A sisterhood of women sharing stories about their moments of knowing and when they finally asked what was right for them instead of what was expected as they moved through the beauty and battles of life. Listeners will learn how connecting with intuition will signal the universe to set out a path of synchronicities that ultimately take you in the right direction.
Kelly Savage is the host of The Moment She Knew Podcast. When she is not working on her podcast speaking with incredible guests she is working as life mentor and coach with a focus on helping women navigate various needs and desires on their own female journey.
A spiritual practice is paramount to helping Kelly feel soul connected to source and God. On her own journey to connect with her intuition and hear the whispers from the universe she has become a practitioner of Reiki, Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation and uses these practices when working with clients in a coaching capacity when and if it can help them on their own journey.
Born a healer Kelly became an RN and has worked in various specialties across the life span from pediatrics to palliative care. She knows firsthand that at the end of life almost everyone she has advocated comfort and spiritual peace for does not think about work left undone, but things left unsaid adventures not taken, and dreams not endeavored. Kelly made the decision to step into her own dream and begin the adventure of developing her spiritual self and learn as much as she can, and she worked with a spiritual mentor for 2 years and a whole new world opened.
She now continues her healing work with others while maintaining her own practices to keep her centered and open to where the universe directs her, and the purpose God places on her heart. She believes that passion is that thing that brings you personal joy and purpose is that thing you are called to do in this lifetime for the benefit of others and the world and is beyond grateful that for her, these two things have come together.

Maria McKeon began a friendship with a woman who became like a sister to her. Together they went on a journey to open a place of healing and connection for women who were braving a cancer journey.
Maria’s love and knowledge for all things yoga, spiritual and holistic including wellness coaching, brought the kind of support that these women craved outside of traditional treatments. As the sisterhood of women grew in this safe place, Maria championed the connecting of the emotional and spiritual healing that only serves to enhance medical treatments and loved her work.
As the venture went on, expansion was inevitable and grew to the point of a governing board forming. Maria could sense a drift from the original values but in loyalty to her friend and the women she served she pressed on. In time, her own emotional health and spirit began to suffer. Her soul and body sensed the undercurrent of change first.
A moment of clarity came when Maria’s mother confirmed her suspicions in an angelic message. From there the synchronicities lined up with Saint Rita leading the way and finally, Maria knew she had to speak her truth and accept the consequences.
Maria shares what happened when she moved forward in intuition and followed the path of synchronicities, what happened next and where she is now.
Maria lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey in the USA. She is a certified Hatha yoga teacher and Radiant Child yoga teacher and holds a BA in Psychology and Special Education. Maria is a Life Coach and has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She has trained with revered yogis such as Burmukh, Seane Corn, Rodney Yess Colleen Saidman Yee, Dharma Mittra and Skakta Khalsa.

On today’s episode your host Kelly Savage shares some thoughts on new years past, present and her hopes for 2021. She will touch on the importance of memories made with loved ones and how she connects this 2020 covid-19 year with her personality type and how the pandemic year brought both comfort and difficulties. Finally, Kelly will highlight her upcoming 3-Day Shift Your Mindset for 2021 Challenge that is FREE.
Ah-ha moment:
We don’t realize sometimes how important the physical time we get to spend with those that we love really is until we long to be able to do that again. Creating more opportunities to share time with loved ones by being creative about it for the foreseeable future can allow us to continue to make important memories together.
Journal this:
Write about a favourite memory you have of a loved one past. What is one positive thing you learned from them that you can carry into your 2021?
Closing message:
As we approach 2021 don’t ask yourself what is the worst that can happen, ask yourself, what is the BEST that can happen if you make the decision to address that thing that has been weighing on your heart and mind.
Join our virtual challenge group January 12-14th 7pm-8:30pm EST via zoom. Click the link below. Show up for yourself. Show up for the other group members. In collective compassion we will give and receive support to create a meaningful mindset shift for 2021.
Here is to the first chapter in our new mindset,
Cheers to 2021,
Kelly
I am so happy to introduce you to my dear friend Katty Cornelis on this episode. Katty and I met while nursing in Saudi Arabia. As the universe would have it, we were placed together as roommate’s (along with Rufina…so many stories to share on upcoming episodes).
One of my favourite memories was the whirlwind romance between Katty and the man that would become her best friend (after me and Rufina of course), her husband and the father of her 2 beautiful daughters.
If you are not a believer in the right timing then trust me, your thinking will be challenged when you hear this “love,” story.
When not being my friend and podcast guest Katty works as a midwife and has an independent business providing hypnobirthing techniques for expectant mothers and couples.
We hope this episode makes you smile and think about your own love stories or remember to trust your intuition and not settle for anyone that you feel doubtful about.
Thanks for listening in,
Kelly and Katty

Our special guest on this episode is Joanna Shipley who joins us from the UK and will share the moment she knew during an interview with the military that there was something more (and very different) she was meant to do.
Joanna recalls for us how her journey as a commissioned officer in the military was paralleled by a vastly different journey. One where she came to discover her true calling and how she embarked on spiritual exploration - from mediumship, to angels, crystals, new age and more. She finally spent the last two decades focusing on ancient, tried and tested shamanic techniques to make them relevant to modern life and help others connect to their own spirit guides and inner wisdom.
Joanna now helps women to find their truth, know what makes their heart sing and access trustworthy spiritual guidance at home and in nature for a more joy-filled on-track life.'
People who work with her find their sense of belonging, connection, spiritual wisdom and healing and get on the track they were born to travel along in life. However, something was still needed to make it accessible and actionable for people in everyday, busy and ordinary lives.
In the last 2 years she found the missing link. Heart-based coaching to help us hear and follow the whispers of our hearts, our own inner compass to finding the path. With this and the wisdom of our unique and loving spirit helpers we get to fly.
