Kingsway Christian Church
Kingsway Christian Church is based in Perth, Western Australia. Our mission is to bring glory to God by knowing His Heart, obeying His Command, and fulfilling His Commission. Each week on the Kingsway Christian Church podcast you will hear a teaching from our Sunday Morning Services, led by Ps Peet Palm and Ps Jean Smith.
What do you think Jesus would pray for Christians today? What can learn about the heart of God from the prayer of Jesus in John 17?

Jéan rounds off our series in the book of Acts. Do we really believe that God's will for our lives will prevail? Do we believe that God's destination for our lives is set, despite storms causing a detour at times?

We carry both our successes and victories with us but if we're not not careful they begin to define us. Josh shares what it means to faithfully carry the Spirit of God within a fragile and temporary body - a treasure in a jar of clay.
How do we respond when God addresses our hearts? Does our image mean more to us than God's word? Are you bold to share the gospel in the face of adversity?
Peet shares from Acts chapter 24, 25, 26 about the importance of responding when God addresses our hearts. We trust it will deepen your faith.
Not only did our old selves die with Christ's death, but we now share in the life of Christ's resurrection.
Peet shares from Ephesians 2 about the importance of living in the new life we have been granted because of Christ. We do not do good works to earn God's love, we do good works because we are loved.
Is the Heavenly Father's plan for my life really good? Jéan encourages us from Acts 23, telling how God was working behind the scenes in Paul's life to ensure that His plan was fulfilled. Our job is not to have it all figured it out, it is to be encouraged knowing that our Father knows best.
How can we share the good of Jesus in the way He expects? Peet shares from 1 Peter 3 about the importance of sharing the reason for the hope that we carry with gentleness and respect.

Peet finishes Acts chapter 20 by reminding us of Paul's final words to the Ephesian church... "it is more blessed to give than to receive." We pray that this message encourages you to be a blessing to others this week.

Is the promise of the Holy Spirit truly for everyone? How does the day of Pentecost directly impact you and I today? Explore with us through Acts chapter 2 how Peter reacted to the pouring out of the Holy Spirit and his response to this promise fulfilled. We hope this message encourages you to live within the fullness of Jesus, by embracing the reality of a promise kept in the form of the Holy Spirit.
Is the call of evangelism on every believer? How did the early church approach the task of sharing the gospel? Journey with us as we explore through the book of Acts, hearing from God what it means to be faithful witnesses of the Good News of Jesus Christ.
This morning Ps Peet shared on discipleship and what it means to be a disciple of Christ.
Sometimes we feel that if we fail we are not good enough to be Christ's disciples. But Ps Peet combats this lie of the enemy with biblical truth highlighting key scripture from 2 Peter 1:3-4 which states that God's "divine power has given us everything we need for a Godly life".
This sermon is an introduction to next week's message.
Even good people need to hear the true GOSPEL. The true gospel that there is only salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
This week Ps Peet concludes his series on the Great Commission by focussing on what it means to teach others to obey everything Jesus commanded. A key distinction is made between ‘telling’ someone Jesus’ commands and ‘teaching’ them to obey his commands. Listen to this message to hear all about it!
THIS MESSAGE:
The biggest challenge many of us face is what we allow to reside in our mind and govern our thoughts. What we think about ... the worries, feelings, temptations and desires that cloud a space that is meant to be filled with God's spirit. In this sermon Ps Josh shares from Romans 8, reminding us that we are in a fight against deceitful ideas and that if we allow our minds to be governed by the Spirit we will have LIFE and PEACE!
