How can I support you?
A guy who’s been doing video and audio for 15+years still keeps a checklist close by. Turns out that’s not overkill. It’ssmart.
I also noticed LinkedIn finally added a way toreport AI slop. You can spot it a mile away now. Everybody’s got CapCut, Canva, and AI tools, so the polished stuff is everywhere… and somehow it all looks thesame.
I’m putting together a short 7-part seriescalled Keeping the Live Stream Alive. It’s for anybody runninginterviews, live events, OBS, or any kind of recording setup. Simple checksthat keep things from falling apart when it counts.
Got a free 10-step pre-check you can downloadand print right now at keepingitreal.tv. Stick it next to your gear.
If you’d actually want this series, drop acomment or shoot me a message. Trying to see if it’s worth building out.
In this episode, I break down the system I built to help job seekers fight back against ATS noise and get to real opportunities faster. I call it RATS — Reverse Applicant Tracking System — because the goal is simple: stop letting the applicant tracking system control the search and build a smarter workflow around it.
This episode walks through how the job search agent works, why it matters, and how job seekers can use the same mindset to save time, reduce overwhelm, and focus on roles that actually fit. I also share what I learned building an automated pipeline that collects postings, removes duplicates, filters obvious noise, scores matches against real resume criteria, and logs every decision for review.
If you’re tired of applying into a black hole, this conversation will help you think differently about the job hunt. It’s for anyone who wants more than generic job search advice — especially people trying to build a repeatable system for finding better leads, tailoring applications, and connecting with the right hiring teams.
Topics covered
What RATS means and why I built it.
How to get around ATS noise and duplicate job postings.
Why a structured review process matters.
How AI can support job seekers without replacing judgment.
What makes a job lead worth a manual application.
Why tailored resumes and direct outreach still matter.
Chapter Highlights
0:00 — Opening and why the job search agent exists.
1:10 — What RATS means: Reverse Applicant Tracking System.
2:05 — How the agent collects job postings from multiple sources.
3:05 — Deduping, filtering, and cutting out noise.
4:20 — AI review scoring and why human judgment still matters.
5:45 — What the system found in real-world testing.
7:10 — Why automation helps, but does not replace application strategy.
8:25 — How this can help other job seekers.
9:30 — Final takeaway and what comes next.

Tired of fearing AI? In this walk & talk, I break down the 3 levels of AI use and why cloning yourself with AI is the smartest move right now. Stop worrying it'll take your job – it only replaces those who don't use it. Lean in, train it like you, and get your time back.

What's up y'all, Tommy Kenyon here. Just wrapped another late-night walk after the AI Advantage Summit with Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins. If you're sitting on the sidelines scared AI's gonna replace you... this one's for you.
I lived through Black Monday, dot-com bust, 9/11, 2008, and COVID – pattern guy here. AI ain't different. It's not coming for you... it's coming for the version of you that refuses to learn it.

I’m already running agents that send me job alerts every morning. You can train yours to think, talk, and act like you. Atoms vs Bits – physical you vs digital you that works while you live life.

Episode Title: Don’t Just Upgrade Your Tools — Upgrade Your Heart
Show Description:
What happens when a “CEO of Warner Brothers” comments on your LinkedIn post during your job search? Sounds exciting — until you realize something deeper is going on. In this inspiring and thought-provoking episode, I share how that unexpected online moment taught me one of the most powerful lessons about authenticity, intent, and technology in today’s AI-driven world.
Episode Summary:
This episode revisits my very first speech contest — the speech that started it all. I reflect on a strange (and seemingly fake) LinkedIn encounter that made me rethink how we connect and communicate online. From networking and time to AI and creativity, we explore how technology reflects not who we say we are, but who we really are.
Here’s the truth:
AI doesn’t care about titles, buzzwords, or filters — it amplifies your intent. Whether you’re using LinkedIn to grow your career or experimenting with tools like Suno AI to make music, your results will mirror your motives.
If you want to cheat or cut corners, AI will help you do that faster. But if your goal is to create, learn, and serve others, AI can take you further than ever before.
Key Takeaways:
The difference between connection and authentic connection in the digital world.
Three ways we choose to connect: networking, money & time, and technology.
Why AI reveals our true intent — and how to use that awareness to grow.
The personal story behind my first experiment with AI-generated music (and why “duds” are part of the creative process).
A reminder worth repeating: Don’t just upgrade your tools — upgrade your heart.
Quote of the Episode:
“AI can amplify your why — but only if you lead with your heart.”
Call to Action:
If this episode inspired you, share it with a friend who’s navigating their own digital or career transformation. Let’s spread the word about building genuine connections — and leading with heart in a high-tech world.

