This must be like the 5th episode I have done that has a theme of fear in it lol. But I like it because I think it's really interesting to have different thoughts on fear and how it affects us over the years. Anyways, on today's episode I talk about living a life that is rooted in fear and what sparked this thought in me. I also talked about a specific experience that has probably changed my life forever and reveals something different about fear that I hadn't thought about before. Honestly this was a tough episode for me because I truly hate this experience I had but I think it's important to talk about it as I have learned from it massively and I am better today for it. I've never been someone who has been particularly comfortable with pride (being proud of myself). So this episode was really weird for me but I think it's important.
