The older I get the more I realize that Men's Mental Health is a real thing that a lot of men deal with that never speak about it. I went a little off brand this week and invited over a my homies, Mikey aka @1slowbagger33 and Kai aka @prodigythemechanic, to keep it real and talk like grown men. The first issue with Mens Mental Health is that its not talked about enough, and so i made it an obligation to speak on it during Mens Mental Health Awareness Month. Chopperfest takes place in our backyard and it's the "Superbowl" for us in terms of venue in our backyard and coincidently it lands on Superbowl as well. This was the 20th year of Chopperfest and this year it was with heavy hearts that we lost the founder Dave "Huggy Beahr" Hansen. This year was a tribute to the man who started Chopperfest 20 years ago. We had some great guests drop by the podcast. Being live with the people at events is one of the best times we have.

This is a heavy topic and one that is not taken lightly. We have a firm stance on behavior like this and recently, it was brought to the attention of the Harley motorcycle community, that a registered sex offender with a plea of guilty, was within our community. This subject is not taken lightly and it was important for us to take stance and make sure that the message is clear. There is a absolute zero tolerance in our community for that type of behavior and its is unexplainable. We felt it was important to use our platform to get the word out and have a serious discussion about it.

Giving back to the community is something we pride ourselves in doing. We wanted to be a part of the first annual car and bike show that helps the Santa Paula girls softball team with travel expenses for the all-star season. The concept is a great one to showcase female motorcycle riders andf builders. The show is going down May 6 and has been in the works for over a year. This episode went much deeper than just motorcycles are cars. Adam has changed his life due to near death experiences and is an inspiration to many with his 30-day fitness challenge. He suffered a stroke in August of 2022 and was paralyzed as a result of it but took it upon himself to get himself better and he is back out there living his life to fullest but this time sober and healthy. Our homegirl Jess hung out with us for this one as well and we dove deep. Adams family owns and operates Factory 47 as well and is heavily involved in the motorcycle industry. Doc is the man behind the page Daily Out Cruising Culture and AV Events 661. He and his brothers put on a show in April at Antelope Valley Harley Davidson. Its more then just a motorcycle and car show, its a family friendly event that helps raise funds for the organizations that Doc is involved with year round. I recently took on the challenge of another Ride 1k in a day challenge and this time I did with my buddy Bill. I told myself 2023 was the year I was going to start collecting those patches and Bill challenged me and little did I know he already had one planned out. The perfect opportunity presented itself to sneak one in before the year was over. Doing it in the winter was another level of difficulty I wanted to add to it so we did it in December. We rode Death Valley at night, saw donkey roadkill, overturned semi, border wall, stopped in a Rachal, Neveda, population 60 and hit some rain. Social media has without a doubt changed our society and the way we live. It's changed the way we interact with each other. There will always be a difference of opinions, that will never change and that's called freedom of speech. We as a culture have adopted social media and it has blessed some of us to meet new people and see new places. It has also made us change as a society for the worse because it feels like it has given people a sense of power or authority that they don't normally have in real life. Instagram shut down my account multiple times over the course of a month. Of course, they don't give you any specific reasons other than a very broad spectrum of reasons which doesn't help in anyway. I got asked and flooded with so many questions about what happened and what's going on that I thought it would just be easier to sit down, hit the record button and spit it into the mic and whoever wants to know can listen up. It's no secret that I have had my beef with Daniel from Proper Baggers and his timing, and our history didn't leave a good taste in my mouth while all this was going on with my social media accounts. This marks the end of talking shit about Daniel and his culture vulture ways. I made an attempt to clear the air and have a discussion in an open platform. He chose not to take me up on that offer and after him sliding into my DMs during this social media thing, I decided it was time to let it all out and put it behind me and send him the message he needs to hear from me. Laguna Seca is located in Monterey California and is a world renown racetrack for all skill levels and types of motorcycles and cars. King of the baggers was held from July 8 to 10 and it was a great time. I wanted to give you guys a recap of my experience and what the day was like for me. Some funny stories and good times in this podcast. It was a early morning and ling night followed by a solo ride back home. I got to walk the paddock area and of course a bunch of my homies were in attendance. V-Twin visionary held a show on both days and the bikes that showed up were on point.

Jace is a custom painter based in Texas and is also the host of the Fastlife Podcast. Jace was on a 30-day road trip where he was passing through my area, he hit me up to sit down and talk about some of the things I've voiced my opinion about. My good friends Brad and Amber from Dallas, Oregon join me on this episode. They just spent their wedding anniversary on a 2000 mile road trip down to Los Alamos for the Live Fast 4 Rally and this was Ambers first long distance trip. She was a trooper and was put through her paces with some of the breakdowns and life on the road as we know it but she loved the trip, the company she was able to experience it with and is looking forward to the next one. I was invited to set up a booth the Live Fast Rally 4 and it did not disappoint. I had some great guests drop by the booth. My first guest was JJ aka "The hot dog lady" and she has some miles under her belt. The shifter crew stopped by the booth and shared what they have going on. I traveled up to Solvang for the day to kick it with a few of the members of the Live Fast Rally team. The Live Fast Rally has grown in both size and popularity over the first 3 years of its existence. A grass roots style rally located in the Central Valley of California its one that should be on your list of rally's to attend every year. With the venue growing the location also must grow along with it and this year its going to be at a ranch in Los Alamos. No cell service so you can be off your phone and not worrying about anything else, enjoy the rally and live in the moment. The Gomez family has been in the Santa Paula area for generations and host an annual Pismo run. Each year the event has got bigger and bigger with 400 to 500 bikes joining the fun. The Pismo run is a damn good time for everyone, but it also raises funds for a charity or organization that the Gomez's contribute the proceeds to each year. Gibby brought the party for the podcast and what I thought was going to be a few of the homies kicking it in the garage turned into a full block party with lowriders, viclas, food and a good time with a lot of good people. It was my kind of Friday night in so don't mind the Harley's and lowriders coming and going from the party. Enjoy the show!

This was my first attempt at setting up a booth and podcasting live from an event. In the first part of the episode my daughter sits down with me and we chop it up about the bike night and some of the bikes in attendance. We had a beuatiful 2007 Road King parked in front of the booth and the owner, Pablo, sat down and chopped it up with my and my homie Josh. In the last part of the show Joe and the 1 Up Krew sit down with me and Josh and we talk about the bike night, how it started and what the plans are for the future of the local event. We have a few beers together and have a good time trying to identify the style of bike and type as they are leaving the bike night. Enjoy!
