She is a dynamic and powerhouse adaptive athlete, dog AND cat mom, CrossFit Games athlete, and adaptive advocate based in Colorado. Born with a hip deformity and limb deficiency known as Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency (PFFD), Lauren wears a prosthetic leg but has never let that limit her.
