If you feel like God isn't answering your prayers, it isn't just you. I have heard that quite a bit in my journey. We often feel that he maybe has abandoned us, or that he can't do anything - because if he could - he would have.
What if we reframed that? Today we talk a little about this - and we ask the question - if he did deliver the prayer - are you ready for it?

1% better every day.
I get into this trap often. That its balls to wall get after it mindset and I feel like I just need to do it all, all at once, in one day - make these huge leaps. You know, build Rome in a day, because duh, enneagram 3 over here. That’s doable right?
What if, just once, we maybe slowed it down for a hot second and showed up in a more realistic way that doesn’t make us want to spin into a different dimension? What if we decided on one small, simple step to start with, and showed up consistently for that? Tune in to today’s podcast if you feel like you need to make MASSIVE shifts in a small amount of time. Because girlfriend, that shit isn’t sustainable. Follow this LIFE CHANGING tip to make lasting change.

Hey there team!
Again, all the juice in one episode. The sweet, gentle and strong Kathy Schommer joined me today on the podcast. She brought me down an entire notch to calm and collected. Her energy is so powerful and I can't wait for you to dig in and hear her story of navigating infertility, why she created Fargo Mom and her encouragement for ANY women in reproduction right now, those going through INFERTILITY or those who are post partum, previously experienced infertility or are simply listening and have a children or a child free life. She hits it all.

We do this to ourselves ALL OF THE DANG TIME. Just waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel. If I can just make it through this, then things will get better. If I can JUST lose 10 pounds then I'll be happy - once I get pregnant.. I can enjoy life again. Which is true. Temporarily. Then the next thing happens and we are back in the same spiral with the same mindset looking for the NEXT thing. Girl, let me tell you - that light at the end of the tunnel is not a thing. What if we learn how to Light it up ourselves and MAKE the LIGHT at the end of the tunnel?

Hi!
Is everything really as it should be? Its not the same as, everything happens for a reason. That's different, and I hate that - this is - is everything, the way it is - as it should be? I dive into that a little bit. Most of the time the realities suck, and its stinky to take ownership of where we are - but imagine if we did, what would open up for us to happen?

Hi. This is 6 days late. I had a really bad week last week, and I honored what I needed. Which is space.
Today we dig into the stages of change - what each stage means.. and maybe it will even give you insight and permission to be where you are - and own it - and be ok with it. Infertility is HARD. It sucks. And if you are feeling the pressure to change from people around you. Slow down. Take a listen - and see where you are at in the change process, because change happens in stages. So be kind to yourself.
As always, rooting for you.

Ok, everything I talk about in the give it a goog podcast starts with a simple google of the topic - and then we dissect and talk about perception of this. All the information I find you can find by googling it.
Today we dive into, can you cure infertility? And the answer is .. well.. up for debate I guess - depending on how you view infertility and what happens on the other side. Because, like we've said - the trauma of infertilitiy doesn't just go away.

Hey!
Merry Christmas or not Merry Christmas everyone! Today I rant a bit about how people get pregnant fast, and easy.. and that is a reality that we as infertile women live with.
I am taking next week off, if you are in the festive spirit, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you! If you are not in the festive spirit because infertility has robbed you yet again, of something you love - may your days still be merry and bright, even for just a moment. Hey team!
Today we come from our girls trip in sunny AZ. The 4 of us have never really talked much about our miscarriage experience - and when I started this journey my friends never really knew my story, or my feelings/experience behind it. If we want to flip the script - and normalize the trauma we've experienced with miscarriage and infertility, then we need to start with even our closest people.
Today we share 3 more stories on miscarriage. What I wanted to leave you with today is that of encouragement that there is another side. You will get through the season you are in. It is just really crappy in the moment.
Thank you to Janelle Askvig, Holly Osborn and Brittany Anderson for digging in deep.
I hope you enjoy.

Today we talk about the journey and my experience with this question/worry.

Today's episode I am a bit all over the place, talking about how we can acknowledge our feelings, the feelings we actually feel. This is specific to moms who previously experienced infertility - and the guilt we feel when we become upset or are tired as a mom. That doesn't mean we are ungrateful. Same is true for the woman in fertility treatments. She may have it all, the hubby, the car, the dream job and house - yet still feel empty. That doesn't mean she's ungrateful either. We dive into showing up as our true selves, no matter our feelings.

Today we are diving in to a territory I avoid with passion. We are talking about instead of building up those walls to others around us while we struggle with infertility - and they don't - that we let them in - and build a connection instead of a wall. Because lady - they want to know about our struggles - even though they have a different experience.
In today's society we have these unrealistic expectations we place on ourselves - we often tell ourselves we should be doing this - or shouldn't be doing that. Those shoulds and shouldn'ts are how we create a relationship of judgement with ourselves. Its time to stop the shame while you get in the game.
