"How long has it been since you've enjoyed something in life? How long has it been since you've seen your joy?" If we aren't careful, grief can easily "take over" our life and steal the very life we have left to live. Today I'm sharing an excerpt from my book, "If Only I Could" entitled "Enjoy, Baby! Enjoy!" - words I know my husband would have told me if only he could. I pray in this episode you will find the push you need to keep looking for and experiencing joy in every day of your journey through grief.

"It's so interesting to me how sorrow and strength can be so interconnected. How what feels as though it will completely break you, if placed in the hands of God - is what becomes the very thing that will make you." Grief no doubt changes us. And, it's up to you and me as to how we choose to allow these changes to change us.
