Do you talk to yourself? I sure do... all the time. ? Come hang out with me as I talk about anything and everything, with my unfiltered brain you never know what can happen. Maybe you'll even learn a thing or two about this unmanageable life we're all expected to live.
I decided to change up our focus this week and go with something a little more casual while still addressing topics that are worth thinking about. Middle was about as fun and eventful for me as it is for every other person out there, but at the time it felt like nothing else mattered if I wasn't the first one getting that chicken patty.
Call me Anna the way I'm looking for the next best thing after Olaf dies, because sometimes life can get pretty repetitive and boring. Instead of complaining about life's woes I try and stay positive so I can be more productive. I can't do it all, I also can't do most of it or even some of it, but I sure can do a few things pretty well.
Everyday I have someone trying to give me advice or trying to tell me how to do something, whether it be at the gym or at work. Grandpa Jo is pretty insistent that he knows what he's talking about, even though I know he doesn't. How do we go about life when we have people criticizing us every step of the way? Which is good and which is bad, how can we even tell the difference? Not only do I answer these questions, but I also give a nice little pep talk in believing in yourself and achieving your goals.
Happy birthday to me, and with that comes receiving gifts from those around me. Why is it hard to receive a gift from someone? Better yet why is it even harder (pause) to be appreciative toward someone when the gift isn't what you wanted? Giving gifts can be challenging too which is why I favor my birthday over Christmas because I don't have to give anyone anything, except maybe a thank you for a gift I didn't want.
I had a pretty crazy dream the other week and it got me thinking all about dreams. Why do we have them, how does our brain even come up with the content that fills them, why do we lucid dream sometimes, and why is it so hard to remember them. I also demonstrate my knowledge relating to the body and how much I know about that. Once again, I am not an expert nor have I ever claimed to be one.
I accomplished this podcast and many other things that I am proud of, and so should you. This is not a small things podcast, I still don't know what I'm going to college for and and I wish I would've done more in high school.
Not literally objects that are small but the small joys in life that we get to enjoy... or at least try to. Main character moments, international airports, sleeping, and driving with the windows down, I never stay on topic.
