Writing content for clients can be a nightmare.
Managing writers, back and forth edits, trying to match a client’s voice…It’s a ton of work.
When our agency started putting more emphasis on content briefs, the process improved dramatically. Not only did we have less headaches, but our impact on client’s traffic skyrocketed.
Instead of writing out the entire piece of content for clients, we started creating detailed content briefs and coaching a writer on how to create.
This has allowed our client’s to develop a true brand voice, with real authority and expertise.

I was joined by Cesar Kobo, the Director of Operations in our agency WEBRIS. He first presents to us eight different reasons for what potentially might be happening from an algorithm change, to how Google is ranking and indexing different properties or competitors.
Then, he goes into a little bit more technical analysis and a spreadsheet, where he pulls keyword ranking data from SEMrush and compares that period over a period to really understand what is happening with a website.
