What does the transformation process authentically look like to you? It is different for everyone as far as position in the process, but I'm sure we have all experienced some sort of difficulty.
Take some time to ask yourself when the last time was you connected with your higher self. Ask yourself what nourishes your soul and make a list of that. Ask yourself when the last time was you had made space do one of those items on your list, then ask yourself how you feel now. Check in with yourself. Now go do one of those items that nourishes your spirit and notice how you feel after. Check in with yourself, again.
When was the last time you energetically checked in with yourself? When was the last time you energetically checked in with yourself after an energy exchange with the company you choose to keep? Are you full or are you drained? How do you pour from an empty cup? Let's check in together.
