On this episode we interview North Summit AD Gary Crittenden, Head Basketball Coach Aaron Preece, and Brave FB players - Buck Sargent, Jake Smith, McKade Nelson, and Trevor Richins. Real raw interview with these players following an epic 5OT battle with the #1 ranked Beaver Beavers. We learned about the history and legacy of Chief Washakie and the relevance to the North Summit Braves. Doing this season the NS football field was officially named WASHAKIE FIELD.

Coach Hill has his critics but nevertheless he was able to navigate a football program to three titles and following his resignation the Tigers won it again, making that 4 straight. Jeremy has spent many years coaching and developing football players, many have gone on to play on major college teams as well as the NFL.

Despite having Benny out hunting, I find a way to pull off a podcast on my own! The South Sevier Rams cap off a 20-3 season with the 2A State Baseball Championship. Andy talks about some of his memorable moments from the tournament, while giving an overview of how all the teams performed over the last three days! Can't wait until Benny is back to give our full recap of the season, as well as releasing our own Fourth Row All-Start Team.

On this episode we have a long format visit with Head Coach Travis Black from San Juan High School. Coach Black just lead the Broncos to the 2022 2A Boys Championship. Coach Black shares the journey of this team starting in 3rd Grade. The Broncos faced unbelievable heart break last summer when assistant coach Taylor Black suddenly passed away. Coach Taylor has a senior and sophomore on this Bronco team. This season was dedicated to the memory of Coach Taylor Black #CTB. He is credited with the quote: "Try a little harder to be a little better". Thank you, Coach Travis Black for an amazing ride this season.
We wrap up the wild, exciting, entertaining and emotional 2022 - 2A State Tournament brackets and the Finals. #1 San Juan and #3 Enterprise have been on a collision course all season long for this very moment, to meet in the Finals. The game was everything we expected and more. In a magical moment, Jayden Black hit 2 late free throws to give the Broncos a 1 point win. Jayden's Father, Coach Taylor Black, passes away suddenly over the summer. He was the heart and soul of San Juan Basketball. It was only fitting that Jayden was the one to win the game.
We breakdown all of the action from Todays (Saturday Feb 19) Second round playoff games - AKA the PLAY-IN GAMES. All top seeds advance except #10 Kanab knocks of #7 APA-Draper in the lone upset of the day. We highlight the upcoming match ups in the quarterfinal at the SVC in Richfield on Thursday.

We visited with a lot of old friends and made several new friends from Enterprise, San Juan, and Parowan. Big shake up in the POWER 5. The Parowan Ram have taken over the #1 spot.
