Our economy is crippling due to violence, discrimination and unfair justice through many political practices. Many issues can be resolved with unity because color and gender are detrimental factors in evolution, we as people must learn the systemic design and creation of division. Making the world great again with understanding the systemic manipulations created for division is the beginning phase for change. Facts will reveal the economy built for separation to control our outcome.
Maurice maximized his time by furthering his education and double majored in psychology and theology to find out why we, as a black people, have been targeted and brainwashed to have a black inferior complex that we have collectively been groomed to accept and live by. Maurice began to change his life from a gangster being feared in the streets and prison, and his own brainwashing to becoming humble in a world where humbleness is conceived to be a sign of weakness. Living by examples he never had was now the focus.
Maurice began to assist with putting on plays for ‘scared straight’ in prison, learned and taught “Anger Management” and “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff,” along with receiving certification from the Chemical Dependency board as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA), became a certified mental health specialist and several other programs to assist in changing the mindset that we have been groomed to have which causes us to act as we do. Maurice studied business management and copyrighted several businesses from 1997-2000, including COLLECTIVE MINDS, LLC. Collective Minds, LLC. was born from the passion Marbury has overall for black people. Maurice came home from prison October 12, 2004 with a mind that was changed and ready for society. Maurice realized that he could change his learned thought process to one that allows him to make better decisions in life and knowing it can do the same for others. Maurice formulated the plan for Collective Minds LLC., while in prison but began to apply it as a business in 2015 based on the attributable foundations: “Cultural Awareness, Education, Economic Development, and Empowerment” of US that we as a black people need to acknowledge and digest in order to stop being divided, and to become a united people, COLLECTIVELY.

Maurice saw how many black men were incarcerated leaving single mothers at home and children to grow up without fathers like he did which assisted in creating the monster he was called, and became. With this knowledge, came the desire for Maurice to reverse some of the chaos he created. However, instead of Maurice allowing his time to do him, he did his time. He maximized his time by furthering his education, and double majored in psychology, and theology to find out why we, as a black people, have been targeted, and Brainwashed to have a “black inferior complex” that we have collectively been groomed to accept and live by.
Changing from gangster, and feared in the streets and prison, Maurice began to change his life, and his own brainwashing to become humble in a place where humbleness is considered to be a weakness so that he could begin to live by the examples he never had. Sérénité is a non-profit organization partnered with the Recovery Center of Medina County. They provide culinary training to students who are recovering from drug or alcohol addiction. Over the course of an eight-month training program, students are paid to attend and have full access to all of RCMC’s programming, case management, and support systems. Sérénité helps to change the face of recovery by providing essential on-the-job training for students and generates revenue to support the recovery center, supplementing the cost of education.
Sérénité’s specialty is traditional French cuisine and guests can always expect to enjoy classic, French dishes. In addition to French staples, Chef Todd’s dedication to culinary innovation keeps the menu fresh and ever-changing!

There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the music business world; individuals who seem to build relationships, trust, and rapport with almost anyone, and then are able to broker the relationships and make connections between people, creating partnerships and alliances, and motivating forward momentum to ‘get things done. Improved functionality with Odyssey Entertainment, Bishop’s contributions centered on spearheading development and delivery of supply chain services and operational programs and improvement activities. Councilman Jones attended Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University, studying business and political science. As a young man, he actively participated in Democratic politics, working as a grassroots organizer for U.S. Congressman Louis Stokes and volunteering for various Democratic campaigns. At age 27, Councilman Jones made his first successful bid for a seat on City Council. Chef Todd Whitman, born in 1980 on the west side of Cleveland, overcame a challenging childhood marked by inconsistent parental support and a year in juvenile detention at the age of 12. Despite facing struggles with drugs and alcohol during his teenage years, he decided to confront his addiction at 35, seeking help and entering the CATS Treatment program. His life took a positive turn when he joined the Edwin’s Culinary Training program in 2016, graduating six months later.
Following his recovery, Todd worked as a line cook at Parker's downtown under Chef Andrew Gorski, where he honed his culinary skills for two and a half years. In 2018, he joined the team at Sérénité Restaurant, working with Chef Gilbert and combining his passion for cooking with a dedication to helping those in recovery from addiction. Since then, Chef Todd has played a significant role in establishing 12-step programs in the community and supporting inmates at Mansfield Correctional Institution in their recovery.
In May 2020, he achieved his dream of becoming an Executive Chef at Sérénité Restaurant. Beyond his culinary expertise, Chef Todd is committed to sharing his story to inspire others in recovery and has become a speaker at various events.

He holds several US patents in tools. Bill’s passion today is giving back to the community. He recently started a Donor Advised Fund: The Bill Pavilonis Family Giving Fund with a mission to reduce racial & gender inequity in communities, enhance health and save the environment.

Minister Johnathan Nixon, Pastor of the Interdenominational Congregation, Holy Growth outreach ministries. He is a retired master barber who began cutting hair at age 10. Holy Growth outreach ministries bring awareness to the mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and financial effects of poisonous "legal" chemical addiction as it relates to the thousands of proven toxic chemicals found in products and foods targeted to low-income neighborhoods. After years of mastering the technique, he attended the top barber school in Ohio, Ohio State College of barber styling. As a licensed professional, he provided all chemical services, including coloring and styling.
For the last 10 years, he helped 1000s of women with recovering their hair but more so their spiritual selves. Most of his client's hair problems, when holistically evaluated, were found to be deeper than hair; in most cases, the causes were depression, anxiety, stress, and chronic worrying, which has been proven to cause all types of physical diseases. So, he began studying herbalism and continued study in divine truth, metaphysics, quantum physics, epigenetics, chemistry, biology and theology. I acquired my ministerial license in interdenominational studies. He addresses the spiritual and psychological traumas that are caused by the secret addiction to "legal chemicals."
