Welcome to Pineapple Talks! 16 years ago, I (Cherise Davis) was introduced to the word—HOSPITALITY. It resonated with me and sounded so good to my ears! I ended up going to school to learn about it. These days, I am a college adjunct professor. Guess what my subject matter is?! Hospitality! The world of hospitality is a pretty big one. It is in fact a trillion dollar industry. As a way to help paint a picture of opportunities for my students and enlighten others who may be curious, I decided to interview men and women who play a part in the industry.
