DSGW is a COMMUNITY. We do deep soul work and help you feel safe + secure, deeply centered and grounded within your HOME. Your HOME being your mind, body, spirit, soul, sacred space and other environments. Together on this podcast we will heal, BE.Well and GRW.Well.
We will reach our highest divine selves and walk in our destiny, passion and purpose. And we will do this by using psychology, complementary and alternative medicine, energy healing as well as other holistic wellness practices. Now, the vibe also on this podcast is to EVOLVE and EXECUTE what we have learned.
My work is deep and spirit led. Are you ready for this transformation? If so, let’s get started!
In this episode, I bring you into a story I've never shared, a story that quietly shaped the entire architecture of my work. When I was a little girl, I spent hours drawing homes on college-ruled lined paper and filling them with tiny stick figures as they moved through each room. I thought it was childhood imagination. I didn't know it was the beginning of DVN THEREPE.
Today, I take you into that memory and show you how childhood instinct can reveal calling. You will hear how the inner home became the foundation for the Gates, the Flow, and the full rhythm of transformation that guides my work. And as you listen, I invite you to think about your own early patterns. What are the things you did without being taught, and how they might reflect the truth you have always carried?
This episode is personal, reflective, and deeply aligned with the season I am stepping into. By the end, you will understand why I often say take a seat at the table, and why that invitation has always been a doorway into my home.
WEEKLY AFFIRMATION: I honor the place inside me that has always known who I am.I move through my life with intention, trusting that every room I enter brings me closer to myself.

In this episode of All Things DVN, we talk about what it really means when the body keeps score. We break down how unprocessed emotion, unspoken truth, and patterns that never got their closure begin to live in the body as energy. You’ll hear how memory becomes matter, how the conscious and subconscious mind shape our responses, and why your body is not against you. It is trying to protect you and guide you back toward awareness.
We move through the frameworks that shape the DVN Therepe approach to healing:
• The Soul Scan — learning to listen beneath the surface.
• Neuroalchemy — understanding the chemistry between thought, emotion, and energy.
• The Persona Projection Cycle — reclaiming the self beneath survival and performance.
Together, these teachings show that real healing is a conversation between the mind, body, and energy. It is not about perfection. It is about remembering that your body has always been trying to help you come home to yourself.
Take a moment after listening to pause, breathe, and ask your body what it has been trying to tell you. That is where the story begins to change.

In this episode, we are talking about what it really means to manifest beyond survival. For most of my life, I manifested from a place of need. I was calling in safety, stability, and enough to get by. My body only knew how to pray for relief, not joy.
I share how joining the To Be Magnetic community and starting the Money Challenge helped me see the deeper truth about manifesting. It is not just about mindset. It is about the subconscious stories and survival patterns we inherited, and the way our bodies still hold them.
We will talk about how the little girl from my book The Fat Black Ugly Girl taught me that I had been asking for safety because I did not believe I was allowed to ask for joy. I will share what it looks like to rewrite those stories, to let your body trust ease, and to move from surviving to receiving.
If you are ready to manifest from truth instead of trauma, and to let your body, voice, and power align, this episode is for you. Take a seat at my table, breathe with me, and let’s talk about the art of manifesting beyond survival.

It’s the final stretch of the year, and this moment is asking us to rise with intention. In this surprise mini episode, Ericka drops in to remind you that the fourth quarter is not just about finishing strong, it’s about finishing true.
She shares where she’s been, the lessons this season has carried, and how her work continues to evolve through her writing and creative projects. Together, we reflect on what it means to return to yourself before the year ends, and to honor what has grown quietly, to release what no longer fits, and to move into what is next with clarity and care.
Ericka also shares what’s ahead for Season 5: Body, Voice, Power — The Art of Becoming, exploring how our bodies hold stories, how our voices carry truth, and how real power begins in reclaiming every part of who we are.
Take this as your reminder that the year is not over, and you are not behind. There is still time to align, restore, and finish this chapter with purpose.
Join Ericka as she reconnects, reflects, and invites you to come home to yourself one breath, one choice, one moment at a time.

