Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to welcome this week's guest, the man himself, Samuel Miele! You won't want to miss this one, as he shares a bit of his story with us!
Sam started applying for business grants at the age of 17. After numerous rejections it was by faith he got approved. Normally being turned down would discourage most, but not Sam. Sam was hungry to pursue his dream of owning his own studio. The vision was to have a place in the Niagara region. A creative space for people to grow their content while growing their brand name meant a lot to Sam.
Along with taking on the challenges that came with opening the studio. Sam learned a lot rather quickly. For starters getting out of your comfort zone was a big one. Being prepared to hear "no", how to control your ego, and most of all just developing a good, happy, healthy mindset.
Sam has learned a lot from the guests he's had the pleasure of interviewing. As well as the clients he works closely with on projects of Vision Luxx. He looks forward to growing strong relationships with the Niagara region and family.
You're going to want to listen in as Sam gives details on his new show called - My Generation.🎥📺

Meeting Gold proudly presents to you Sandra Miele on this week's episode! This Interview is jammed pack with an abundance of knowledge, advice on parenting, and above all. Love.
Sandra didn't grow up to have a family at a young age. Sandra had Sam when she was 36 years old. She had lived her life. She was independent, worked hard, attended university and didn't marry until she was 32. With the plan God had laid out for her, she was ready for Sam. Sandra had shared with us that her most significant part of her life was when she found out she was pregnant. From that day forward all she did was pray over Sam. For who he would become and the person he would marry someday.
The bond that a mother has to her child is something unexplainable. All Sandra wanted to do was get to know Sam ever since she found out she was having a boy. She shares that Sam taught her so many things in life. Patience, how to have fun, and to be present in the moment. It's important to not only teach our children love and responsibility, but to also listen to them and be able to grow with together.
Sandra grew up with the knowledge of love, and the understanding of it based on her environment. Love shows in her story of parenting and being a stay at home mother. The importance of this interview is to love your children. Engage with them, play with them, get to know them as a person. But not forget to take it easy on yourself. There's no blueprint to being a perfect parent. As long as you show them what love is, you'll have a great relationship. Love is defined.
Sandra's question she leaves the next guest is: 1). what was your favourite childhood toy? 2). What is the purpose of your existance?

Everyone, please give a warm welcome to this week's guest on Meeting Gold. Nick Crozier! From starting his life pursuing firefighting to a well-known Real Estate Agent in the GTA. Nick talks about his characteristics and his personal self-awareness traits that keep motivating him to his next goal.
Nick grew up with a Caribbean background in a hard-working household. He learned at a young age that "You need to earn what you deserve." To be content with what you have. Growing up with this kind of mentality has shown Nick how to be humble and happy. Being able to self-reflect on yourself and really disconnect in life is a priority to Nick. Going on vacation, playing hockey, going for a run. These are times when Nick sets aside his phone and takes in the moment. Yes, it's important to socialize and keep in contact, but it's also important to feed your soul and completely disconnect. Holding these strengths of mental toughness and communication has brought Nick great success.
Nick talks about relationships and being in the present. That speaks volumes about his integrity not only as a person but as a real estate agent in the competitive area. If you want someone genuine and honest when looking for the "it house" Nick is your person. With his honest outlook of helping you through one of the biggest moments in your life, why wouldn't you?
Nick's question for the next guest is: "Who is the person you look up to, and what trait attracted you to follow them?"

The moment you've all been waiting for... We welcome MATT CAMPOLI as our Golden Guest this week on Meeting Gold!
Wow, where do we even start on this fire episode?! Matt kicks off this interview with a heartfelt journey growing up. His struggles were always in comparison with what his friends had and what his lifestyle was like. Growing up with divorced parents and financial challenges. Matt realized early what he did and didn't want for his future.
After taking a year off of university.
Matt worked at a variety of places but he made the most money and sustainable relationships as a barber. Which started out by cutting his friend's hair and grew to be much bigger. In the midst of his mom selling the home and seeing what the realtor did he grew a strong interest in real estate.
Matt invested his time in reading more and listening to podcasts to grow his knowledge of the industry. He started thinking of ways to leverage his experience as a barber.
He did just that!
Matt built relationships with his customers and started reaching out. While gaining confidence in a humble way that shows in his work as a sales agent.
The most important tool Matt learned throughout his journey of success is self-development.
Matt has implemented meditation as a strict morning routine in his life. When he gets the chance he takes the time to practice at mindset retreats. To cut out the noise of the world and focus his balance. We all go through hardships in life, but it's about using those challenges and failures as fuel to chase our passions.
"We're all here to be good humans, to positively impact others" Matt shares.
We think that's a good way to look at life.
If you're struggling with the chaos of the world and need a reset. Mindset retreats might be your calling. ✨
Matt leaves us with this question for the next guest "What do you think living in alignment really means?"

