Welcome to another insightful and interesting episode. Today we’ll be talking all about sex! Yes, sex! On the show, we have Dr Marion Dunn, who has been a Relationship and Sex Therapist for 45 years. Her practice involves working with couples and individuals who have issues with relationships or sex and sometimes both.

As a society, we love to refer to ourselves as liberated people when it comes to sex, but the truth is, it’s only our media that is sexually liberated. We find that women tend to be shyer than men when it comes to matters of sex.

This is an exciting episode that you can’t miss.

Listen in, learn and enjoy.

In this episode, Susan and Heather share their stories.

Susan is a vibrant sixty-seven-year-old woman. After graduating from college, Susan became a headhunter and met her husband. Married for thirty-one years, Susan lived an outwardly perfect life for over twenty years blessed with beautiful children and grandchildren– she had a home in both New York and Florida. Behind her smile, Susan has experienced her share of loss and struggles – father died of brain cancer when she was 31; death by suicide of loved ones with mental health issues; living with alcoholism, going through divorce, relocation, and new career in the same year, to finding new love, new career, and new passions in her 60's. Now, Susan is a Certified Life Coach and Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist embarking on building community and connection.

Heather subscribes to the belief that we have life challenges for our learning and growth. Everybody connects for a particular reason. Heather is fifty-five years old and the oldest of four sisters. After fourteen years of marriage and two children, Heather also got a divorce. There was a lot of struggle and guilt building up to the split. Heather became sick two days after they told their children about the divorce; she was fighting for her life in the hospital. Thankfully, Heather survived! It was the first time Heather felt a real transformation.

Heather and Susan are both certified professional coaches where they met at IPEC. Ever since that moment, the visions keep coming. They want to inspire women and men to take an uncomfortable situation and create something powerful. They know, you do not have to be a victim of your life. Once you are over fifty, that’s a fantastic time to reflect on your life and empower yourself to do what YOU want to do.