EPISODE 50 — WE MADE IT, BABY
This is more than a milestone. Fifty episodes deep, I’m reflecting on where ALL THINGS DVN began, what it’s become, and what it’s awakening next. I’m sharing the risks I took, the truths I’ve lived, and the stories that cracked something open in me first before they ever touched anyone else.
You’ll hear the episodes that changed me, the hardest moments I almost didn’t push through, and the unexpected blessings that showed up along the way. This one is for anyone who’s ever doubted themselves and still kept going anyway.
We’re talking legacy, voice, culture, healing, vulnerability, and the bold act of becoming.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on what happens when you finally stop performing, stop explaining, and stop waiting for permission to be who you already are. I’m talking about the moment you realize you’ve been carrying opinions that don’t belong to you, expectations that never fit, and a silence that cost too much. This is about choosing peace over pretending, truth over performance, and alignment over approval. We are reclaiming our time and putting respect on our. names, because we are worth it, we are enough and we deserve it!

If you're done playing small, this one’s for you.
In this episode, I take you into the moments we pretend not to hear. The birthday party where I wasn’t truly wanted. The quiet sting of being mocked at the dinner table. And the way I learned to rewrite reality to avoid the deeper truth that some people never intended to love me the way I deserved. We talk about the cycle of silence, illusion, and rage that so many of us carry. I name the protective illusions we create, the versions of people we invent to survive, and the ways those illusions eventually burn through us.
This is about seeing clearly, finally. It’s about coming home to the truth without shame. And it’s about learning how to live without pretending. If you’ve ever heard something cruel and acted like you didn’t, if you’ve ever stayed in the room hoping someone might show up as the version you dreamed of, this episode is for you.

In this intimate episode, I share the story of my red glitter jelly shoes, a memory that holds more than just childhood nostalgia. It carries the silent scars of longing, unspoken promises, and the subtle ways we learn to shrink ourselves to fit into spaces that never truly fit us.
Join me as I explore how these early wounds shape the subconscious mind and show up in our adult relationships and friendships. We will dive into the unseen scripts that keep us playing small and how to begin rewriting them with compassion and courage.
If you have ever felt unseen, unchosen, or squeezed into a role that does not honor your full self, this conversation is for you.

In this episode of ALL THINGS DVN, we’re talking about the cage. The one you might be living in without even realizing it. The pressure to perform. The fear of being seen. The weight of financial stress, perfectionism, and feeling like your dreams are always just out of reach. I open up about what it looked like for me to fight my way out. Not with dramatic exits, but with quiet acts of consistency. With truth. With showing up as myself, even when I was afraid no one would care.
We talk about healing, people-pleasing, body image, being programmed to play it safe, and choosing to be brave anyway. This is for anyone who feels stuck, silenced, or like they’ve been holding back the fullness of who they are. You don’t need to wait for permission. You are the key.

So many of us carry a survival mentality that tells us we have to suffer to succeed. It is a quiet programming passed down through generations, watching loved ones work themselves to exhaustion, never pausing to care for their mind, body, and spirit. In this episode,
I break down how this story traps us in burnout and overwhelm and why it is time to rewrite the narrative. Success can be rooted in ease, rest, and true healing. You do not have to sacrifice your peace to reach your purpose.

You are no longer in a season of playing small or sitting in the shadows of your own life. This is not the warmup. This is not the sidelines. This is the moment where you recognize that your presence, your gift, and your power were never meant to wait for permission. You are on varsity now, which means the way you move, the way you lead, and the way you carry your calling has shifted. The energy is elevated. The standard has risen. There is no space left for playing it safe or holding back the fullness of who you are. In this episode, I am diving into what it really means to walk in varsity alignment, not with ego, but with truth.
We are talking about what B team energy looks like in real life and how to call yourself out when you start slipping back into it. I am also sharing a dream that cracked open something personal for me, along with a story I never thought I would speak out loud.
If you are tired of questioning yourself, second-guessing your pace, or waiting to be chosen, this one is for you. There is no more rehearsal. This is the game, and you are not late.

