Tim & Jarno talk every week about what’s going on with Quant, Quant Network, and Overledger. Overledger is Quant Network’s Interoperability solution that helps enable the seamless connection between DLTs, Blockchain, and legacy Networks. The true power of Overledger is its network, called Overledger Network or OVN for short which will be hyper decentralized thanks to the - soon to be released - Remote Connector Gateways (RCGs). These Gateways will be run by both the Quant community (Quamfy Quamrades) and of course by the enterprises & banks themselves. Thanks to these Gateways it will be possible to lock $QNT in said Gateway (from a ledger, Trezor, etc.) as a sort of ”staking”. This staking will allow you, to get paid a ”Passive Income” in $QNT. The rabbit hole goes deep and the partnerships Quant has already secured are mind-boggling. Think partnerships like SIA, MIT, MOBI, LACchain, ORACLE, SimbaChain, Crowdz, Alliance Block ($ALBT), KPMG, Deloitte, The Australian & UK governments, and many many more. Gilbert Verdian is the CEO and he will be referenced a lot because he, his CV, and as a result, his network is instrumental in securing and maintaining all these partnerships.
