Right while I was smack dab in the midst of my joy...a friend texted me with his deep concerns about my not successfully coming out on the other side of a difficult life situation I'm presently coming through. I will be honest to say, for a moment his long text message espousing his beliefs of my encountering a big blow via some serious circumstances, did temporarily pop the circuitry of my happy bubble. For sure, I know he didn't mean to. Nonetheless, he comments still left the ashed residue of his thoughts upon me. You know sometimes even though we are wanting to be helpful, we may say things that actually infuse more weight of the negative than good. Before we speak, we should work on being careful to weigh the gravity of our thoughts before they deliver its broadcast out our mouths. I have always heard it said, if one doesn't know what to say or can't add anything constructive or positive ...it's best to just shhh and keep it to yourself. What say you?

Please support my Podcast. Know whatever you can give I am Grateful. https://anchor.fm/charissearrington/support. Things out here in the world feel rather nail biter uncertain for many right about now! If you are feeling deep despair or hopelessness in any way, please talk to someone who can be of help or those who can help you get the help you need. It's ok to admit where you might meet with struggle. I'm not ashamed to say I sometimes do. I think it vital more than ever, that any who are in need reach out to find and connect with the support that can help you. I think, especially in this time, we all could use our own personal coach and/or therapist.

Please support my Podcast. Know whatever you can give I am Grateful. https://anchor.fm/charissearrington/support Some people get a Moses.. I am blessed to have a Danielle. L😇L. I would venture to guess that when most of us think about Angels ...we mostly think of some celestial body or ethereal emanation with a beautiful halo above their head, along with gorgeous wings that span what seems the entire earth. I am a believer in Angels of all sorts. Yes, I have seen them with my very own eyes. In this instances, the ones that walk in human form. I have many around me. One of my many Angels, ...the one who I call out and dedicate this podcast episode... is Danielle (Sunshine) Wynn.. Oh this friend of mine is truly the joy of high beamed, dimpled sunshine, a beautiful soul in living color who walks as an Angel, implanted right here on the ground of planet earth.. I needed an angel to help me out this maze of finding mean to sustain in keeping my family home. Quite frankly I was starting to feel paralyzed by the weight of thinking I could be homeless. When I pass through this neighborhood of myself, it is never the outcome of a good visit. I just wanted the problem to go away. But life doen't reward fear. No. Life prospers our willingness to behold even the smallest doses of courage we can ather up and grab ahold, taking steps to course correct our flight so we may better pilot our life. And like a friend Super-hero friend who burst through all the heavy fog, without ASK...Danielle shows up to the supportive rescue and decides to start my "Gift Of Love Fund." GoFundMe Campaign. But that's just her loving nature, and who my friend is as a person.. These are the types of people Angels we all could use and quite frankly need in our lives. Surely we have Angels amongst us in human form. If you need help, I hope to reassure that yours are out there and all around you too. If this is your circumstance, it may be tough to ask for help, it may feel like your pride is at stake, you may feel embarrassed or paralyzed to do something about. Don't do it to yourself. You are too precious for that. We all have moments that can manifest as struggle. Someone will help you. Don't lose faith. So to my people Angels and to my astounding friend DANIELLE...THANK YOU SIS. One of these day, I am going to find where you tuck away and hide those divine Angel wings of yours. Probably got some of them snap on and keep em in that big ol bag of yours (L😇L) Love You Danielle💛 P.S. Here's to all the earth Angels we call family, friends, loved ones... the kindness of strangers. I salute you 🤗

Please support my Podcast. Know whatever you can give I am Grateful. https://anchor.fm/charissearrington/support Have you ever considered what is your Audiobility Factor? Duh🙄 uh what is that you ask? LOL! I just made that phrase up. But if I had to give it a meaning, it would be...how the measure of words echo, reverberate and flow its energy out and then back in to impact response. I think in many ways, most of know that words coupled with the wave of their tone definitely have the “Audiobility” to affect creating feelings of receptivity or impeded obstruction? Is that because like sound waves, the energy behind our audible speak can also act as either porous or dense? Maybe those thoughts are too out there for some? Respect if it is (smile). Still, this just puts me in my happy feels when I think about the audible echoes of ourselves being measurable by way of how the sound possibly lands to impact the feelings and responses of those that pick up its frequency. Being a metaphysical girl of sorts, I am fascinated by the meatiness of all this. I think it matters more than we know. Anyhoo, these are the profound thoughts my dear friend LIN GYSEN-- brilliant Instructor and owner of the "Virtual School Of Sound" has stirred up in me. She thinks she is only teaching me about Live Sound as it (more) pertains to Music. Little does she know that she has my thoughts bouncing back all kinds of deep ruminations on this topic. Thank you Lin, I am so inspired by the many beautiful Echoes of you. This episode is dedicated to you awesome teacher🍎💜

Click your heels 👠 👞with me 3 times and repeat...there's no place like home...there's no place like home. 😁Oohwee does it sure feels good to be off my self imposed Shark Island retreat and cerebrally back home. Glad to say it was just a short excursion and that i wasn't m.i.a. from the "I'm here, present and accounted for" scene too long. I didn't even take a change of clothes...so wasn't planning to stay hang out too long.. ha ha. Grateful for the hope that continues to GPS me each and every time I leave the shore of myself and make the " feeling some type of way trip." Whike I prefer dry land much more.. Indeed, I find, you can learn do much about self on both sides of the life fence. So yeah I'm back and grateful to be grateful...and of course the fantasy island sharks didn't mentally turn me into a snack of nibbles and bites🤭 Thanks to angel podcast donors this week ...Connie & Nola who cause a big smile to travel wide across my face. I appreciate you and behold you with abounding Gratitude. Thank you both for acknowledging and appreciating me and what it is I share. Big hugs of thanks for Giving What It Takes💥💜

