The pandemic has forced many of us to sit with ourselves and if we can be honest a lot of discoveries have been made. The topics we’d rather ignore are now front and center. For some their capacity have shrunk and for others it has been stretched. This topic alone has generated a plethora of emotional challenges. Avoiding difficult discussions shouldn’t be our go to method. But we should be creating awareness around topics that are most difficult to have with ourselves and our circle which becomes an opportunity for one’s growth and to provoke change in the individual’s state of mind
This month is Women History Month! It is so rewarding to read about women's history and their incredible achievements. I do believe it's time to hear "HerStory" and receive a new gathering of women history makers. Woman, it's your time!!
In today's society we see the moral decay of character and integrity! People will do and believe anything. As an individual, refuse to compromise who you are! Hold true to your non-negotiables: which are your character & integrity, and you will live your best life!
Being true to yourself is vitally important in these times. We can't be a help to others if we can't help ourselves first! Let your life be an example where others are willing to trust you and follow your lead!!