Kristian shares his crazy but inspiring story with us this week. As we dive into a young and very talented entrepreneur's journey. When Kristian finished high school, he attended the University of Waterloo.

He wanted to pursue his interest in technology and computer science. "Technology is the future" and it's something that is going to continue to grow.
Kristian grew a team and started his love of manufacturing for operations. He knew that the restaurant industry needed more. It needed quality, cost efficiency, and consistency.
Kristian went after what he wanted and sacrificed everything personal in his life.
It landed him a 2 million dollar grant to develop smart kitchen equipment which will enhance labour efficiency.
The world is changing rapidly and with the help of Kristian's evolving company. This can improve people's jobs so they can engage and interact with their customers more while allowing people to do what they do best.

We welcome this week's guest on Meeting Gold Filip Terlecki!! It was such a pleasure sitting down with Filip. Going through the behind-the-scenes production of how commercials are created. Originally Filip wanted to get into fashion photography. He applied to Ryerson University for photography and branching off from this course lead him to get involved in a filmmaking class. Seeing the first film he produced on the big screen and watching the audience react to it put the spark in his heart to pursue filmmaking instead.
Now Filip runs a production company and handles all big branded content all over the GTA and beyond. Filip's goal is to expand into filmmaking, it's one of the things he loves so much about what he does now. Filip walks us through the process of his work. How he starts with a creative company to create a storyboard and works step by step with the client to produce and visualize how to shoot the content so it's most effective. From there he breaks it down from location, wardrobe and script.
This interview revealed the secrets of how commercials are made. Filip specializes in delivering the proper content with depth and not just for the sake of mass production. "you can have great actors, a great storyline, and great dialogue. But if you don't have a good script you don't have anything." Filip shares. Generating an audience response or emotion keeps Filip fuelled for success.
Filip leaves this question for the next guest. "If you could be a lead singer in a band, who would you be and what would that band be?"

Everyone, please welcome our new guest this week on Meeting Gold. Head Coach from Revel Evan MacDonald!
Evan started out in the top ten in the world for wrestling for Team Canada and competing in the Olympics. Something clicked over the years with what Evan thought was his forever life plan. Evan discovered a love for real estate. building homes, apartment buildings, restaurants, BNBs, and even a winery, not to mention founding MAC inc.
As Evan takes us down memory lane we learn that his success comes from a very competitive but also very nurturing childhood. Life lessons that have stuck with him as a child to work hard to get the things he desired, only helped him pursue things even harder as an adult. Having to go through struggles, risking everything you have, and winning, Just makes you strive for more.
"You have to find your purpose in life, where you have value, joy, and passion," Evan tells us. "Giving someone everything isn't going to give them passion and purpose". We've learned a lot from Evan this week. How you can have absolutely nothing in life and become something so distinguished. With the motive and the mindset of never giving up! If you make the journey the destination you'll always achieve greatness!
The question Evan leaves for our next guest is this: "what are your dreams and why haven't you accomplished them?"

Wow!
This episode is absolute fire!!
Everyone, please welcome this week's guest on Meeting Gold, UMBY CAMPANA!!
First things first to clear the table.
Critics are saying that there's nothing good about social media. "It's ruining the younger generation, and it's nothing but a distraction."
Umby replies,
"It's how you use it, and the relationship you have with it. Will dictate if it's a distraction from your goals or from what you need to get done for the day."
He shares, "as long as your taking in and absorbing proper content that is conducive to your goal. Then it can be productive and beneficial."
Umby's pursuing his mission of Digital Marketing Nomad at the age of 23, and has been killing it! , Founder of WRPD Media & Brand Director of Mona Products. Umby teaches us social media is here to stay. "So let's use the tools to our advantage, and get rewarded, instead of letting it keep us behind!"
The most common reason people use social media is to keep communication and connections open with their audience and potential clients. When using social media, Umby advises us on how to come across on your platforms. The tone you use, and the message you are trying to get out there. Think about who's watching, and also, showing them who you are.
You'll want to listen to the full episode as Umby shares the ins and outs of working smarter, not harder. Sharing the tools of holding a good solid foundation at the house of the business and how that will make you and your team stronger and successful. That and of course using all the popular media platforms and why. He lists valuable reasons why you shouldn't have a plan B when you want to pursue your dream you should give it your all. Even if you fail, you learn something. Don't ever think anything is out of reach!
Meeting Gold Presents this week's guest DAVE DEKKER! Dave is the owner and founder of Herc's Nutrition, With over 20 stores across Canada. He's started with only $5,000 to invest and a dream to inspire others to be their best version. Growing up having a home gym, his father, the owner of a powerlifting club, and his grandpa Dekker a wrestler. Dave was encouraged to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. But Dave wanted so much more, he wanted what no one else was offering. He wanted relationship growth.
Dave speaks on how much the health industry has significantly changed over the years, from being meatheads to women who weren't allowed to work out to now, fitness being so open and accepting for everyone and anyone. "Being confident, positive, healthy, and happy is what people want to be" Dave says. He shares his story on how he can relate. Dave graduated from Western and has worked a lot following school. He became comfortable with money, and success but uncomfortable with his body and the way he was living. He says "there wasn't any soul in it.'
Dave started putting together an image of what he wanted his future to look like and opened his first Herc's store in 1996. Catering to locals, he started having more and more customers coming in from afar. Which immediately motivated Dave to open more locations. With a good background in fitness, it was easy for Dave to connect with his customers and be able to expand his already successful business. Dave tells us "there were good days and bad days, but there's nothing better than being around like-minded people to encourage you to be right where you should be and that's what Herc's is all about.' It's about nourishing and supporting a healthy and happy lifestyle to share that happiness with others around you.
For the next guest, he asks, "As your biggest perceived failure ever turned out to be your greatest success?"