Please support my Podcast. Know whatever you can give I am Grateful. https://anchor.fm/charissearrington/support Have you ever felt like someone or something "moved your cheese?"...or your bandwith can go pop goes the weasel on you. Well, today was one of those days for me. Doesn't happen with me iften...but it certainly can and does happen. And so it was, I unpacked my moody mood and in around 0 to 60 secs, I peeved my thoughts with the speed of zoom, right on over to what I call Shark Island. And there I stayed until...I didn't. Whew... Giving What It Takes ...can sometimes feel like it takes all that it gives. Grateful that hope once again floats anew.💥😔 *P.S. Thank you beautiful friend, Crystal for being the lifeguard rescue of hope I needed in that moment before I voluntarily became complete mental Shark nibbles 🦈 Thank you for being a gentle beacon of light, so that I might find my conscious way off Shark Island and safely back ashore. Appreciate you Coach. 💜

Please support my Podcast. For whatever you can give I am Grateful. https://anchor.fm/charissearrington/support It is said>>> You have not because you ASK not? It is also said, ASK and you shall receive. So if this be true-- where you don't feel you have whatever that ASK is.. well maybe ASK yourself, have you gotten off your ASK...or are you sitting on your ASK? Whatever your answer...there is your outcome. Giving What It Takes may just be as simple as ASKING. Hmm 🤔 Perhaps, it's time to get off your ASK. Isnt it at least worthy of exploring? 💁🏾‍♀️💥

Please support my Podcast. Know whatever you can give I am Grateful. https://anchor.fm/charissearrington/support Let me just say and look it dead in its Flubbed up face ( ha ha). Sometime I flub up. Heaven only knows, I do more than I would like to admit. But this doesn't mean that it has to be treated as a negative. Yeah, I am RELEARNING that at today's years old. LOL.. Because its not just how we look at the flub...rather, it is how we choose to respond in the face of it. And depending which way that is, flubs can be transformed from water in to wine moments...if only we don't give a flub :) So break out your wine goblets and join me as we sip the mental together in Giving What it Takes💥 Bottoms up🍷

Please support my Podcast. Know whatever you can give I am Grateful. https://anchor.fm/charissearrington/supporthere There is a beautiful song that is sung by the amazing songstress and music artist, Barbara Streisand, entitled, “People.” The opening line begins with the lyrics, “People. People who need people, are the luckiest people in the world." Interestingly, the more I live, the more I find those words to be true. Not sure your take on this, but I admit that I have been really lopsided in how I can give lots of energy towards helping others. Yet, when it comes to the other end of the spectrum, by way of my accepting help from others-- well let’s just say I have left many a gift’s unopened and sitting on the stoop. I’ve also come to learn that this is a sure way to serve up droughts of what feels like resistant stuck in our life. The thing is, while we may be good at doing lots of things independently on our own; for certain, we can’t do everything.. That is not how the world is set up. Besides, why would we want to when there is help? I mean, like  one of the first help aids we received to get into this earth was two people coming together as one so we might become. And then, our precious mother's would be the ones to eat, breathe, do everything  for us in the womb, until we could on our own. That's definitely a divine thought to just stew on for a moment.. Goodness knows, I could use some help.. Actually, I could use lots of it. How about you? Well, no matter if you need a drop or an ocean full of this good stuff…I have a solution for you, one that I am in progress of trying out on myself. And from everything I can tell, it’s turning out to be a most wonderful blessing. Okay ready for the secret sauce? LET PEOPLE HELP YOU :) There are g-billions of people on the planet, many who are giving and of a caring heart just waiting to help you. So, where you need, why not let them. It will literally change your life. Pow💥

Hey awesome listeners. Welcome. How cool, you are the first to hear me say buh-bye to letting go of this illusive, Super Human facade I've been masquerading and carrying around in my wallet. Though, just for a sec, I am celebrating what feels like a super win breakthrough in launching my first podcast episode. Wow, it's been a looooong time coming (ha ha) And thanks to so, so many of you for your constant whispers and even loud shouts into the ear of my soul, encouraging me to jump all the way in on this adventure. Yay me. Mom, you'd be proud. I finally took the leap! L🤣L >>>

I have been wanting to get on board and dig into a podcast before they were ever invented ( ok not really lol). Seriously, been stopping and starting in my head with doing it for years. But the moment of blast off has finally come. And how delighted I am for you listeners to be here on this unfolding journey with me .>>>

Some of the reasons for creating my Giving What It Takes podcast is because-- It's just due season to own my b.s. and stop allowing excuses to own me. I am not ashamed (at least not anymore) to admit that there are those certain parts of me that have felt paralyzed to move forward, feeling like I needed to be some type of SUPER HUMAN before I could show up to be more of who I dream myself to be in the world, My bliss is in both, going after my best life and helping people untie the knots and breakthrough to their blue sky moments. However, I know if I play small I can't deliver on that. For me, that would be other than honoring of the life I have been given. >>>

I plan to share both the pebbles and pearls...the beauty and the ashes of my caterpillar and butterfly self. And even though I know the process will almost, undoubtedly, be imperfect and maybe even a bit messy....still, I just gotta get over myself and ditch the facade. Honestly, I can no longer hold it up. Probably never could. It’s just plain exhausting. The attire of that persona has dulled and lost its shine. But the on the other side of that...I am excitedly ready to be who I might have been in GIVING WHAT IT TAKES! Thank you for joining me. 💥All aboard