In this episode, I speak from a deeply personal place about the emotional complexity of loving someone who lives with mental illness. This conversation is for those who carry the unspoken weight—the ones who give support quietly, who navigate the emotional shifts, who feel the light flicker on and off in someone they love and still choose to stay. There is often no recognition for the steady presence you provide, no space to express how much it takes to be strong without falling apart yourself.
This is not a clinical discussion. It is a moment of honesty, of reflection, and of acknowledgment for the caregivers, the empaths, the quiet warriors who continue to show up even when their own hearts feel heavy. If that is you, I hope this episode brings some comfort and reminds you that your experience matters too.

We’ve all heard the phrase — “Put your oxygen mask on first.” But how often do we actually live that truth? In this deeply honest episode, we explore the quiet ways we abandon ourselves in the name of love, loyalty, and survival. From personal heartbreak to the sacred act of boundary-setting, she invites you into the tender, raw reckoning of what it really costs to give from an empty cup. This isn’t just about burnout — it’s about betrayal. The kind we do to ourselves when we forget to breathe, forget to matter, and forget that our own healing is just as holy as anyone else's. If you’ve ever felt torn between saving someone and saving yourself, this episode is your reminder that your breath matters too.

At first, it feels like a dream — intoxicating affection, overwhelming attention, a sense of being finally seen. It begins with fireworks — a symphony of promises, affection spun like silk, a flood of words we longed to hear. But sometimes, what feels like magic is the prelude to heartbreak and behind the whirlwind is a different reality: love bombing isn’t love; it’s manipulation dressed in devotion.
In this episode, I pull back the curtain on the beautiful lie — exploring how love bombing traps our hearts, fractures our self-trust, and leaves us questioning what was ever real. Together, we’ll dive into the emotional aftermath, the way it sweeps us off our feet only to leave us standing in ruins. We’ll explore how manipulation masquerades as devotion, how illusions erode self-trust and we will learn some warning signs going forward.

In this episode, we dive deep into the weight of waiting — the tension that builds when your dreams feel out of reach, and life keeps redirecting you. As I reflect on my own journey of building a strong foundation and the hard decision to scale back, I’m opening up about what it really means to navigate the space between where we are and where we want to be.
Together, we’ll explore the emotional toll of waiting, how we face guilt and grace, and why patience doesn’t always feel peaceful. We’ll talk about what happens when responsibilities collide with personal goals, and how to find faith in the moments when the path forward seems unclear.
This isn’t just about me — this is for anyone who feels the weight of dreams that seem paused. If you’re walking through the tension of holding on and letting go, this episode is for you. We’ll find strength in each other’s stories and keep growing well, together.

Labels—we wear them, we inherit them, we cling to them. Some are placed on us by others, some we attach to ourselves, and before we know it, they shape how we move, think, and see ourselves. But what happens when those labels become a cage? When they limit instead of define?
In this episode, I’m diving deep into the weight of labels—the ones that have held me back, the ones I’ve had to unlearn, and the ones I refuse to carry any longer. From the way we see our bodies to the expectations that keep us small, we’re unpacking how these identities affect our mind, body, and spirit. And most importantly—how we break free.
If you've ever felt like you had to fit into a mold to be taken seriously, to be worthy, or to belong, this episode is for you. It's time to step out of the labels and into the truth of who you really are.

How many times have you told yourself, “I’ll step forward when I feel ready” or “I just need to be better, and then I’ll deserve it”? The weight of not enough lingers in the spaces between who we are and who we think we need to be. It shows up in self-sabotage, in the fear of failure and success, in the perfectionism that keeps us stuck.
But what if the truth has been here all along? What if you don’t need to earn your worth? What if you are already enough—without conditions, without proving, without waiting for permission?
In this episode, we break down the deep roots of self-doubt, the stories that have shaped our unworthiness, and the power of reclaiming ourselves. Because healing begins with truth. And the truth is: YOU. ARE. ENOUGH.
Affirmations to Hold Close:
✨ I release the need to prove my worth. I am enough just as I am.
✨ I am not my fears, my doubts, or my past. I am whole, worthy, and capable.

