Welcome to "Who We Are & Why We're Here" - a podcast that creates a space for medical professionals to discuss the person behind the badge.
We as humans, graduate + professional students especially, oftentimes get so caught up in their work and lose sight of what's important. This puts us at risk of depersonalization, career dissatisfaction, fatigue, depression, anxiety, and burnout.
It is our hope that, through this podcast, we can help combat this - to help people re-ignite their flame or to keep it going!
