Jesus Christ came to fulfill all of the promises that were delivered by the Old Testament Prophets. In Him, every promise is “Yes” and “Amen.”

If Jesus were not God, He would not be able to tell His disciples, “If you have seen me you have seen the Father.”
Part of the glory of Christ is that He has life in Himself which the Father granted to Him.
What is the nature and relationship between the first and second persons of the Trinity?
To know the Father’s love means to obey Him, for only those who obey are able to say that they recognize His authority over their lives and experience His loving care for them.
There are very important things to know about God’s Nature. Three of those things are: There is one God, He exists in three persons, and each person in the Trinity is truly God.
The word "baptize" means to dip or drench. So the Christian life is all about being drenched in the Father, plunged into the Son, and soaked in the Spirit.
Though we are not what we once were before we knew Christ, we are also not yet what we will be when we see Him face to face. In that day, we will be perfected!

What does it mean that you have died with Christ? God has made you a new creation in Christ and you are no longer under the reign of sin. You are reconciled to God and His Spirit lives in you.
What is the reason for the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ? What significance do these things have for us today?
The death of Jesus actually accomplished something of infinite value for us. Our redemption.
This world is filled with troubles and strife. Jesus knew and experienced all of it. But He has also overcome the evil and trouble of this world, and since we are in Him we can have victory as well!
The righteousness of Christ is credited to our account by faith alone. We cannot earn it, because it was earned by Jesus himself, and is given to us freely.
Justification is a legal term, but what does it mean and how does it relate to Christians?
Our sin is an offense to God. But the God whose holiness we have offended, whose world we have spoiled, and whose wrath we have incurred sent His one and only Son to bear this wrath for us.
At the Cross of Christ, all of God’s wrath toward sin was poured out upon Jesus. There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ.
In order for love to be genuine, it must hate evil. God's wrath is His settled resolve that evil will not stand.
When God justifies us, he charges our sins to Jesus and He credits the righteousness of Jesus to us. We aren't justified by our performance, rather by faith, the perfect righteousness of Jesus becomes ours.
God could, if he chose, do all things by himself. But in His infinite wisdom, He chooses to work through vessels of clay to accomplish His ends in the world.
When we see Jesus as He really is, the Sovereign Lord of creation changes everything about our lives. There is no part of life that He is not sovereign over.
In the Bible we see God working through people in various ways and at various times. That did not stop when the Bible was complete. The Lord is still working today, and you are a part of it!

The Scriptures need to be in our hands and in our hearts continuously. If they aren’t, it doesn’t take long for us to fall off the path.
King Josiah sought the LORD from a young age. He is an example for us and for our children.
Where should we start when we want to evangelize someone? Jesus began with the knowledge of God.
There are many attributes of God which are revealed to us in the Bible. The Bible says God is love but it does not say God is anger. Anger does not come naturally to Him. It must be provoked.

The stones that built the temple in Jerusalem point to believers who are called living stones. And God is building His people up for an eternal inheritance.
