Yes, ladies and gentlemen! These are the topics that were on our mind in this particular episode! Raine raises the question, are parents actually raising their children or becoming their best friend. R. Major has discovered what love looks like. He recently had a Gall Bladder procedure and he shares with us how his wife and grown children would not leave him alone! He shares with us how they did nothing but showed him love throughout his recovery process! And finally, Diddy? I include the question mark because I’m not exactly sure how they got to him, but once they did, they didn’t leave him. The reason for the question mark is in regard to how fast this story became such a non-story and what does it actually say about him and what his accuser alleged against him?! As U may know, we have changed the way we do things just a tad! We open the show with one simple question. What’s on your mind? And we go from there! Our sister comes in with some serious stuff on her mind! She discusses with us the danger of not addressing childhood issues in therapy and how it affects you unconsciously in your adult life! We have the resources to help heal ourselves. Why not use them? We have our theories and what is unusual for us, we don’t disagree or even bump heads this episode. There are nine hundred thousand African American registered in the state of Louisiana, but less than a third voted in the recent gubernatorial race. What The Hell? How do we promote change if we don’t give a damn to show up and vote change? When are we going to understand that a “No Vote” is a vote for the other side? What it says is that we DO NOT CARE. We don’t care about our community, our family’s present or future. WE MUST UNDERSTAND that the local elections are just as important if not more important than the national elections. Why is this? Do you pick a side? If so, who do you pick? That’s a VERY easy question to answer: The men, women, children and innocent babies who did not push a button to initiate or respond to this conflict. What is the difference between what Israel is doing versus what Hamas did? Who suffered and who is suffering now? Clearly there are NO winners. And let us not forget about the hostages who have yet to be released or found. Also, how do we know that Israel hasn’t actually killed some of the hostages themselves with their recent bombing activity. I’m not saying that there shouldn’t be a retaliation for what was done. What I am saying is or better yet I am repeating that I care about the people who have absolutely nothing to do with this. Perhaps, it’s because I relate to them easily. These people who did not commit any acts of aggression upon other innocent people who were simply enjoying themselves at a musical festival and celebrating life. That’s who I care about. I mean like for real, for real! Is he actually going to go to the BIG House and share a cell with Big Baby, be in the neighborhood with Peanut, Slim and Killa? And still be PRESIDENT? Ohh, HELLO NO……Hell Yeah! Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, it is theoretically possible that the President of These United States could possibly run the government from a jail cell. Technically speaking, there is no law that prohibits it. What do I mean by “falsely in prison?” I’m glad you asked. What I mean is that everyone believes and knows that your husband or wife is innocent of the crime, but a jury “of their peers” finds them guilty. Now what? What do you do as the devoted partner? “I don’t deserve to live. I killed them on purpose because I’m not good enough to care for them.” This is what Nurse Lucy Letby said in a memo. She was referencing the 13 babies she attacked. These babies were left in her care. This woman of course was entrusted by doctors, fellow colleagues, and of course the parents giving birth to watch over and care for their defenseless and completely innocent creatures. She secretly attacked them physically, overfed them or simply injected them with insulin. There is no room in this episode for debate nor is there room for disagreement. This is simply sad. We ask that you keep the the families lifted in prayer.

Forgiveness is a spiritual principle that as believers we are taught to do per the Bible so we can also be forgiven. Upon further study, we learn that forgiveness is for the person who is doing the forgiving more than it is for the person being forgiven. That part actually makes more sense to me and actually helped me to become more forgiving and stop holding on to the transgression that began to imprison me in the first place, but depending on the trauma, whether emotional, physical or both, does knowing this make forgiving any easier? Per npr.org tens of thousands of African American women and young girls go missing each year here in America. The sad part is that whenever this happens to our mothers, daughters, sisters, cousins, friends, girlfriends and/or wives, no one outside of the black community gives a damn. We have to take on the role of the police and investigator. The most surprising thing that happened with this most recent event involving Carlee Russell is how quickly the authorities got involved. Although it was a hoax, it did help to bring light to sex trafficking in this country, which is a topic that is not discussed enough. And what should also cause us to worry is how much less attention may be given when this happens the next time and it is not a hoax. And YES, this will happen again. The sad part is that it’s happening right now.

“What ‘chu talking’ bout Willis?” “What The Hell?” These words were my initial thoughts at this particular topic. My second thought was Antonio is clowning around and being jokingly vulgar. And of course, I was wrong again. And for any off the wall thinkers and science nerds, this is not some new discovery in outer space. It is (Drum Roll Please) the new term to be used for Vagina! First they came for abortion rights, a couple of weeks ago, they came for Affirmative Action. Today they come against nature. The scariest part in all of this is this is not a joke! I guess next, they’ll be coming after healthy conversation. As we often say, this is some Bullshit.

Some people are saying, “So What?, What’s The Big Deal?” This decision initially impacts minorities (African American and Latinos specifically) on the surface, but take a listen to find out who the biggest beneficiary was from Affirmative Action, yet they still applaud the decision. The Southern Baptist Convention has decided that women are no longer allowed to lead congregations. That honor, if it still is one, responsibility and/or calling is only open to men. I must emphasize that this decision was made by man and I highly doubt that God was consulted. Why? Why now? Again, WTH is going on? Normally, we here at The Gospel Truth engage in what we lovingly refer to as “Healthy Conversation.” This is not that!
