Over the last five years Sutherland has focused on developing his music career. His debut album: "Down In A Hole" was released in 2016. He released a second album, "Reckless & Me," in 2019 and has toured both records extensively both in the US, Canada and Europe. "Reckless & Me" entered the UK Album Chart at number 9 and topped the Americana, Country and Independent charts in the UK on release. It was also the number 2 selling Country Album in the UK in 2019.
Talking about his soon to be released third album, "Bloor Street," Sutherland said: "Writing and recording this album was a unique experience given the pandemic and subsequent restrictions that followed. I found myself afforded time like I had never experienced before, which allowed me to not only reflect upon my life and what I see for the future, but afforded me the time to write about it.
"Music, whether touring or recording has always been a personal extension of storytelling for me. I couldn’t be more excited to share these new songs and, hopefully sooner than later, play them for audiences around the world."
