We hope to bring a higher perspective to our common struggles, and an understanding of not only the world around us, but the world within us.
Susan's back! And we dive deeper into the idea of the body as the subconscious and the ways it tries to alert us to possible issues that need attention. We discuss the different layers of the auric field and also how certain emotions can get stuck in particular organs.

In the beginning we mention: "We are humans having a spiritual experience." This is what we hope for. In reality, we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Each day offers opportunity for us to learn to learn ourselves, grow more spiritual in our walk, and love and help each other.
In this episode we discuss ways to journey towards spiritual cleansing so you find your gifts. Enjoy.

As Queen Latifah indicated in one of The Equalizer episodes: "We are what we can't let go of and what can't let go of us.".Grab a cup of tea and let's explore ways of letting go in this next trilogy of talks; letting go of things, of emotions, and of old ways of being. This week we discuss the aspects of physical and environmental cleaning; why we should physically detox, declutter our space, and how the rooms of the house relate to areas of the physical body. 10 minutes a day is all we ask.

Welcome back. This is the third and final episode of Our Joy Deficit.
Here we discuss wounds, time, curiosity, simplicity, and other ways to once again feel the joy from within. Joy builds hope and with hope, each day has something wonderful to offer.
One thing we didn't have time to cover is that some people might feel guilty feeling joy while others in the world are suffering. Please know that you can't help others by feeling bad. We uplift others by being uplifted because energy is contagious. Let your cup overflow to others.
Enjoy.

There are both emotional, as well as physical habits and thoughts we have that rob us of any joy we may seek.
As humans, it is easy to fall into the rut of technology, people pleasing and other habits - it's the awareness of the habit and how it impacts our joy, that can help us become the light we are meant to be.
Jen and Susan are new to the Podcast family. This is our first. We embarked on a journey to help people become aware of themselves, their souls, lifestyles, and current situation.
In this first series, we highlight the emotion of Joy.
The first episode discusses, "What Is Joy?". There is a difference between Joy and Happiness.
The second episode will discuss things in everyday life that steal our joy. We will complete this trilogy by highlighting ways to find and increase joy in your life once again.
Thank each of you for listening. We hope you find something joyful in each of your days.
