This is a special podcast about the 2022 Kona Iron Man.

We were fortunate to meet and "talk story" with one of the remarkable triathletes "Brittany" who told us of the stance that the Iron Man corporation has taken to promote two very important initiatives that we stand behind:

  • The use of "mineral free sunscreen" to help protect our ocean and reefs.
  • The "Pono Pledge". They are urging all affiliated with the organization read and sign.

We are cheering Ms. Brittany on as she competes this Thursday, October 6, 2022!
