No surprise that motivations drive us however how we get the motivation is a question that long plagued students of all ages and years in every aspect of their academic career, Let's talk about meaning in life and motivation.
Money can be a sensitive topic, depending on who you're talking to. How can this reflect in work place and how to keep morale up without giving everyone raises? How different people perceive money makes a difference on how much power money has over you.
Take it easy and believe in yourself, a lot of what you're pursuing will come to light because even if something were to take a lot of time, time will pass anyway. Increase your toolbox and maximise the advice of the people you see without devoting yourself to one unless that works for you, could be simpler or more complicated than you think.
Upon obtaining my new feline friends, I've learned somethings about them and about cats and dogs in general. I talked about training them ethically as well as some laws and regulations about them in different countries. A stray issue with cats and dogs as well is slowly increasing.
What's up with social media, everyone's saying we're being brainwashed but the very same people claiming that is brainwashing the people themselves, which is justified at all? Something interesting to think about as we dive into popular common conceptions of today.
A touch into my thoughts on the recent uprising of the gender roles argument. We discuss social media and its current state as well as equal rights.
Just a catch up along with some fun facts about Malaysia. Dove into some societal issues and my very own teaching style. Transitioning into new chapter in my life and more classes to teach!
We explore our past, future and present to attempt a reconnected to our humanity. Sometimes taking a step back to see what we we've done and will do can help make us closer to our goals in life or maybe not, let's find out shall we? The lightning address for Bitcoin is reallynik@getalby.com. I'm curious myself how that works.
I address a recent episode of mine that blew up due to recent controversies in the United States. From abortion to gun control and once again school. Some debates never ends so let's look at it from both sides for once. Take a step back and let's see.
In my return, I discuss what I learn about social media and forms of online communication. I bring comments from Andrew Tate and other people as well as their thoughts on how they perceive social media and what it has become.
I reflect on my absence but also bring up some news I heard over the past week about a teacher coming out to his students and using the time that he should be teaching to answer questions in regards to his sexuality also discussing what schools are attempting to teach to their kids.
Once again, reflecting on my roots and experiences. I talk about how simple everyday things like going to the grocery store in the Netherlands can be so different compared to in Malaysia and I progress to talk about the different legal systems in Malaysia and how different races can be viewed and treated that may be odd for people who have not had experiences in other countries or in Malaysia.
We dive into the construct of marriage and ask what makes it such a core value of society and why is it a must to achieve happiness in life...to some. Some personal experiences with marriages from different cultures. Posing the question of why it's such an important aspect outside the scope of religion.
A quick dive into my experiences in Malaysia in regards to marriages and the schooling system. I touch on my experiences with caning in school and how the schools run as compared to western countries and the cool cultural ways of getting married in Malaysia from a Chinese household.
Another box of society. We discuss the unwritten rules of free speech that not many people mention. We may be able to say "anything" yet again, there are many things we aren't allowed to say because it may be offensive or rude and so on. As free speech goes on, ironically the more and less we can say at the same time.
As things progress, there are many people with more and more variable views and it is interesting to see however, like many things, some views get more and more extreme on both ends of the spectrum. Mainly the reflection of the American political system.
What does it mean to critically think? I say that a lot but let's look behind that. We have fact over feeling and seeing which justification is fair. It's almost impossible to please everyone all the time, but we try our best to be fair. It's a good insight to see what exactly gauges as fair.
Everything's being cancelled everywhere you go! From pancakes to Dr. Suess to celebrities tweets from 20 years ago, what's next and what's exactly "right" here. It's getting harder and harder to tell so let's break it down a little bit. Want to reach out and share your opinion, find me on one of the following links:

The latest news in a Japanese school banning ponytails for exciting boys after a student complains. How progressively unprogressive we're being. First it was shoulders and now is necks, who knows what's next. Let's understand why and look into the age old argument of boys will be boys. Should women be covering up or should men learn to control themselves.
Comic relief, the ever so classic. Ever watched a horror movie and tried to make yourself feel better by watching something funny. We've been there of course, we try and we try but we still have to face the reality of the situation. The reality of what we have to face and the hardships involved.
Let's look behind why people argue the way they do and why they rather shut someone down instead of collaborating and coming up with an idea that attempts to benefit everyone, of course, it's easier said than done. Looking into society's evolvement and how far we've come and how much we've uncovered as well. As mentioned, if you want to check out my YouTube (ReallyNik): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCz28g3WnbydM2W8LkbMtX8Q. A little change in pace goes a long way.
We start by breaking down society to its basics and growing from there and understanding our government in the state that it is in today. A continuation of a previous episode I have in relation to anarchy. Exploring more and start to see if it's truly the government that's the issue or is it the way its conducted.
We dive into the ever so classic topic of love and the nature of relationships. Revealing the ways in which we are connected to someone can be very insightful and may reveal some good and not-so-good things. The beautiful idea of running of into the sunset together and living happily ever after could potentially be just one big fantasy.
The classic term, assuming the worst. Let's get into that and understand why we do. We have to take control of our emotions and not let our own paranoia and self-esteem take over what we feel. Help me out if you're interested: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/nikitareally
A dive into what's missing in school, what kids should learn. The importance of critical and a good sex education class. A side track into abortion laws as well. Many other subjects are necessary to learn but we've been teaching kids the same subjects for years now, maybe it's time to add.

Despite the many issues with our education systems, we can start by understanding how children and people learn to begin with. I touched on my experience of caning in school and how that affected me to this day versus how my education is now in the Netherlands and of course a comparison with the Finnish education system.
The understanding of rebelling. So many movements and they are all coming out at once, let's break it down a bit and see why. The concept of Anarchy may be more prevalent than the name itself, let's get a little taste of this together in this very very brief understanding and conversation of it.
There's too sensitive and there's not enough, where's that sweet spot. A little touch into Malaysia's social welfare situation as well as comparing it to the Netherlands. An introduction to the overly sensitive people of the world as well.
Having a bad day? Join me in exploring why, thinking deeper and maybe figuring out why. Nothing bad with accepting that you feel the way you do, if anything, own it! Every storm will pass and embracing the storm is not the worst thing in the world.
Feeling suffocated by your identity? Feeling like it's a race to find who you are? Why is that? Is it really for you or for everyone else. We look into identities and why we feel the need to put labels on everything we do and all that we are from a very young age.
Have a massive bump in the road and you're running away from it? Let's see why? Sometimes it's tiring to question what you say and do all the time but if it's starting to impact your life negatively, maybe it's time to do a little introspection.

Giving my own tips as well as some that I have found online and seeing what fits best. Set forth and find your own structure!
We breakdown sexism a little bit, trying to understand the idea behind basic pay and equality. A few snippets of my experience with it throughout my life. Sexism is way too complex to sum up in 20 minutes but we try to understand a little bit of the logic behind that. Addressing some comments that some people might find sexist as well from my first episode.
May sound similar but have different meanings. Ever feel like no one is listening to you? Like really listening, I share an encounter I had which was intriguing and insightful. Shining light on an underrated and extremely important skill.
Bringing light upon an incident in Malaysia where a deputy minister for women, family, and community development enables husbands beating their wives. Looking a little bit into why and questioning the mindset of some conservatives.
A quick introduction along with a snippet of my thoughts on communication and drama. Crazy how drama can happen from 2 parties that never even happen. Let's Go!
