It is extremely important to continuously affirm that we are Healthy, Hole and Complete. We are in a day and age that it is needed more than ever to quite ourselves and still our emotions and speak positivity over and into ourselves.
I only wanted to pose the question...What do we BELIEVE? So often we settle into what others believe and never develop what we believe. This episode focuses on what do we know to be true and what we believe.
So often we spend time honoring everything else...
But I needed to take a moment to honor all that has invested in me my mother. I will spend this moment thanking all that has instilled in me. I will spend this moment honoring my mother and all mothers.
Sometimes we don't realize the value in ourselves. This is a reminder that we are an asset to every experience. I just want to bring it to the for front of our minds how valuable and precious we are.
This week we will address how we are treating each other. We are seeking to be better to others as we would like others to be with us.
I am learning how everything is needed for our growth and our purpose. All things are needed
the rain the pain is just as important as the sunshine and joy.
After last week's episode I felt compelled to dive into all the experiences that we may hold on to that no longer serve us or that we no longer have the capacity to serve.
It is important to take time to reflect, heal and recover.
It's need more now than ever.
So often in life we have been conditioned to get over things. But no one has pushed or encouraged us to get through. There has come a time when getting through is more imperative than ever to move through all that has held and limited us. It's time to move through all that was because of what's to come.

So many things are coming at us on a day-to-day basis. A season is needed for healing. Time and resources are needed to heal. We have to take all the necessary moments to heal.
After viewing Judge Jackson's confirmation hearing - I was inspired to be more persistent in my life. I saw how she handled things with such dignity and grace. I felt hopeful, Hopeful for all mankind. We live in a time where it is so important to have hope.
In life we have so many examples and experiences of "Determination". But it means nothing if we don't apply it in our own lives. We have to be a demonstration of our own determination. Never giving up always staying focused no matter what comes our way. We have to pursue our dreams and desires no matter what. Quitting is never an option.
After viewing the news over the past few weeks about the state of the world I felt that it was imperative to have a conversation. To motivate and encourage everyone and to ensure that we are all in this together. I wanted to express how important it is to support each other. Because there is simply no room for anything other than positivity.
So often we forgive everyone and everything and we just overlook ourselves. Not ever realizing how important it is for us to forgive ourselves. We must take time and properly groom ourselves internally the same way we groom ourselves externally. It is imperative ... Forgiveness of oneself is needed now more than ever.
I must express that failure is only a perspective. A perspective that no longer serves us. We must be clear and aware what our intentions are and stay focused. It is imperative to always remember that nothing should come between us and our purpose.
It's important for us to have a deeper understanding about loving ourselves. We must search forgive, release and recovery from all experiences. It's imperative for us to deeply hole heartedly love ourselves.
A motivational message that is meant to inspire and encourage mankind that a moment is needed to correct and forgive. A moment is needed to pursue and thrive in our lives. A moment is required to evaluate and reflect. A moment is needed so we can be present and aware in this moment.
All things are and were necessary for our growth and progress. No matter what, it was meant for your good.