On today's episode, we talk about "What happens in the house, stays in the house". The phrase that forms a thin line between home privacy and home trauma. While the home should have privacy because it is your sacred place, but when there was trauma in your physical home or an environment you inhabited, we tend to keep that locked up in OUR HOMES; our mind, body and spirit, not releasing it so that we can heal and grow.
So, let's get deep. Thank you for taking a seat at my table. You are always welcomed.

Today, we engage in a meaningful discussion about the process of rebranding oneself on a spiritual level. This transformation goes far beyond merely waking up each day and developing new habits or routines.
To successfully embark on this journey, it is essential that we first undergo a thorough spiritual cleanse and allow ourselves to flow freely in this transformative experience.
We need to gather all of our unique gifts and innovative ideas that we often struggle to bring to fruition, alongside the burdens of our past woes and challenging situations that have left their residue on our lives.
These remnants, which have embedded themselves in our beings and created invisible cords, must be addressed to truly rebrand ourselves. We can do this by actively seeking wisdom, guidance, and a deeper spiritual closeness.
By the end of this intentional fast, I sincerely hope that we will all emerge stronger and truly "rebranded" in ways that surpass anything we have experienced before!

Today’s episode is focusing on the intriguing topic of the “annual” adult week of the New Year.
We delve deeper into this often non-recognized holiday, exploring its significance and the reasons behind its lack of widespread acknowledgment. Additionally, we encourage ourselves to be mindful and hold ourselves accountable by recognizing our individual triggers and personal patterns.
I challenge you to extend your awareness beyond just this adult week and strive to create a consistent practice of holding ourselves accountable, as well as working on changing our habits and behaviors.
This approach will promote our growth and help us find balance within SELF.
Happiest New Year to you!
On today's episode, I delve into the significant impact that the recent election results had on women of color, with a specific focus on black women.
The detailed results of the election statistics illuminated the vital role played by the black woman vote, but they also revealed the underlying sentiments held by many people across America.
Unfortunately, this outcome is not entirely shocking; it is profoundly hurtful because we are now compelled to confront a harsh reality that we have long tried to ignore or bury deep within.
The fact remains that we are among the most disrespected groups in America, and it is imperative that we unite and stand together rather than allowing ourselves to be divided.
We are ONE in a country that is often split, and together we will not only rise but thrive. We will WIN!
TOGETHER, we will GRW.WELL.

On today's episode we discuss reprogramming your subconscious mind.
Reprogramming your subconscious mind refers to the process of intentionally and systematically changing negative or limiting beliefs that are stored deep within your subconscious mind, and replacing them with new, empowering beliefs that are more in line with your desired goals and aspirations. This transformation is often achieved through various techniques, such as positive affirmations, visualization, and mindfulness practices, all aimed at cultivating a more positive and productive mindset. By engaging in these practices consistently, individuals can foster significant personal growth and enhance their overall well-being.

On today's episode, we delve into the current and pressing dangers posed by social media, especially in these highly charged political times. We specifically address the deliberate and widespread dissemination of disinformation, along with the promotion of hatred, and the harmful, racist and misogynistic messages that circulate online.
Such toxic discourse creates an environment where individuals, whether they are celebrities or everyday people, become fearful of openly expressing their opinions due to the risk of encountering increased harassment.
We find ourselves afraid of the overwhelming hatred that seems to be fueling our social media interactions, and we collectively share a desire to avoid the consequences of empowering those who have previously incited riots on our nation’s capital.
The fear becomes palpable when the noise generated by these followers reaches such a deafening volume that it feels as though we have nowhere to seek refuge and regain our peace of mind.
While you have every right to vote for whoever you choose, what we face now poses a significant problem when we start to feel that our freedom is being compromised.
This episode resonates deeply with me. It raises my anxiety levels and has an undeniable impact on my mental well-being, and I recognize that if I am feeling this way, there are likely many others who are also struggling to find that elusive balance.

We are continuing our talks about mental health and wellness this month. On today's episode we talk about the strong one. Have you ever been told how strong you and while it's a compliment, you could also be feeling drained from having to be "the strong one".
Today we I talk about educating the strong one to speak up and educating the loved ones to truly check on your friend or family member. I provide tips on how to dig deeper with a strong loved one and peel back those onion layers to truly find out how they are doing.
I share some personal stories that have happened to me within the past 2.5 months of being put in situations that are rather uncomfortable and feeling alone, although I am the "strong one".
Strong people want to feel safe and secure. Can we deeper our relationships and meet them in the middle? Can we GRW.Well with our strong friends and match their love language? Let's talk about it!
TOGETHER, we will GRW.WELL.

