meeting the needs of others, that we experience the slow fade of our beautiful selves. But, wait! There's AMAZING news!
You get to write your own story! You get to design your own connected life. The key to a compelling future is to build deep, meaningful connections. In this episode, we will explore the genesis of a connected life...YOU! With a look back at your Primary Question and Mission Statement, Christine gives you the tools to find your way back to you. Because once you connect to who you ARE, you'll figure out what you WANT & then you can choose with WHOM to build your connected life.
CHANGE YOUR STORY, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

In an INSTANT, a change in perspective can change your life….forever.
We all have a “Primary Question” through which we approach life, whether or not we are of it. Before attending Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny, I showed up each day asking, “Why am I too much & yet never enough to be loved?” Viewing life through that lens led to self-protection, powering up & loneliness. But like me, you can choose to change your Primary Question & the instant you do, EVERYTHING changes!
I’m showing up as raw as humanly possible as I share my heart just a few short days after my Mama passed away. During this time of unspeakable grief, my new Primary Question is saving my life: “How can I more fully experience the Love, Grace & Connection my Creator has for this beautiful life?” The gift of this empowering perspective led me to a sacred & deeply healing 12 hours with Mama as she finished her journey.
In this episode, I share how to not only identify your current Primary Question, but how to in an instant, replace it with one that removes mental barriers and equips you to lead of life of...
→ FREEDOM
→ FULFILLMENT
→ FORGIVENESS &
→ LIMITLESS LOVE
This one's for you, Mama. I love you…always.
In loving memory of Judith Carol February 16, 1944 - January 3, 2023

Come join me as I share my SURREAL experience with the one and only Tony Robbins live in front of 6000 people.
A moment where an old me may have felt intimidated or nervous, I felt such a peace and had an extreme breakthrough that I cannot wait to tell you about.
It was INTIMATE
It was POWERFUL
It was RAW (I gutturally screamed for 2 minutes-even typing that I still can't believe I did it, but it couldn't have been more right)
This experience was a self discovery GIFT that has set me FREE that I cannot wait to share with you here.
Let's connect!
I feel so called to share on this platform but it is only just beginning! I have started an online community of women who are ready to discover their true selves and connect with other women that I would love for you to join!

#9 My "V" Does Not Define Me – Women on a Mission Part 1
"Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.” - Siri Lindley
Stay at home mamas, women with side hustles, employed women, entrepreneurial women, women running non-profits… The list is endless, but the description is the same: MISSION! Women with clarity about and dedication to their mission are a force of nature, making this world a brighter, better and more hopeful place.
The problem? The struggle? Dreaming small. Settling for less than a compelling life full of purpose and passion. Many women have even forgotten how to dream, settling for a life of “shoulds”, “musts” and “might as wells”. At Girl Out of Order, we don’t accept mediocrity, especially when it comes to women maximizing their impact on their worlds and the world at large!
In “Women on a Mission”, you’ll learn about a life-altering tool called the 7 Levels Deep Clarity Tool. Through this tool, your why will be uncovered and your unlimited potential will be unleashed!
Join me in the next episode for an INSANE interview with my bestie, Lydia Davis, founder of Living Full Kombucha, on carving her own path and living out her mission!

"If we want life to change, it is up to each of us to let go of what is no longer serving."
Sage Robbins
"Words create worlds." Donald Miller
Committees are where dreams go to die. So why do so many of us allow a sh*tty committee to set up shop in our mind and control our mindset? Language matters and it all begins with the INNER dialogue. The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our language so it is imperative that we chose wisely. The bar must be high if we are committed to living an extraordinary life. Every. Single. Word. Matters.
How do we silence the sh*tty committee that wrestles for control of our mindsets? We do the damn work! No, seriously, it's called "The Work" because.....it is WORK! Language is a muscle that we must exercise to strengthen. Byron Katie has created "The Work" to literally take every thought captive and put it in its damn place. If the thought does not serve you, it MUST go!
Come on inside and learn the 4 steps in "The Work" that will literally flip the script on your negative and limiting inner dialogue and silence the shtty committee and unleash your unlimited power! You are worth the work and once you are freed from the influence of the shtty committee, you will begin to live the extraordinary life you truly deserve!
CHANGE YOUR LANGUAGE, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

SORRY NOT SORRY! Language is POWER! Words can either breathe life or breathe death. Words can make us feel empowered or make us smaller. The beautiful truth? We can CHOOSE!
Saying “I’m sorry” when it is unwarranted can have a destructive impact on our self-esteem, professional respect, and our relationships. In the second installment of the “My V Does Not Define Me” series, Girl Out of Order tackles the “sorry syndrome” and how “over apologizing” impacts women and girls in every area of their lives.
Come inside to increase your awareness and develop strategies to replace “sorries” with more empowering language and responses. When we align our language with our intrinsic worth, we will quickly see our lives improve and our influence expand. The words we use can truly make or break our futures! CHANGE YOUR LANGUAGE, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

It's 2021 and yet, women are still so often defined (and limited) by our gender. We are "female" attorneys, "female" CEO's, and "Girl Bosses". While the shattered glass ceilings are inspiring, it's high time women and girls cease viewing the world, limiting our potential and keeping our visions small because we are female humans.
In the 1st ever Girl Out of Order series, Christine explores various areas of female personhood with humor, vulnerability and her characteristic honesty. She challenges women to address the ways they limit themselves and other women simply because of the "V". In this introductory episode, Christine sets out her vision for what the series is and what the series is not.
What the Series IS NOT:
What the Series IS:
Be ready to think more deeply about the ways in which we often make ourselves smaller in our minds and out in the world. Once you start to pay more attention, you'll be inspired to take concrete steps to never again let your "V" define you. Please share this episode so we can start a wave of women who are waking up and saying "ENOUGH!" Please reach out with feedback, ideas and your own stories of transformation. We are stronger together!

"Into the woods without delay, but careful not to lose the way. Into the woods, who knows what may be lurking on the journey? Into the woods to get the thing that makes it worth the journeying. Into the woods without regret, the choice is made, the task is set. Into the woods to get my wish, I don't care how, the time is NOW."
