Today I talked with 19-year-old coma survivor Kaj Smit. Kaj recently recovered from a nearly fatal brain injury. He has spent around 1 year of his life in the worst state any human can be in, though he recovered his nightmare (literally) was not over. When he first woke from his coma he was a vegetable so he could not speak or move despite being conscious. When this was over he was convinced that he was dreaming so logically he thought the only way to escape this dream was to kill himself. Kaj's parents were able to stop him and provided enough time for him to come to reality. Fast forward a couple of months and now Kaj is almost fully recovered and working towards being a motivational speaker. Join me as I talk to him on The zandcast about his journey and perspective on life while I also share my perspective as a 12-year-old entrepreneur.