I'm back, friends! It is May and it is Mental Health Awareness month. On today's episode, we discuss mental health and learning how to speak up if you are struggling and also learning how to listen if you are the loved one that is being reached out to.
There is such a stigma around mental health and we are breaking the damn barriers down this month. Let's educate ourselves and GRW.Well.
On today's episode we are discussing living for alignment within yourself and your purpose OR living for the applause and approval of others. An applause always feels great, but if you are performing at the benefit of others and not the fulfillment of yourself, you will eventually hear crickets.
Let's get balanced and grounded to align with our divine purpose!
TOGETHER, we will GRW.WELL.

On today's episode, we discuss having a vision and idea set in your mind, but you have cold feet and you can't fully launch into the deep with this vision that is in your heart.
We will learn what is it that causes our cold feet and how to deal with it. Cold feet are clamy and uncomfortable. We don't have to accept being uncomfortable if there is something inside us ready to be birthed! You deserve that raise, you deserve to start that business because you are worth everything!

On today's episode we will be discussing safe spaces. We are continuing to do foundation work on our homes; our mind, body, spirit, soul and environments. Today, we are focusing on our environment, our spaces and this could include physical spaces, friend circle, family circle and even work. We will discuss (and take inventory on dark cloud words and shadows) how we truly feel in those spaces and how we can create a healthy space. I share with you some examples of one of my clients and as always, my personal experiences.
Let's GRW.WELL!
On today's episode we discuss Illusions vs. shadows. You may be doing some great soul work and then your mind starts to tell you things that are not true. If you sit in an illusion it could completely stop your hard work or procrastinate it for long periods of time. It is important that we start to recognize that illusion, or any other words, that UNTRUTH. We can do this by validating our feelings with dark cloud emotion words, finding our shadows, saying what the truth is and moving forward.

On today's episode, we will discuss the dark couds we create. We will learn what dark cloud feelings and emotions are and after we learn those, we will discuss what are shadows behind those words are. We are digging deep and getting to the root so that we can THRIVE, VIBE, AND GROW this month! #TVG

On today's episode we discuss the bruises we hide. We often camaflauge ourselves when we don't have the space to process when we've been hurt. So, we go about our lives and use anger, illusions of grandier and silence to prove that we have healed and moved on from that traumatic experience.
We will learn how to process those feelings so that we no longer store that energy of pain, heal and stop covering our brusies. You are also your safe space.

This is our FINAL Black History bonus episode. It is a bit delayed but definitely still within divine timing. On today's episode, we discuss OLE' FOLEY. My great grandfather x5, Washington Green Lee Foley. I explain, how I was finally able to track slaves in my history and explain that although he was a slave owner, he is DNA'd matched, my grandfather, so I'm sure you know what that means.
I go into detail about the Foley heritage, the wealth and status of the family, as well as the parts of history that we are intertwined with, such as The Revoluntary War, Amancipation Proclaimation and the 1836 Battle of Goliad against Santa Anna’s army, and at San Jacinto, where Santa Anna was defeated.
Thank you for allowing me to share my personal black history on this platform. Let's continue to learn and grow.

