This podcast is a journey home to you. It's intimate, it's human. And it's about discovering and creating a life that allows your full expression. We're here to explore emotional, spiritual, physical, sexual, and mental wellbeing with experts, friends, and family from around the world. The podcast is full of taboos, controversial topics, unconventional thinking, and actionable strategies, habits, tools, and rituals you can use to empower yourself, do incredible things, and celebrate who you are.
In this episode, we take a brief look at:
What are beliefs?
Can we change them?
Why do they exist?
The more I have understood what my beliefs were in life, the more freedom & choice I've gained. Creating a practice of self-observation and compassion is what will help us understand the purpose these beliefs served and how we can believe differently.
I hope you enjoy this season's final episode. We'll be back in September 2021 with a fresh new look and feel.
Much love,
Ivonne

Welcome back, everyone! I am so excited to be talking to you about the importance and difference between intuition and ego and how you can start tuning in to each.
In life, we are constantly hearing different voices in our head and knowing what the next right step for us can be scary. In this episode, we dive into what the ego and intuition are, different characteristics that tell them apart, how the different voices show up in our lives, and some examples of how they show up in our everyday lives.
This episode will give you a lot of clarity on how to distinguish them so you can more often tune in to what life has in store for you.
Welcome back to another episode! I am so excited to share with you this conversation I had with a girlfriend of mine on love.
We took the book: Mating in Captivity by Esther Perel as a way to bring into discussion our love lives and experience. We jump around a lot in the conversation as we talk about how relationships are messy and intricate yet incredibly rewarding.
Here are some of the topics we discuss:
1. Romantics vs. Idealists
2. The difference between desire and love
3. The idea of choosing our partners
4. What is intimacy and how it's perceived
5. Goal-oriented sex and cunnilingus
6. How important is sex anyway?
I hope you'll enjoy it. Please let me know if you enjoy this new format.
Best,
Ivonne

Welcome back, everyone. I am so excited to present Sarah Buckley.
I am so excited to dive into today’s topic of ecstatic birthing which means giving birth to a child in total ecstasy or outside our usual state, so we are transformed as we enter motherhood.
In this episode, we'll dive into Sarah's story to really understand where her curiosity and passion started.
We'll be discussing:
1. How the process of birth can be transformative
2. What actually happens in the woman's body for birthing to occur
3. How we can make it ecstatic
4. What is an undisturbed birth
5. Tips on how to prepare
Dr Sarah Buckley is trained as a GP (family physician) with qualifications in GP obstetrics. She has been writing and lecturing to childbirth professionals and parents since 1997 and is the author of the internationally best-selling book Gentle Birth, Gentle Mothering.

Welcome back, everyone! I am so excited to be taking you on a journey into the inner working of our thoughts and how to come back from negative downward spirals.
We start with understanding what and how thoughts manifest and the important role our body plays in their creation. We then go a step deeper and try a thought experience that allows us to see how we are not our thoughts.
At the end of the episode, I encourage you to pick up 1 of the 3 practices to engage with when you notice yourself believing your (negative) thoughts.
I hope it's helpful and mind-opening.
Best,
Ivonne
Welcome back, everyone. I am so excited to present Dijan. Today we dive deep into emotional mastery and wellbeing. Emotions are such a big part of our everyday life and learning to manage and create with these forces of life, makes us powerful living beings.
The episode starts with what emotions are and how they influence us. We slowly transition into how can we take this information and use it with intention and direction. The episode ends with a short heart coherence meditation and some practical tips from Dijan herself. Her clear and grounded approach is incredibly refreshing and enlightening.
Dijan has been studying Eastern philosophies for over a decade and only began teaching after 7 years of being fully immersed in her own learning. In her previous life, Dijan worked as a project manager in the corporate world so, this blend helps her offer a solid intellectual background even when introducing mystical tantric rituals.
This conversation feels like the tip of the iceberg with what Dijan offers the world. If you're interested in learning from her, here are her links:

Welcome back to another episode! Today we're talking about stigma. It's such a part of our lives that I don't think many of us realize how much we are stigmatized and/or perpetrators of stigma.
In this episode, we'll dive deep into what stigma means and how you can better manage the cycle of stigmatization. Learning to distance yourself from any stigma will open your mind and world to so many possibilities and opportunities. Stigmas are not a reflection of your self-worth, they are a reflection of the beliefs and ideas we have about certain people, situations, health conditions, races, genders, cultures, etc. So, I hope you'll join me in this mind-opening episode.
I know you'll love this!
Enjoy,
Ivonne

Maybe you are having a slow start to the new year ... I hope this episode will invite you to reflect on what 2020 meant for you because it could be what is missing for you to create excitement and joy in this new year.
When we forget to reflect or conclude something we carry feelings, problems, and situations into the new chapter, year or situation. It also means the lessons and progress get left behind never to be appreciated or celebrated. Reflecting is one of the most important practices to do when you're closing out a year, a goal, or a milestone. Otherwise, it's so simple to miss that, possibly, where are at this moment was once a dream. Take inventory of the wonderful lessons and growth you had as well as all you've created ... AND REMEMBER TO BE KIND with yourself.
In this episode, I reflect on the 14 lessons that 2020 cemented for me. I know the lessons will definitely resonate and get your spirit going to reflect and grow.
To your best year yet.
Enjoy!

Michelle went from never rowing a day in her life to being the first Australian woman to row any ocean alone. She landed on a book called: Rowing the Atlantic by Roz Savage and it plagued her mind with the idea of rowing the Atlantic. She felt her purpose calling her and 2 years later, she took the leap of faith and started preparing for the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge which required her to row 4,800 km or 3,000 miles for 68 days in a row from La Gomera, a Canary Island to Antigua.

Death. We all have a natural reaction to the word. In today's episode, we dive deeper into how death has so much to teach us about life. Death shows us our truth and it can teach us to sit with difficult thoughts and situations. We've all had a close encounter with death by the passing of a loved one so, let's take some time to understand it.
Let's get this one thing straight. In this episode, I clarify the mindset that we'll have on the show going forward. I want to create and present the frameworks that will take your life to a whole new level. Understanding how our identity and beliefs impair our ability to grow and evolve. On this show, we plan on breaking through that.
