According to Institute for Peace and Economics in 2019, Philippines is the country which is most at risk with the current climate crisis that the world is experiencing and some experts are trying to call for the revival of Project NOAH, a risk reduction program of PH which ran from 2012-2017 which was thrown by DOST due to lack of funds. In this episode, we discuss why Project NOAH needs to be relaunched.