Buddha said your thoughts are your greatest enemy – true, but did anyone mention the Fiverr sales pitches in my YouTube comments? #entrepreneurlife
Hey everyone,
Today, I wanted to share a bit about relaxing and staying calm, even in chaotic times. I recently came across this quote: "Don't chase, don't beg, don't be desperate, just relax. When it comes to you, make your wants want you."
This idea of attracting what you desire really resonates with me. It's about trusting the universe and letting things unfold naturally. Instead of forcing things to happen, we should focus on our own peace and well-being.
I've been practicing this myself, and I've noticed a significant shift in my mindset. I'm less stressed, more focused, and more productive. I've learned to listen to my intuition and trust the process.
Some tips for relaxing into your desires:
I hope this helps! Remember, you don't have to be perfect. Just be you, and let your desires manifest naturally.

Welcome to another episode of Keeping It Reel Podcast | Tech Time with Sweet T. In today's episode, we dive deep into the world of online comments and explore the idea that comments, no matter how cruel, can be viewed as feedback rather than personal attacks. We discuss strategies for navigating the sometimes harsh comment sections and harnessing the power of feedback to grow and improve. So, let's jump right in!
Episode Highlights:
The Nature of Online Comments:
Online comments can often be harsh, hurtful, and even cruel.
It's essential to remember that comments are not a reflection of your self-worth. They represent the thoughts and emotions of the commenters themselves.
Embracing Feedback:
Rather than taking comments personally, consider them as feedback, an opportunity to learn and grow.
Separate yourself from the comments and approach them with an open mind.
The Power of Constructive Criticism:
Seek out constructive criticism within the comments. This type of feedback can help you improve your content, offerings, or skills.
Embrace valuable insights hidden behind the negativity.
Understanding Your Audience:
Comments can provide valuable insights into what your audience thinks, desires, and needs.
Use these insights to conduct research, inform your content creation, and better connect with your audience.
Navigating the Comment Section:
Establish clear boundaries and guidelines for engaging with comments.
Focus on fostering constructive conversations and ignore trolls or malicious commenters.
Developing Resilience:
Cultivate a growth mindset and develop resilience in the face of negative comments.
Remember that you have the power to control how you respond to comments.

Dan Konik was born and raised in Vermilion, Ohio. Lake Erie was his front yard. Dan went to Lorain County Community College, then transferred to Ohio University, graduating with a BS in Communications in 1991. Worked as a newspaper reporter for the Lorain Morning Journal while still in college. He got his first real TV job at WCJB in Gainesville, FL, which was invaluable training—moved from that market (165) to WPTV in West Palm Beach (45) after fifteen months, which was exhilarating and a bit terrifying. He stayed there for seven months, then got his job at WBNS in Columbus, Ohio, until 2016, when he moved to WVIZ, Cleveland’s PBS station. He works in the Statehouse News Bureau for that station. He also has his startup business DKVideo, LLC, in 2004, known now as Konik Media. Dan has covered the Pope’s visit to the US, the Olympic Park Bombing in 1996, two GOP conventions, and countless other stories. I talk about my own experience in this solo version of In The Film World. Also why it can help you decide if you made the right choice to work in the film world.
Introverts are taking over the film world, and in the world in general. That’s not to say that Extroverts can’t or don’t rule filmmaking, but a lot of scenarios are in favor of the introvert. Tanner Mitchell of The Introverts Voice helps in this episode to differentiate between the shy and quiet people and who is considered Introverts. We also discuss why might Introverts be more equipped to rule in the film world and in general. https://www.inc.com/larry-kim/why-introverts-now-rule-the-world.html 1. Introverts are superior storytellers. 2. Introverts are better listeners. 3. Introverts feel at home online. 4. They aren't ball hogs. 5. Introverts make better bosses. 6. They're more social than you think. 7. A lonely heart makes for more creativity. www.theintrovertsvoice.com - The Introverts Voice website https://www.facebook.com/The-Introverts-Voice-2059216301024307/ Facebook Fan Page
