Victor Hou was born and spent part of his childhood in Asia before coming to the US with his family. He was born and raised in Liberia during a time of severe Civil War. He hid in the bush to avoid getting drafted into what were later called The Lost Boys, children forced to be soldiers. Ultimately, he and his family fled Liberia becoming refugees. But through it all, God had a plan for this young boy. He was born and raised in Liberia during a time of severe Civil War. You might be familiar with what some called The Lost Boys of Sudan, young boys forced to be child soldiers. Well, similar things have happened all over the globe, including in Liberia. Ultimately, this week’s guest and his family fled Liberia becoming refugees.
