Last weekend This Ministry "made the scene" at the Emerald Cup medical marijuana contest and trade fair. It was heartening that as many as 20 attendees stopped and took time to "rap" with the old Chaplain. Our outreach made the effort worthwhile -we were able to "Button hole" some of the elusive "pioneers" and offered our Ministry's message. Thank you all for your kind emails regarding our impromptu Thanksgiving Give-A- Way was warmly received by our homeless "camper" friends -so cool they could burn "it" and find an inner warmth. I am aware of their was one instance of "selling" their gift and I recontacted this nice 67 year old man...well he split it he said. For the first time since 1993 this Ministry is overwhelmed with calls for aid . October 3, 1958 Chaplain Hale experienced a night that could never be explained away- 10 years later I traveled to Ithaca, NY to recount this remembrance to Rod Serling of Twilight Zone fame- Who stopped me mid sentence and said "Not another word, you'll be suing me for plagiarism" and walked away-it's only n-a-t-u-r-a-l ....Super Sized The Spirits DID exist!

Here is the story of Chaplain Hale's poor supervisory skills but speaks well of his current oratorical skills. The primary program of the Ministry has, since 1993 been the musical support for the terminally ill. The signature program, the only one of it kind in the world "The Final Set"-is the soundtrack for the end of your life.
