This episode serves as a reminder to look at everything in your life experience as an opportunity for deeper growth. If we'll allow it, we'll often find that the things that bring us the most fear, are actually begging for us to step in and face it, in order to propel us forward into our higher potential and energetic liberation.

Welcome back to our podcast after a two-year hiatus. In this episode, I share the reasons behind the gap, discussing energetic blocks and the decision to temporarily set aside a passion project. I dive into the concept of trusting in life's timing, reframing internal struggles, and the powerful lessons learned during this period.

This episode serves as a re-introduction, offering a transparent glimpse into my personal journey. I explore the emotional challenges of putting a project on hold and the subsequent realization that sometimes, stepping back is a necessary part of growth. It's an ode to resilience, authenticity, and the beauty of returning to a project with renewed clarity.

Join me in this conversation about life's divine timing, the courage to take a necessary pause, and the empowering process of rediscovery.

This episode invites listeners to reflect on their own experiences, embrace the unexpected twists, and trust that every detour contributes to a more fulfilling and authentic process.

In this solo episode, I talk about what happens when you make decisions that are out of alignment with your soul. Being indecisive, making decisions out of a place of deep-rooted fear, or making choices from a place of un-groundedness stemming from feelings of inadequacy & comparison can lead you down a windy road with a dead end. Dead ends are inevitable when we are not grounded in who we are when we are not truly confident in our choices and decisions. How do we grapple with the damage we cause to our sense of inner guidance when we make a decision that leads us down a dead-end path? How do we come to an acceptance of what is? How do we honor the gifts of a detour in life? How can we prevent ourselves from getting de-railed in the future. All of this and more discussed in this short 18-minute episode!

In this session, I went to visit Nathanial and Timothee who are educational farmers and owners of Creation Family Farms in Los Angeles. This is one of the only raw food, anti-cancer, regenerative farms in the city - and the two of them cultivate their crops with unique frequency and sound therapy techniques that make an impact on the quality of the plants/herbs that are being used for consumption and healing by the surrounding communities. Their mission statement is "let love grow," and in this episode, you'll begin to understand why LOVE is such an important aspect in the growing process of your food.

In this episode you'll learn:

  • The history of their land in Tarzana, and what makes this regenerative, biodiverse land so special
  • The importance of learning how to grow your own food, and why you should locate and purchase from small farms vs. grocery stores
  • "Living Food Concepts," and how they are working to educate the surrounding community to feel empowered to bring growth methods into their apartments, condos, and homes.
  • A quick touch on their methods for growing and the utilization of Nikola Tesla's Vortex math & applying the universal law's to their farming practices
  • The process of using healing vibrations carried by sound, for example... 528 hertz, on their microgreen crops. We touch on the power behind the science of sound, and how the integration of frequency work can cultivate a deeper level of healing and reintegration through the plants and into our bodies
  • The importance of having a symbiotic relationship with the earth, setting proper intentions with the growing process, returning to harmony with nature through a better relationship with how we source our food
  • The process of manifestation and how this farm was once a series of ideas + how their once grassroots process has developed into a true opportunity to heal and make an impact within the community through their genuine intention to share, educate, and heal.

If you want to visit the farm and you are local to Los Angeles, send them a message at @creationfamilyfarms on Instagram. You can also find them locally at the Playa Vista Farmers Market on Saturdays, or the Brentwood Farmers Market on Sundays. Definitely take advantage of the opportunity to support a local farm, wherever you may be, by purchasing directly! This is how we help each other get our authentic messages and gifts out into the world & begin the process of repairing our Earth and ourselves.

In this episode, I share some of the information, downloads, and messages that I received during my first Ayahuasca/Medicine circle. I talk about some of the misconceptions & fears associated with the plant medicine that I had to overcome, some of the ceremony details, as well as the intentions I set for my journey & the reasons why it's important to have an intention going in. I had an incredibly positive experience, so I do my best in this episode to take the information that I gained from a 5D experience, back to a 2D reality - and words, I've found, can be quite limiting. Nonetheless, if you are feeling the call towards Ayahuasca for your healing, or for your consciousness expansion, I think you'll enjoy this loving perspective. I'll come back with another episode in the future after further integration with more details, preparation specifics, and more.

Today’s Reimagined session is a SOLO episode by yours truly! I will be diving into the details around my experience transitioning into a plant-based diet. This episode is not set with the intention to convert anyone to Veganism - so do not worry! I am not a vegan extremist and I will not force you, or shame you, into doing something that does not YET make sense for you ( but yes, I am an advocate for the animals, environment, etc, and think we should all strive to integrate plants into our lives frequently and often)! You’ll likely find relatable bits of information and insight around the challenges I faced due to lack of preparation, lack of patience, not starting when I was grounded or educated, and jumping into this process overnight. Other tidbits you can expect from this podcast:

  • Why I decided to transition into a plant-based lifestyle, and how long it took for me to find my own success with this type of lifestyle change
  • The details around my transition from a more “healthy standard American diet” such as lean proteins, veggies, “healthy” packages snacks, etc… into plant-based eating including but not limited to: the difficulties, the food prep options, the resources, the failures, etc.
  • My hot take on the vegan extremist communities, judgment around & from both vegans and non-vegans, and the type of attitude needed amongst vegans and non-vegans for there to be a more loving and supportive community as the movement and lifestyle grows
  • How to continue to cultivate a strong community as a vegan amongst non-vegan family, co-workers, friends, peers
  • The danger of attaching too much to labels, such as the LABEL of being VEGAN and how constant self-assessment is needed when it comes to your overall body, health, and dietary needs, and ethics
  • What is intuitive plant-based eating? Is this OKAY? Can you still be MOSTLY Vegan, and call yourself Vegan without feeling shameful or guilty?
  • Integrating eggs from a farm with happy hens
  • How to have impactful conversations as a passionate vegan with others, without forcing your opinions or beliefs onto someone else and vice versa.

Stay tuned and follow me on IG at @reimaginedthepodcast for updates!

Some of my favorite resources for transitioning to Veganism are as follows:

John McDougall, MD - The Starch Solution (audiobook or hardback)

IG: Plantifulkiki - ebook & recipes (starch solution based)

Fresh, Funky, & Raw - JP Alfred - owner of Peace Pies in San Diego (plant-based, gf, soy-free, raw recipes!)

Thistle - @thistleco - ready-to-eat, delivered to your door weekly!

You'll be learning about Justin, his spiritual evolution, and the story behind how an anxiety/panic attack served as a catalyst into an awakening, leading him down a path dedicated to serving others and healing.

We'll be getting into:

  • how a hyper-masculine entrepreneurial driven culture can cause men to lose connection with their sense of self, in addition to getting lost in seeking perfection, status, money, and power
  • why men should pay attention to their reference points, and what type of self-assessment is needed to align and wake up to the path that feels right for your soul
  • how does a men's circle work? what happens when men come together in a space that can ignite an authentic honoring of the feminine essence and deep healing within themselves in order to truly FEEL again
  • what steps can women take to heal from being bruised by toxic masculinity and how to begin to feel safe/held within the masculine - while cultivating a balance of their own
  • how new age spirituality can be damaging and keep you in a victim-loop
  • how to be a good parent to boys/girls, what needs to take place to instill positive traits for young men
  • how to have difficult conversations with wounded parents
  • take-home pearls around identifying the traits involved in becoming an awakened woman and/or awakened man. how can you tell if this is you?
