We have got your back and will help you understand in this episode that you are not alone with those feelings. In this episode we discuss how to let go and just focus on you and how to make yourself feel better about going to the gym with little to no anxiety attached.

Feeling low already? We know some of you may not be feeling great right now which is why myself and Britt decided to open the podcast with some rather embarrassing gym stories ... to then a "healthy" debate about the closure of UK gyms.
