Live Life with Sean Podcast

Live Life with Sean is a podcast about how I am living life. I want to share how I am facing my challenges, what practices do I have in my life, what things are going on in my life, and maybe even talk about how I am feeling about something. I am hoping that by talking about what is going on for me, it will help you. Maybe you will pick up a practice that I am doing, or maybe it will get you to look at your current situation differently.

Live Life with Sean will be live every Thursday at 8 pm EDT. You are invited to join live and ask me questions via a chat during the recording. I will do my best to answer your questions either live on the show or with a follow up posting on my blog. The general format of the show will be to get you present for the show, talk about the topic of the show, and offer you a tool or walk you through a practice to connect you deeper with the topic.
