The Tabernacle was a representation of heavenly things on earth
Hebrews 8:5 - They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: “See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”
The tabernacle's design, with its separation into the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies, the presence of the Ark of the Covenant, and the rituals performed by the priests, all conveyed spiritual truths and pointed to the ultimate reality of God's presence and His plan of salvation through Jesus Christ.
The Body – same as the Tabernacle it has three distinct parts Genesis 2:7 Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
1 Thess 5:23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Body: The outer court of the tabernacle, representing the body, can be compared to the physical aspect of a human being. Just as the outer court was accessible to the Israelites, our bodies are the tangible part of our existence through which we interact with the physical world.
Soul: The Holy Place within the tabernacle can be likened to the soul. The Holy Place was accessible only to the priests, just as the soul encompasses our emotions, thoughts, and decision-making. It represents the inner aspects of our being where our personality, mind, and emotions reside.
Spirit: The Most Holy Place, also known as the Holy of Holies, corresponds to the spirit. This innermost chamber was only accessible to the high priest once a year. Similarly, the spirit within a human being is considered the deepest and most sacred part, connecting us to God. It is the seat of our conscience, spirituality, and our capacity to have a relationship with the divine.