Dr.Davis has been in the medical industry for 40 years! Growing up under relatives, including his father, a doctor. Davis inherited an extreme interest in medicine. Helping others was a passion of his. Starting with the swim meet in school, with their minor scratches and cuts to being a head physician on cruise ships for 10 years. Davis gave his heart and soul to his career. So it was a no-brainer when the scheduler asked him if he'd like to spend a month on a ship assisting, officers, crew members and passengers in the Caribbean.
Dr.Davis's experiences in medicine changed quite quickly being on cruise ships. Dealing with unseen situations lead him to write books about them. Not the kind of books you think a doctor would write about. Surprisingly, Davis's books are in the Murder Mystery genre, all fourteen of them! He shares true stories of things happening on the ships, such as trafficking, murders, and robberies. "Every day was a new story," Davis says, as he shares books he wrote, that tell tales of rash outbreaks on the ship. An on-shore museum robbery of a rare ruby that was in connection with a cruise passenger. Stories of x-rays identifying drugs found internally smuggled in from a woman travelling.
Davis's career became so much more than helping people to now, solve mysteries of the unknown. Davis always had problem-solving skills growing up and throughout his career in medicine. Finding out the "why" and how to fix it was what motivated Dr. Davis to find a resolution. "Being a doctor and how much the industry and tools have changed over the years has defiantly made things easier, but there is still a shortage of manpower, we need more doctors and nurses"! Explains Dr. Davis as he encourages people to join the profession. Helping other people, even if it's small, is such a fulfilling career.
Dr. Davis leaves us with this question. "What are you going to do to help others?".

Isaac's words of encouragement for anyone grieving over a lost loved one are:

Leveraging money that isn't your own is the way you become rich. The absolute ONLY way. This is exactly what Danish Abbasi is doing - investing into the strategy of AirBnB's... Look at publicly traded companies, fortune 500 goliath's... Everyone is investing their own money into a company that requires more capital to run or invest in future development. They are using YOUR money to grow. Same idea goes for your business, publicly traded companies are doing what every smart business person does - just on a larger scale.
How are you leveraging your skills for money in this day and age? I'd choose wealthy over being rich, how about you?

"I spent my Friday afternoon last week with @meetinggold, a podcast centered around celebrating success and individual pathways. We chatted about life, career paths, and personal growth and development. I admired his strong sense of self and walked away feeling blessed for our conversation and having met this young, aspiring individual.
But what did we both learn, you ask? I think I can speak for the two of us when I say this:
No matter our age, background, or path - we can always learn something from the person sitting across the room. Oh, and that we should say YES to more things that make us feel uncomfortable. It's how we grow ✨"
With all of that said, take a listen!
In this one stop, TWO guest special, we were super honoured to share our conversation with two of the most respectable individuals in the real estate space within the Toronto area. Both have been in the industry for just 5 years and are growing exponentially. Jordan Coons was our golden guest on today's episode and wow, it was great! Transitioning from a role at LA Fitness where he was a major influence on the people around him, Jordan was able to facilitate his relationships in a new industry. Real Estate! After leaving LA Fitness for a role that he felt would hone his characteristics more, Jordan took his skills of networking, communications, and relationship building to another level when joining the real estate industry.
Even at such a young age, Jordan is beginning to set the tone of how realtors can utilize social media in their personal growth. We truly believe that although he is a "rookie" in the space of real estate, Jordan certainly knows business when it comes to relationship building. With that said, he'll be a major player in the space with time.
