I have been made new by the righteousness of Jesus/Yeshua. I am His product, He created me and continues to mold and shape me into an image bearer of Himself, for Heresurrected me from the living death of my flesh. I do not live for myself but for Him as a tool for Him to do His great works in and for other people and for this earth. My desires are His desires, my will is surrendered to His will. I am a lighthouse that shines His light. I am the vessel and He is now the spirit that resides in me. I seek to know what He wants me to think and do, who He wants me to be. I am surrendered and I am His product, I am no longer a product for this world, to be used and unseen, unloved, unappreciated. For He sees me, loves me, and wants me, not for my usefulness for He does not NEED me, but WANTS me and I want Him.

What is the cross that you were crucified on?
We all have one or will have one, its apart of our journey and its apart of having our sin revealed to us. Its what bring us to our knees and makes us confess that Jesus is King, and our saviour. It is the realization that we even need one to begin with. It is the mirror of our humility for Jesus meets us in our weakness and brokenness, not our wholeness; if we were whole, we wouldn't need Him. But how many of us are truly "whole" with out Him? How many of us can say that we are perfect and without blemish?
LETS GET ROOTED!!
Stay well & stay blessed!
In order to be something new it means that something else has to die, In order for You to become a new creation it means your old self has to die. (Luke 9:23) Imagine having to die daily just so you can live? The ironic part is that many of us are in-fact already dead, in our soul, our spirit, in our thoughts, actions, behaviors, etc. We may be physically alive but we are all dead when we are separated from God. Because our very design and creation wasn't meant to live apart from Him.
"Carry your cross"; a cross being an instrument of death. What is your instrument of death? Is it traumas you hold onto, toxic behaviors and thoughts, is it addictions, your tongue, false beliefs you hold about yourself and others, is it surface level indulgences, insecurities or maybe its avoidance of anything uncomfortable. What is your cross?
Jesus said, " I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live." (John 11:25)
He is the living God that entered the flesh and conquered its death. So when we allow Him to enter our lives, our flesh, He too conquers our death and brings us back to life; mentally, physically, spiritually. We no longer WANT to live for ourselves but for Him. Living for ourselves is what brought us to our death after all; feeling empty, lacking value & purpose. Consumed with ourselves, living for ourselves, seeking our own avenues of revenge, happiness, desires, wants, pleasures. Yet it always leads back t the feeling of emptiness. Non of the above includes God or His will, it only involves us. When we are consumed with ourselves we cannot see the "bigger picture" we become weighted down by our cross. This is why we are to surrender it at the feet of our saviour. The saying "no one is coming to save you" is accurate because its already been done! We just have to realize it, we have to be willing to die to ourselves and be made new; brought back to life by Jesus/Yeshua and begin to live in alignment with His will and way. The one who knows all and sees all, whom created all.
Are you a new creation?
Are you willing to surrender the old for the new?
Is your life serving you or are you serving it?

In this episode we dive MUCH deeper into analytical thought by looking at ecosystems. What is an ecosystem? Who creates them? Do humans have an internal ecosystem? If so, what are its requirements in order to function in its optimal desired state? If our internal ecosystem is the way in which we function; then it is important to look at what tools are required for us to attain in order to ensure that our lives aka our ecosystems run at their highest capacity to avoid dis-ease in the body. While simultaneously limiting the dis-ease in our world as we are directly intertwined with every other ecosystem on earth.

some scratchy auto but bearable
Biblical Repentance- is a change of the mind, heart, and action, by turning away from sin and self and returning to God. It is not about how we feel, the things we have done or how determined we are to change, it is the act of change in motion.
In this episode I talk about how I believe people have misunderstood certain meanings from scripture due to misinterpretations and misrepresentations by religions leaders and lack of personal due diligence. We see many times how leaders have used scripture outside of its context to manipulate people for reasons that are not of God. This is why having a personal relationship with scripture and the Holy Spirit are so crucial, so that we are not lead astray by people.
"Repentance" has been known to make people feel a sense of shame, unworthiness, and "never going to be enough" mindsets which keeps people trapped, this is due in part because I don't think we understand truly what it is. I know many people that are not biblically rooted and they practice the act of repentance, however they may not necessarily believe in Jesus and this is a crucial flaw. Only through Jesus do we gain salvation, Because again, repentance isn't based on our merits but our ability to change the ways in which we think and act that hinder our highest good and do not align with the word of God, our creator.
I know I have been blessed to have the Holy Spirit with me my whole life, however I was not practicing repentance, but that did not keep God away from me, nor did it stop Him from trying to reach me. However, I still had to enact my own free will to search and find out what His word was and meant, and then actively change so that I would see the change in my life. Religious/worldly repentance pulls us into shame, Biblical repentance pulls us into freedom and glory.