Last week we started rennovation on our homes, we took inventory of the things that no longer serve us. On today's episode we are going to start our deep soul work on our HOMES. Our mind, body, spirit, soul, sacred space and other environments.
We are doing foundation work, because you can't build/rennovate your home if your foundation is not sturdy. Part of my gifts are seeing the shakiness, the cracks, the roof that is about to collapse and the loose boards, spiritually speaking.
Let me show you how to locate some stored energy. Let's move it together. I track where it is stored in your body, get to the root and pull it out! The room that we will do the most work in today is OUR MIND; subsconscious and conscious.
I'm here to help you start getting to the root. It starts with us. In our homes. And we are working on our foundation.
On this episode I share some personal stories of my memories of home, the narrative that I put in my head that I stored in my subconscious mind and stayed there for nearly 30 years. Once you hear me work through my memories, you will see me come full circle with understanding. A thank you to my mom and grandma for everything they instilled in me. It all makes GOD sense to me now. My heart is full and deep with gratitude.
Now, let's get to the core work. Foundation time!
Today's Bonus episode for Black History month is about THE INDIGENIOUS! Last week, we spoke about my british ancestors who were among the first of the colonizers, who were at the beginning of King Philips War with the Indians and who were unfortunately slain by them. I could not share that episode without sharing my Native Indian ancestors. In this episode, we briefly touch on the core of my ancestry which is Cherokee, Choctaw, BlackFoot and Aztec. It's a lot to unpack and I am so glad to share this with you.
Unapologetically celebrating Black History all month!!
I wouldn't be me without having another impromptu episode. This episode is about colorism in the black community. It is a great segway into our Session 3 Black History Bonus Episode on Friday. Who conditioned us, in our own community, to think that having a dark skin tone means that you are ugly? Why do people say "your black" as an insult if they are a lighter skin tone than you?
Where did this come from and how can we change this mentality. It is always great to educate on the richness of black history, but it is more powerful to educate in our own communities. It starts at HOME.
On today's episode we discuss getting our homes in order. What does this mean? It means that there may be disorder in our mind, body, spirit, soul and physical environments. We are going to talk about how to rennovate our sacred space and get rid of the things that no longer service us, move towards order and positivity.
IT'S RENNOVATION TIME!
Today's episode is about 2 of my European ancestors, my 11th and 12th great grandfathers, Peter Weare. This episode is short, sweet and to the point. The main goal is to broaden the education on the richness of black history. My ancestors are within my blood line. They did not own slaves or native indians. They had affliation with King Phillip, were settlers and were a part of the historical "King Phillips War" and the taking of native indian land.
Thank you to my European cousins for helping me touch the surface of the history of our ancestors.
On today's episode, it is an impromptu episode. It was recorded tonight so, I apologize if the sound is not the best, but I am being obedient.
I share with you the signs that I was given to study BEFORE I had my JOB moment. I HIGHLY suggest that you read THE BOOK OF JOB in the bible to get a deeper understanding. This period of wilderness has lasted for 12 years. In this episode, you will hear my testimony of spiritual warefare, the words that I was equipped with and how I almost made a bad decision when I felt my back was against the wall.
This episode is for others that are struggling through a hard time in their lives and is timeless.
You will get through this. You I see you and I am here for you.
Happy Motivational Monday of Wellness.
On Today's episode, we discuss STATIC NOISE and how to eliminate the extra noise in our environments so that we can learn silence and center ourselves. In this episode you will learn:

It's FRIDAY, and on FRIDAY's we break bread together!
Today's episode is about learning how to vibrate on a higher frequency. This is where we connect with our crown chakra and do some energy clearing and healing so that we can connect with our highest divine self, subconscious and conscious minds. We are rewiring our minds from our negative thoughts by using quantum physics, quantum entanglement, law of attraction and manifestion. And yes, it's all interconnected to your Crown Chakra.
I share with you the story about "$2 million dollar revenue Ericka", and the frequency I vibrate on to embody her energy.
I also share how I manifested (and PRAYED) for where I live now.
Let's GRW.Well together!

Hello my flowing friends, we have another BONUS episode (session 1A) of black history. Today, we discuss the spaces that we find ourselves in that may not accept us. I tell a personal story of 2 spaces that I found myself in. One was so accepting and the other was not. Race played such a HUGE role in the other space and it did a lot of emotional damage.
It's important for people of color to feel love and be fully accepted and honored for who they are. You should never dim your light to fit in a space.
So, lets dive deeper as we ease into my first ancestor that I discuss next week.

