After Glenn i realized how important chemistry is to a relationship. Without that, you’ve got a friendship. Knowing what you want and loving yourself enough to end something that’s not working is vital to your soul. Glenn was the first time i faced the issue of this isn’t sitting right with me and i can’t ignore it.
In this first episode, i share the story of my first “relationship.” The end was catastrophic. It included pink eye, rejection AND a never-ending period. Despite the forest of red flags, what i wound up seeing most clearly was a mirror that held an ugly reflection i had never seen. It showed me that i didn’t value myself.