My Personal Testimony with Abortion In this episode I am diving into my experience with choosing to have an abortion at 19 and it’s effects on my life. We are going to talk about how I found forgiveness and peace through Jesus and the word of God, and I am praying that through this episode if you are struggling with forgiving yourself or if you are trying to decide your next move and are currently pregnant, that you find clarity, guidance, insight, and peace. “He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” -Psalm 107:20 Jesus meets us where we are and when He does, He never leaves us there.
In this episode I discuss how there is a move and a wave of gender affirming ideologies amongst children in our society. Curriculums are being changed in schools to include these theories for as young as kindergarten age. How is this harmful? How does this effect you, your family and humanity overall? Do you have a responsibility to speak on this matter? We are diving in and getting ROOTED!
This episode I have Shellayna Cox, an incredible wife, mother, youth mentor, devoted lover of Jesus and so much more! This is a testimony of redemption in marriage through Jesus Christ. It is raw, real, honesty and chillingly vulnerable. I am so grateful that she has shared these very human experiences with us all to learn from and to resonate with.
In this episode we talk about the difficulties of living in the world but desiring a biblical life. I have spent many years observing others, human interactions, relationships, their experiences and my own. What I have come to understand is that many of us in fact do live out biblical principles and teachings such as having empathy, a moral compass, loving others, taking care of the earth, there are so many ways that we naturally live these things out but many of us never read the bible. We source from the world in order to make sense of our lives and our burdens, but what if it is the world that is causing them.
When I started reading it again (the bible), this year to be exact, I found that it aligns with who I truly am more than the world does, and I have seen the ways that as a whole we have been missing the mark when it comes to becoming more in alignment with ourselves, with each other and with God. We have been sourcing from the world for validation, when it's not a valid world. It is not ROOTED in truth but in confusion.
Can we have one foot in and one foot out of anything and expect the most fruitful outcomes? Can we sit on the fence never expecting to fall off? Can we live in the world but not become consumed by it? How do we all do this when we are all so vastly and uniquely different, where do we source our validation from that has no conditions?
Let's get ROOTED and discuss!
In this episode we dive into what does it mean to "choose" to stay and when do you know if it is your time to leave? Let's dive into it!
A lot of times we find ourselves inside our marriages wondering if we should stay or if we should go. A lot of times in marriage we forget that we already made the choice at the altar. For better or worse, sickness & in health and sometimes when you find yourselves in a season of the “worse” it can be easy to forget that it’s not necessarily choosing to stay (because that’s why you got married) but it’s choosing to change. Choosing to do the intentional work that allows us to keep the promise and responsibilities of the choice we already made. Taking responsibility in marriage can be very difficult to do if we are unwilling to see the ways in which we may not be equipped with healthy mentalities, behaviors, reactions & solutions in order to ensure a fruitful and abundant marriage. Luckily, we don’t have to have all the answers, we just have to have a willingness to become intentional in the areas our marriages require.
This episode we are divining into all of the layers that make up our identity, where do they come from and how do we decide which traits to keep and which to toss. How do we know if we are living a life that will bear the most fruits and that will produce the desired outcome? How do we know who we are? These are just some of the questions that we ask ourselves and if we aren't, should we be?
Who's truth is the truth? Who's identity is more valuable than their neighbor? See, identity is the key to the many things we see around our world, it is the root cause of so much of our misalignment and outsourcing, so who are you?
"To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness." Ephesians 4:22-24
This episode we are talking about how there are many pieces of scripture taken out of the bible and out of context that depict a negative influence of how men should be with their wives and how wives should be with their husbands. A common piece that I have heard be taken out of context often is " wives must submit to their husbands and let him lead the household". Modern society would state that is a war on women and their independence, and that NO woman should ever submit to their husbands. However maybe the way society views the word submission is the problem and not the scripture.
Both men and women have become susceptible to entering relationships with unhealthy mentalities, mindsets, beliefs, behaviors, etc. So when you find yourselves in turmoil within your relationship, how do you find common ground to begin to work through it all? Where do you start? Who is "right"? We will discuss these very things. I hoped you enjoy and take something beneficial from this, Stay blessed & Stay well!
Ephesians 5: 22-33
This episode we are diving into how I came to the conclusion that I do not and cannot hate anyone. Believe me there was a point in my life when I did carry hate towards others that perpetrated against me, but I also didn't believe in the devil or Satan. I solely believed in "free will", I believed that humans were solely responsible for the choices and decision that they made.
I know what you're thinking, we are though aren't we? Well yes and no, we do have free will but to negate the fact that this is a fallen world with systems designed by Satan, his followers, and even subconscious participants is what has gotten us to the place that we are today, with the world in the state that it is in. People no longer believing either exists, Satan or Jesus which leaves a very vulnerable society that isn't ROOTED in truth, but opinion and perception, this is Satan's playground.
Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”
Book Club- “The Collapse of Parenting” by Leonard Sax, MD, PhD, light over view & discussion.
Intentional parenting & WANTING to KNOW your children is so key. I hear it from parents “I could never stay home with my children” , and I often think to myself but why? Why & how have we gotten to this place? Our purpose and point is to in-fact be the ones to raise them, know them, guide them, instruct them, nurture them, why wouldn’t we want to be the ones doing it?
Now, due to the structure of society and and the cultural breakdown of the family home, the purposefully inflated costs of living parents have been taken from the home. However there are many ways to be intentional through parenting so why not?Well, I believe it’s because society has created an image that depicts parenting & having children as a burden, draining, & a non stop battle that needs to be escaped from.
Why? Is it the children or is it the parents capabilities? Why do we have parents that don’t feel capable in their roles?

In this episode we talk about how there is a move or an agenda to normalize the harmful and destructive patterns, behaviors and perceptions that have been programmed into humanity to be embraced and celebrated. Why is society normalizing the very clear rise of alcohol use as a crutch for coping with life? Why is there non stop promotion of infidelity, promiscuity, porn and the sexualization of women? Why are we as a society are we not asking ourselves, " are these behaviors truly healthy for humanity, are they healthy for us?
This episode we are talking about how I have notice the depletion of humanities ability to find its WILL and to have one at all, have you? When I look around I see that constantly we are submitting ourselves to things and lifestyles that have been fabricated by the never ending seeking of immediate gratification and enamored by the lives we are sold via social media. Is this beneficial to the human spirit if social media depicts lifestyles that cause us to become insecure, seek fruitless desires, defend behaviors that are harmful, detach from reality, self, family, and God? I am not sure, lets chit chat!