As promised, we have our FIRST BONUS EPISODE in honor of Black History Month! I am so excited to share with you my personal black history and I will take you on a wild journey of ALL of my ancestors. I do this in prayer to people will start to better educate themselves and get out the "surface mentality". I also do this to honor all ethnicities of my ancestors and my true identity.
This episode is a preshow. I explain to you how I got to this point of wanting to share my ancestors history with you. Black History is rich. And although most people feel it is solely about slavery and oppression. It goes back even further than that. Have a seat and let me take you on a history lesson.
Anxiety is one of the most untreated mental health concerns. You don't have to suffer alone. There is scientific evidence that supports the use of affirmations for supporting mental health. The continued repetition of certain thoughts over time has been proven to change your brain, your cells, and even your genes, which is done via neuroplasticity. Essentially, through positive affirmations, individuals can rewire certain thoughts.
You can listen to this as many times as you need. Let's work on our HOMES and continue to GRW.Well together.

Today we are going to discuss the January Blues and how the month was filled with intense emotions. The feelings of this month can leave a residue and that can make you feel "out of place" and that can hinder any goals that you've set for 2024. Hello DVN Souls, Today we discuss living the soft life and social media. Soft living puts mental wellbeing first. People who live a soft life make time for healthy eating, exercise, meditation, healing and setting boundries. Soft living is about connecting to yourself and listening to your body, understanding that your body is a temple and we must give it the same love we give others and more. We discuss how soft living can block your root chakra and how authenticity is so important. So, join us on our 14 day challenge as we start to ease into the soft life. Website: www.dvnsly.com
Hello my DVNSouls! Today we are discussing Surface Mentality Thinking. We discuss how opportunities, support and just education jewel dropping could be overlooked because you don't fit the mold of how others feel you should look. The perfect example that I provided was a plus size yoga instructor. This could make you feel insecure, stuck and discouraged if you are experiencing this. We are breaking down these barriers, letting the energy flow and unblocking our root chakras. GRW.Well. Hello my DVN Souls,
Your HOME is your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional well being and space. It is connected to the root chakra.
We are continuing on with our HOME Series of the Root Chakra where we will be discussing the parent-child dynamic. A parent being imbalanced can also imbalance a child. This could affect them as they get older. Mental Health is something that everyone should take serious. There is no time limit on when someone can and should heal. Delayed Trauma responses happen everyday and when you recognize what is going on you just need to lean in to the process and be of help. Check out our episode this week where I share my son's personal struggle (with his permission) on his delayed trauma response, being gaslighted by a parent (that was me) and his journey to healing. We will continue working on our root chakras and during this video we discuss how the root is our HOME center because it's the base and our stability. Everything starts at home and we are going to do the work to heal and reveal things that are stored in your root. I also share a story about my childhood and my favorite doll #mybuddy BE.WELL GRW. Hello My DVN Souls!
As you know, we are starting off the year with Healthy Habits. This is not talking about food. It's talking about healthy habits with your mind, heart and soul. Let's do some shadow work and move some energy. We discuss 2 world famous women, both in separate situations but the treatment they have received is similiar. Why is it that in todays society when a woman of color is in distress, they are instantly not believed? This happens when it's a racist situation and it also happens in our black communities as well. We must do better so that we can all GROW.WELL Mental Health is really important. So, while we discuss the treatment of women of color, let's remember to be mindful of our words and what we put out in the world.

It's January 2023 and we are getting REAL. Before we resume to our Root Chakra series, we are discussing some serious and difficult conversations with 3 topics. Our first topic was inspired by the KK interview with Angie Martinez, IRL. In this interview, Kim talked about how hard it is to coparent and the sacrifice that she makes for her children to protect their relationship with the other parent. This is a topic that needs to be discussed because although there are successful coparenting relationships, there is another side of coparenting that never reaches that point. So, what part can we play in a situation where there may be no success? Tune in and let us know what you think.

This month of July I have done a lot of work with clients on their solar plexus chakras. It has been a month thus far of transformations as they have discovered that they have supressed emotions, loss of identity, anger, control and other uncontrolled emotions. Keeping these emotions on the inside can also materialize physical health concerns. We worked together with western medicine to do a complete transformation. Working with a client reminded me of solar plexus having serious damage at a time in my life. I have done a lot of self work to repair it as well as my health conditions I had at the time. I am thankful to be channel for God to use so that client's can heal themselves. It all starts with SELF. Transform with us. Website: www.divinesly.com
