Today we explored how to manage returning to a demanding/ stressful situation, in this case, academics and work, from a psychological perspective. We reflected on various topics including:**

  • time management and planning,
  • how to find information to learn what you should expect in order to succeed, and
  • how anxiety may sometimes lead to self-sabotage.
