I’ve been radically healed of bipolar, PTSD and anxiety. What a story it is. But the wild thing is I still feel low and lackluster from time to time. I don’t own it. I AM healed. I declare the Word of God over me. Here’s a couple other things I do that might help you too. However there is NO remedy outside of Jesus. He IS our healer. Our Savior. Our Lord. So run into His arms and maybe listen to this…:)

Wild one. Outta the box as per usual. Our daily commute can morph into a joyfilled life giving road trip. Daily. Changing our posture, breathing, mindset….can really affect our day and life. Let’s see our daily journey as a road trip to invite the Lord into. Pausing at a red light even if you’re late shouldn’t frustrate us we should see it as a forced pause to retune to Jesus. in our preparation we surrender to The Lord our plans, thoughts, ideas and ways. He then guides us into His perfect plan and way for us to walk in......This week I laid all my plans and even Spoken Word piece at His feet and He made a way to speak from the heart to a glorious group of ladies ....laying down my notes to flow with His Holy Spirit. S4E11 many of us have faced tragedy in our lives. Sheila Preston Fitzgerald is one such person. A major accident could have been her end, but God. He had other plans for her life. I have actually read her book cover to cover and although some parts were SO painful to read….. (mostly due to her writing skill) she brings in the reader with transparency and RAW honestly….peppered with humor. Been wearing black the past few days. Odd but true. God reminded me of when I used to say “humility is the new black” and it rings true today. Been in a heavy, hard dark place with pain and discomfort. He is pruning me and I need it. I am and will BLOOM IN THE DARK. nothing is too hard for Him. He is the God of impossible. He wants us all o learn lessons along life’s journey with Him. So let’s learn. Let’s grow and let’s bloom!!!!
Texas trip. San Antonio. Mama’s house for massive manual labor 2.5 days. Prayers were the ONLY way I made it through that. Welcome my mama. Sarah Marie. Then to my sisters house for 24 hours. Mid Reno madness. Life isn’t always sparkle and cupcakes yall.
Sometimes ya gotta pull back from the “usual” and say no to a few things. Clear a bit off of he schedule to make time for growth. For hearing. For change. For resting. Even in the sticky parts and messy bits. Tune in for maximum results. God wanna do something. Sometimes we can block it if we don’t just step back. Step off. Readjust. Try it.

Anything is possible and you don’t have to pair down to a capsule wardrobe in order to be successful. Be you and look GOOD doing it. Here are some tips.
Off the cuff. I just served a client this week purging and organizing her main closet. We selected clothes she can wear that she feels great in and purged the outdated or ill fitting items. So many tips here. Get a friend. Make sure you have great lighting. Get stuff OUT that you don’t wear, it’s damaged, it’s outdated or the wrong size. Love y’all. We all need some help from time to time. Here ya go!
Exercise. Grace. Gratitude. Generosity. Gentleness. We ran outta time to discuss forgiveness and hydration. Y’all. You gotta hear this. While eating candy corn (I left that part out intentionally) we stretched and did 1000 squats. Or somewhere around that number. So join the conversation. Hydration is of the utmost importance y’all. Get that water down in ya. (Blu- talking to you too sis) drink from your favorite container so you can enjoy the process and experience joy in the drink. Glass, tin, plastic. Heck even a Dixie cup as long as you’re consuming water 💦 you good. Also. There’s a spiritual aspect : Jesus IS the Living Water. Read up. The Bible is full of deep truth and wisdom on the matter. But I left my journal with all the scripture notes in another state.

I’ve started some ‘new’ things in my life in order to decorate beautifully my world. Karate, French, self-control (it’s new to me)….also giving to a new ministry : Amelia’s Closet. Big yes!!!! Volunteer your time, give resources, this is living decorated .
32 is all about the new. What new thing might God be wanting to do in you, to birth or create through your, to get you to start or shift something?? Come on I know there’s something you can do to learn or grow as a person. I’m learning French and taking karate. Among a few other things I’m doing new. I’m shifting my atmosphere by welcoming God into every nook n cranny or my life. That’s how you truly LIVE DECORATED. y’all this will revolutionise your world. Let Him! Peace out.
If I can make small strides to living healthy as a lifestyle …. So can YOU. Seriously I love love love decorated living but living healthy has NEVER been part of my decorating lifestyle. Never ever. Wait there was that time I ordered a salad. Last week. There’s that … y’all the impossible shall come to be. I can and shall make choices to improve my health and wellness not just for me but to pass on to my children. I must!!!!!! Ya with me?
I’m excuse me? Blu?! Decorating with bodies?!!! Crazy talk sister. 💦 hear me out friend. My encouragement is to actively move and use your body to get and stay strong 💪🏻 to walk, exercise, stretch and ask God to help you get to (if you’re not already there) your healthy body shape and size. No comparison here. No one else is YOU so no one else’s size or opinion matter! Yeah girl. Let’s honor God with our bodies and live FULLY to glorify Him. I’m learning so much now about this body being a temple of the Holy One. Yep! Truth. I better start learning to decorate it by caring for the needs of it and even feeding it right….that lesson hasn’t yet been instilled so I have much growth to go through. No judge!!!! 💜blu

Everyday there are opportunities for miracles. For example I came to a point with this episode (mainly to surprise my mama who wonders constantly if my podcasts have a point). Well. Maybe ONE point was too few. So. Maybe there are 12 ….if you’re paying attention. (Insert LOL face) so.
HUMILITY is the start of true transformation. That’s where I start.
My 3 points of encouragement, which in hindsight have zero to do with humility, are 1. Be real 2. Be transparent 3. Be authentic….. even in your messy bits.
My anchor Word is Romans 12 I soooo love this chapter. Read and reread this one. It’s so full and deep and powerful.
Be transformed by the renewing of your mind….while on this 50 days to Transformation journey I’ve relearned Silence and Solitude and quieted the massive amounts of noise swirling around me. Maybe you’ll take on your own transformation journey. Silence the noises. Listen for the only ONE that matters. Your Creator. The One and only Living God, Jesus, your Saviour and King.
Yeah so I hopped in the car and DROVE to see fam n friends. Yes to adventure. Yes to God’s best. Always fun. Now I’m painting a barn. Yeah so never a dull moment.
I’m still very IN my cocoon Transformation experience!!! During which I was able to share a heart felt spoken word with some beautiful ladies this past week so here’s my heart behind the words. Also.
