Put on Your Positive Pants is back presenting The Joy Series.
I love hearing people talk about what they love, their passions, what makes them tick. I find it fascinating, you can learn so much and get lost in a new world of facts you knew nothing about. Even if the topic is something that I don’t think I’m interested in, hearing someone talk about it with passion spikes my interest.
So that’s what the joy series is all about. It’s about you.
What brings you joy?
Could you speak to me for 5 minutes about something you love? It can be absolutely anything.
Send me a voice note, or I could record with you either in person or remotely, or send me something to read out on your behalf, whatever you prefer. I’ll only be using your first name.
Get in touch, DM me on Instagram @positivitywithbeth or use my new email address thejoyseries1@gmail.com

The recommendation in this episode is for the book: ‘No one can change your life except for you’ by Laura Whitmore. I really enjoyed it. She’s good at explaining things, using quotes and examples in her life (which I know a celebrity isn’t always relatable but she uses things like a break up for example that we will have all experienced.) The cover is amazing btw, I’m a sucker for a colourful fun book cover.

The book and podcast both feature celebrities who on the surface, seem like they haven't failed but, they're human just like us and have failed but learnt so much from it. Go check them out and follow @elizabethbday for great cat content from her cat Huxley! Whilst you're there, give me a follow too @positivitywithbethKeep liking, sharing, and subscribing!

What's this? A bonus episode of Put on Your Positive Pants!
My first episode, a list of happiness received over 100 listens! I figured you liked it so I wrote a new list. It’s a simple one, one of the things to look forward to after lockdown is lifted. No recommendations, just enjoy the simplicity of a list and things that will one day bring us joy again.

The book extract I read out was from his most recent book release, the Midnight Library - available at all your good bookstores and exclusively to listen to on Audible. His podcast is in the making so look out for that too.
