A panel event hosted by Onetrack Club at Orchard Place

Led by Times & Grazia journalist Polly Vernon, joined by guests Laura Naylor Onetrack co-founder, Nieve Tierney resident Reiki Master at Soho House, and Dora Atim, Running Coach for Nike UK.

What did we discover? That each person's definition of fitness is different. Some of us use it to feel more powerful, channel energy, provide safe spaces for marginalised communities, or just as an escape to clear our minds, enter a void, and be present for ourselves. It's important to make a longer-term investment in ourselves instead of just focusing on short-term goals.

Sharing experiences, paying attention to others, and becoming knowledgeable about the obstacles to health, wellness, and fitness are all crucial.
